I had laser on upper lip area just this month. Right after the procedure, my eyes especially my left eye became watery and sensitive to light. I have contacted them immediately, and I was advised to simply apply some normal saline eye drops. I followed their instructions, but the next day upon waking up, my eyes got worse. I continued putting some saline, and informed them again. But the symptoms continued more a couple of days so I decided to see an ophthalmologist. I informed the eye doctor that the “therapist” had used goggles but it was not snuggle fit. And it has a gap that it would not cover your eyes completely. The therapist kept on telling me that laser has nothing to do with my eye irritation, but on the other hand, the eye doctor concluded that eyes are so sensitive to laser beams, even when closed, it could actually penetrate the deep skin. It went on for almost 2 weeks, and I had to wear glasses during those days. I reached out to them again for refund. They refused for refund and the customer service representative told me that the remaining unused package can be transferred for another services. So I booked another appointment to see the other services I can avail. Because I insisted that I was no longer advised to go on with the laser treatment. To my surprise, the other receptionist informed me that it’s non refundable and non transferrable! What a waste of time!I went all the way there thinking I could use the rest of my money that I have initially paid to them. Only to realize that they would never transfer the amount.They have almost ruined my eyes and yet they won’t give my money back OR at least transfer my credits!

In 2017 I did laser hair removal at this place and the laser specialist burned so many spots all over my skin which when I complained they referred me to a male doctor and just gave me a 20dirham cream for it without any refund or compensation or apology from the manager and now in 2021 so many creams and treatments I tried and the discoloration of the burns and white scars are still there no matter what cream I use! I really regret not reporting them to the MOH and consumer rights for what they did to my skin. Money comes first for this place not the customer satisfaction.In regards to your response as I can see in the reviews from 3 months ago you have done the same thing to a girl called N H and burned her the same way as you did with me!If I was able to contact her I would tell her to report to consumer rights and MOH so they terminate your laser specialist license since she will have the scars you caused her forever like mine!Even tho its 4 years I will still see what I can do so you do not worry about money only!

I have been an old customer of this place and i recommended alot of my friends to them! But unfortunately lately their service has deteriorated drastically!My last two visits were a complete flop! One of the therapists was in a hurry and when i asked her why is she in a hurry she answered in a very rude tone saying she is not! Anyways it was not at all the quality of work that iam used to receiving! I informed khadiga the clinical Manager about the whole incident but i doubt any action was taken!As for my last visit, after i finished my laser session, i requested for any soothing cream to apply on my lower legs which i ALWAYS DO! The therapist informed me that they are not allowed since it is expensive and that the therapists themselves pay for it!!! And that she will not pay for it! What a reply!!So i decided to reach out to the MANAGER again! i tried calling her several times but her mobile is switched off! When i asked if there is someone else to contact, they mentioned that the other supervisor is on leave! Which is a complete chaos in my openion not being able to reach any manager in this clinic!None of those managers cared to give me a call back and apologise! Which is expected! Its a shame that they treat their customers that way and the fact that there is no one to reach when there is an issue is a complete disappointment!I was planning to renew my package with them once again but after this careless and rude attitude i will not do so!

Thanks for the unprofessional therapist working there and the ignorance of the patients symptomsI was referred to Seagull by some friends , i went for my first bikini hair removal laser sessionAfter the session was over, I felt sever burning pain , i kept applying the aloe vera as advised but the pain was horrible as if my body was on fireI called the receptionist who was so cool and tol me the therapist ( RAYA) will call u back , she called after 2 full hours and I was crying from pain and told myself may be its normalWhen she called , I explained exactly how Iam feeling but she ignored and assures that its normalBu the end of the day , the pain subsidedBut till today iam feeling 2 spots that have some pain as an injury , I looked deep there and I found 2 spots of CLEAR LASER burn that is completely brown and a piece peeling in a red area( A clear picture of burn)

I called them to ask about the price of laser hair removal and was given a certain price. Made an appointment for the nearest availability and after the treatment, they charged me 3 times more, saying the promotion finished and if I remembered who i had spoken to over the phone haha!It was my mistake actually for changing my usual clinic which is only across the road, way cheaper, effective and with much nicer staff.Never again in this so called “clinic”.

Poorly placed Botox for bruxism. I can’t smile on one side of my face because the Botox/Dysport injection was not properly placed and hit the wrong muscles. Now my face looks deformed and will stay like that for 3-4 months because of lack of expertise of the injector. Very disappointed.

Tried booking an appointment here but they are booked out for weeks. Werent very helpful told me they could add me to the waiting list.I asked for 2 different timings and was told they are not available so its not true you give the timing the client prefers. I was told next available date is 2 weeks away. There are plenty of clinics available so will find someplace else.

