I have been to this clinic twice. One time I went for dentist Doctor Angel. I did cleansing with her and fluoride. She is very gentle and caring doctor. I recommend. And for further I will come to her only. Recently I have been to chiropractor as well . I had a problem with a muscle tension in my neck. After the session I felt much better. No pain in the neck and sleep good.

Me and my husband came to the clinic today and I met with Dr Shahram, he was very helpful and gave a lot of advice for improving my skin texture and face shape and lips shape. My husband did a chemical peel and he was very happy with the results. We are looking forward to going back in the next month again.

I just had an amazing hydrafacial at 7 dimensions. Staff were all very warm and friendly from the moment I arrived. My therapist was very professional and guided me through all the steps of the facial. my skin was glowing after the facial, I am so happy with the result. I highly recommend this clinic.

Just did IV treatment and botox there and Im beyond satisfied. The place is huuuge, impeccably clean and the staff is just amazing. Dr. Jena Barnawi is the best chiropractor in the world I travel to see her. She is so good at what she does from diagnose to care I feel like a new person every time I walk out from our appointment.She’s attentive, caring, sincere, and always goes an extra mile to make sure we get the best solution. She is generous with her time and diagnose + rehabilitation consultancy.I love this clinic, the effort and detail that was put in it is very appreciated. Had an amazing experience with 7dmc the staff were all soo lovely and made my zoom teeth whitening procedure more comfortable! I had Dr Angel she was very knowledgeable and talked me through the steps of the procedure I asked her questions and she was very professional and answered them all in detail I felt confident with her as this procedure can be challenging! Dr Angels assistant Katy was very helpful and gave me nice head massages whilst the procedure took place, she eased up the slight pain and it was very relaxing. The staff checked up on me throughout the session to make sure I was okay, very caring and highly professional staff here at 7dmc!The results were instant and I could see a huge difference! Dr Angel also talked me through after care and gave me her contact incase I had further more questions! I appreciate her time, friendliness and professionalism throughout this!

Best clinic in Dubai, I’ve been going for 2 years for laser facial etc. Recently did physio with Dr fatme and she is the best I have met in my 6 years in dubai. Very skilled and knowledgeable, taught meSimple excercises that made a world of difference. Love 7DMC, highly recommended and also prices are unmatchable because great value for money

The center is based on the 1st floor. Clean and neat. Polite staff. The dentist Dr. Roaa Talal did a great reconstruction of the tooth and noticed other issues which previous doctors had not. Also she created a calm atmosphere so that for the first time in my life I nearly fell asleep in the dentist chair.The center uses modern equipment as it seems, tablets for filling in personal questionnaire. Overall a pleasant experience. Low prices (very!)Kids play area.

The reception staff and nurses were lovely getting me prepped before meeting my doctor. I had head injury today and when i went there ,even though they dont have ED department,the fromt desk sent me still straight to Dr.Nivine ,who accepted me and did mini surgery and everything went well ,I ended up with couple of stitches only in local anesthesia.Staff was very nice specially nurses and have to say very efficient team work without many questions and forms that you have to fill up like in other tablets since they prepared forms on tablets and in advance.Got the medical report straight away.Good job and thank you.

I recently received the full laser hair removal treatment at 7 dimensions and I had a great experience.The staff were all amazing and very friendly.The nurse who carried out the laser hair removal procedure was lovely and very informative.It was very clean and comfortable and I will be very happy to return to them for future procedures.

Shocking customer service. Booked for a treatment yesterday. I called to confirm. Lady on phone said it cannot be done anymore because the nurse didn’t have her permit yet. She said they tried to call me (I had no missed calls from the clinic). Imagine I had paid for a taxi to the clinic only to find out they cannot perform the treatment !? I had to actually call myself to find this information out. ON THE DAY. Said they’d call me to reschedule. Heard nothing back yet. Avoid

I came to 7 dimensions for Botox. The centre is clean and there is lots of places to sit and wait with social distancing.The staff are really friendly and I felt zero pain with my Botox.They offer so many services other than Botox and I will be back indefinitely.

Unprofessional serviceI made a booking 1 month in advance just to be called 1 day before my appointment to be told that it needs to be rescheduled and the first availability would be in 3 weeks. I then tried to make another appointment in advance just to secure the space more than 1 month before and they said they can only make a tentative booking and they will let me know in 2 weeks if the booking is confirmed.

Very money minded peopleAll the time they are talking about money and fees are very high they say 300 and end of the time you come out of the doctor your bill is 2,000I am personally not happy at all with the service I got from the doctorAnd also the receptionist staff was so rude with my kids

Terrible service. I had to wait over 1 HOUR for my appointment. The doctor had NO FACE MASK! And when I went to pay they tried to charge me more than the price they told me when I booked the appointment. So disappointing, I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Branka, sells more products on the spot. Overcharges and claims her products are the best, yet don’t last long at all, 2 months max. Other clinics product is cheaper and lasts. Over charged me by 1000 dirham , said they can put the money on my account for the future????When I went to collect the money they left me short another 40 dirham!Terrible service. Wont ever go back.

Great experience with my dental appointment. Was clean, professional and an extremely patient team. Dr Roaa so far has been the best which took away a lot of anxiety that naturally arises from sitting in that chair.

Very bad experience i too work in a medical facility but this is worst experience every i dnt knw how u guys maintain KPI. I gave dates appointment and msgd to confirm 5 days later and the reply ingot was she missed my msg and now cant book me on Saturday it was told prior i can book only on Saturday and out of her words I canceled my all appointments , then promised me waiting list and said she will call me much time a head in morning and unfortunately called 1 hr before appointment .. they ruined my other clinic appointments very bad customer service.

Getting treated with Nikola Urosevic for my knee (torn meniscus) around 4 weeks now, I am very pleased with the progress. Nikola is very good at what he does and is very patient focused and very professional. We have gone step by step through my treatment and appropriate advice is given to me to ensure that I am safe when I resume my workouts.I am also very impressed with 7DMC in general, the clinic is very clean! staff are friendly and helpful. I visited 7DMC clinic for my neck pain.. Very good clinic. All the doctors, nurse and staff were wonderful, kind and understanding.. They were very helpful..Mr Nikola experienced and excellent therapist...i would highly recommend the clinic and Dr Nikola.. He is a wonderful physiotherapist..Always get the best of treatment, happy with the service..

Amazing state-of-the-art clinic! Very clean, hygienic and beautifully decorated. The staff members were very welcoming and pleasant. I went in for my first ever Hydrafacial with Jovy. It was a great first time experience. Jovy is very knowledgeable, gentle and informative. Before the facial she explained what a Hydrafacial is. During the facial she informed me of each step and the purpose of the step. At the beginning of the first step she made sure to check in with me about the pressure from the machine, which was just fine. The treatment room was also very well kept. Equipment was clean and new tips were used. There was also peaceful relaxation music playing.I highly recommend 7 Dimensions Medical Centre and the Hydrafacial!!! I was amazed to see how much gunk was removed from my face. The Hydrafacial left my face feeling super clean, detoxed, brighter and refreshed. I’m looking forward to coming back again and also trying out other treatments that they offer.