I did microdermabrasion 3 days ago and therapist told me the redness will stay for 1 hr to maximum 10 hrs. It’s been 3 days and patches on my face are getting darker instead of fading making it look like permanent marks. On calling the centre next day I was told that I will receive call from therapist which I did not receive for 2 days. Again after calling them I am getting answer that therapist will call me in one day and they are not free. It’s been 3 days and they don’t bother for customers complaint, they don’t have doctors to answer my call. I am not a person who give negative review easily but when there is a no proper respond and resolution I get frustrated. I approached this place after seeing so many positive reviews but I am not sure if they are correct. Be careful guys..

This place has the most unprofessional reception I have ever met. All what they care for is getting money then patient comes last. They even dont have parking or a valle and they insisted on deducting the time spent in finding parking from the session time. Very low quality.

I took appointment at 8.15 .. I was on GPS and about to reach at 8.15 pm I was exactly about to reach at exit of mall of Emirates and back to back they started calling.. and when I reach they are saying it gets closed by 9 so we can only give treatment for 25 min as per policy of closing by 9 .. I said I have come from almost atman driving 55 km and they didnt even consider that .. I have never ever face this kind of issue ever that people are not even flexible for 15 minutes and that also of their mistake I lost the way as they were calling back to back at 8.12pm.. I lost connection at GPS .. I am not gonna come back again for sure .. thank you for such a great gesture that u r telling person that we close by 9 so whatever treatment will be given will be until 9 .. I meant really your company have said that dont entertain customer if they are 15 min late ..its so rude and unprofessional

I want to share my experience with Seagull Center in Al Barsha:Since Jan 2020 I am one of their customers, purchased a couple of laser packages and everything was ok...Until a month ago, I wanted to do laser for my neck, so I asked one of the employees there what do they consider the size of this area, and the answer was Medium Area.So I went ahead and bought 3 sessions package from Groupon and started my first session with them. Now obviously when someone says neck you would assume the Whole neck. Shockingly, and right before I was about to start the session, I was informed that the front neck alone is considered as a medium area and the back neck separately is consider as another medium area and I should have bought another package if I want to do it fully... (Knowing that lower legs is consider medium area as well, which is basically twice as large as the entire neck).However, I swallowed it, and said its fine and lets proceed with the back of the neck.After that, I felt some itchiness in the back of the neck and decided for the next session to do the front of the neck instead.Right before starting the next session, I asked to target the front part of the neck, but they refused to do so saying that in my first session I did the back of the neck and they cannot change it anymore in the system... sounds like a very complicated system right? I tried explaining to them that I had already purchase the 3 sessions for Medium area which is exactly the same for them, and all I want is to just shift from the back to the front of the neck. But apparently it is something very complicated as per their system and their management... And they wanted me to pay extra, almost half the price of the package, just for them to adjust...Now obviously I refused and since their customer service representative didnt offer any solution, I left without proceeding with my 2nd session.This happened 2 days ago, and until now no one called me from their side to try and fix it or come up with any solution!! Very professional, right?So as of today, they owe me 2 sessions for the neck, that frankly speaking I dont care about anymore, and I would rather go to any other laser clinic which takes care of their loyal customers.For sure, I wont recommend this clinic to anyone! And obviously neither any of my friends & family will ever go there!Worst customer service I have ever seen in Dubai!!!

I first starting going here in 2016 and the team was fantastic.However, staff are exceptionally rude and stroppy when they call to reschedule an appointment and you can’t make it(which happens every time). When you get there staff are also rude and unwelcoming. Extremely unprofessional particularly when you have just spent more than 2000aed!You will be sold stuff you don’t need, you will not be listened to and in a nutshell they will be rude to you steal your money and you will have to go somewhere else to get what you want.Such a horrible experience!

Hello everyone I would like to share my experience with seagull facial treatment. The reason I have booked hydra facial so I can clean my pores by extracting as they advertise on their website but when I arrived in the treatment room they only use a suction device which is not very effective if I knew I would have never booked my facial as I did many hydra facials with other clinics and is completely different experience.Not worth it

My skin has been dull and tired from this weather and pandemic situation. I saw the promotion on Groupon and decided to try the Hydra Facial with Vitamin C & Gold Collagen Mask. First of all, Rhea the beauticians was very friendly and she was very thorough as she explain to me step by step what she puts on my face and she checks on me a few times to see if I was comfortable or in pain. The ambience was clean and the music was Disney piano songs which made me feel relax. I am impressed with the facial and customer service and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

I took their June offer for slimming with 4 sessions and i have done my 2nd session last July 5.They cancelled the 3rd session for more than 3 weeks now for the reason that machine is under maintenance and no available gel. My sessions should be done every week and until now there is no news when it will be available..
