Amazing experience with marina medical center. The staff and dr. are very professional. the center is clean and therefore the ambiance is extremely relaxing. Dr. Abdul is amazing. An expert at what hes doing. A kind and really friendly together with all his patients. Had an amazing experience and needless to say that i will be able to return for more services

It has been a year since I came to this clinic to do the transparent braces. The staff is nice however, I do not recommend this place for anyone for two main reasons.1. Although the doctor has a good personality but he is not good at his stuff (more important than his personality). He promised to fix my teeth within 6 months. He could not (my case was considered minor by the way), then he said 3 months more and we fix. He couldnt and now it is almost a year, and he couldnt fix it. Wasted my time and my money.2. They do not respect the time of their patients. I come on time and they keep me waiting for 30 minutes because the one before me was late or they were late.I sometimes come late but all the time I call them to either rearrange or apologize.. They never did that.So avoid this place to save your money and your teeth.I am revisiting my comment that was maybe somehow unbiased for point 1. The doctor was cooperative to reimburse or fully refund for the treatment. I don’t accept that because tbh the treatment did improve some teeth but not the one that I came for.We are going to sort that out in the coming days. Hence, pls consider this review as an open case that might be modified again 🙂

I went to this center last year to treat what I thought was a urine infection. The doctor prescribed multiple tests which were negative. He then prescribed an antibiotics regimen, which didnt help either. I thought something was seriously wrong with me, then I researched the symptoms online and found that it matched a yeast infection. I took the medicine, I was okay in 3 days with over the counter medicine.I spent over 1500 DHS on this merry-go-around of wrong diagnosis and finally had to cure myself.I wish the doctor had better information about this.Edit : The Dr who attended to me, kindly reached out and informed me that there was no positivity of yeast infection in my test, results. I appreciate that and have added one more star for this attention.I must say, the antibiotics gave me temporarily relief, but since anti-bacteria antibiotics cant kill fungii, they didnt solve the problem for more than a few days.Well, I am sure the experience with me is a learning opp for the centre and they will be able to treat future patients better.

The crown I had fitted by Dr. Omar fell out after 3 months. I was told the crown would be a great option as it would last 15+ years, not 3 months. I was very careful, and was not in any accident. I payed 2000+ AED which is now a waste of time and money, as they will not compensate me. Terrible dentistry, do not come here.

This place is absolutely amazing. Dr. Abdullah Anis is a brilliant doctor dermatologist/ cosmotologist. I come from outside the UAE to specially get my botox and fillers done with him. He works his magic every time . I truly advise anyone who wishes to have value for their money to visit Dr Abdullah.

Awful. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never experienced anything like it. The woman at the front is extremely rude and left me wondering who trained these staff on customer service. I will never go here again. Asked to speak to the manager about this and he was “unavailable”. Whoever owns clinic this should be ashamed.Called twice to inform them I would be a few minutes late for my appointment due to an emergency and there was no answer. When I arrived they refused to do the appointment and told me it was “not their problem”. However I called multiple times to inform them and there was no answer. They wanted the session to be used from my pre paid package so I’d have to pay again.Said they make exceptions for their most valued customers, though I’ve spent thousands here and apparently I am not one of them.

I can’t recommend this place enough for all services! Friendly staff, quality service. Meets ALL expectations!

I unfortunately did not have a good experience in the clinic. They booked my appointment without informing me that my Dr. had already left the clinic and expected that I would see a complete stranger without any prior warning. I wasted two hours of my day travelling there and back. Given that they didnt inform me at any stage of the change in staff nor disclose where the Dr. had moved to, I would not come back to the clinic. Very disappointing.

After a month of botox treatment even after retouch on forhead , my some forhead lines came back. And not even slight lift i got for eyebrow.I did botox for forehead, eyebrow lift and masseter muscle from Marina Medical.I complained about it, they called me to clinic and told me they got some complaints about this allergan brand and dr told me she can re do the botox but it can make ur face frozen which ofc i dint want to happen.So i let it be like this until next botox treatment. Still dont know exactly what went wrong, techniques! Dilution! Or allergan brand!Anyway Always best to research before taking such services otherwise money would be wasted.

Highly Recommend, I visited the center 22 December for Dental cleaning referred by my colleague.. but when I went there the receptionist was very smart to tell me about their services and once she mentioned hydra facial I booked for it it was a package with facial and extraction and led mask it was very nice specially that the therapist was very expert so I felt very comfortable and relaxed her name was Beverlyn I recommend her for facial and I will do the laser hair removal one day with them

I did whitening in this center. It took me around 1 hour and it was very comfortable, not painful at all, doctor was very professional. Result was amazing, i got sparkle white colour but natural in the same time. Just in the evening after procedure i had pain, in the morning it was gone

I started Laser at MMC 10 months ago and I am more than happy! Getting an appointment is very convenient, the clinic is extremely clean, smells very nice and the staff is very friendly! I have been with one therapist Gietchen since the beginning and I highly recommend her, she is understanding, sweet and very professional at her work! We are a regular patients for this medical clinic for years, as we thought it is the correct place and location to treat our daughter there but when a doctor see her for 1 minute and claim it is a consultation and we should pay 650 AED while there was no consultation and even if 1 minute in the treatment room which they give the vaccination for my daughter it is considered as consolation I can surely know that it is pure business and the old concept of the doctors human roles it is gone for ever I advise you dont attend this clinic and look for better behaviour as for us and every one we know we will never visited anymore, its great that you did highlights to the details which I have missed I think it is clear now. A days the doctors profession its related to money, Insurance not to humanity and great to know 2 minutes in the treatment room it will cost 520 after giving your discount and specially to one of your old customers well any how your comments might clear your opinion which we do respect as a member in organised sociality but in standards of doctors profession as we raised one it is have to value anyhow good luck if we visited you or not this will not effect you as you mentioned the doctors are qualified which I do agree totally qualified but for me I look into for academic qualifications thanks again and good luck I will be visiting you to pay you the balance which remaining that I couldnt pay it in my last visit as i dont have insurance still to afford been your customer again, but thanks for I found a real doctor in all standard thanks again and yes you have great doctors to be fair but academic wise.

Great laser hair removal service, Gretchen does a really good job, she knows what she is doing and won’t put the customer in any health risk. They have two devices, one for thick hair and the other for thin. They offer good prices on packages. You may find it difficult to change the time of your appointment though as they are usually busy and fully booked.

I recently did my Botox and fillers with Dr Anis, and can honestly say that he is amazing! I have been to different clinics all over the world for injectables and this is by far the happiest I have ever been with the results!Dr Anis was wonderful, he took my needle phobia into consideration and was very gentle and patient. I appreciate his ‘less is more’ approach which is rare to find especially in Dubai as most doctors will keep injecting just to make more money. If you are looking to do any kind of facial injections I cannot recommend Dr Anis enough, he is a true master of his craft.

Very friendly atmosphere with a personalised service. I had a great experience with the Dentist and Gynecologist. Nurses are exceptional. Easy access to the clinic. They are open until late evening, that made it even more convenient for me to go after work. I do recommend this medical center.

I visited the clinic with my friend for her appointment that was scheduled at 3pm and we waited for 2 h with no one saying anything to us about how long will we wait and why is there a delay.Very unprofessionalI can not comment on the service itself because after 2h 20 min they didn’t even started the process.

I book an appointment on 12th of May for 15th of May. They called me a day before the appointment to get confirmation. I informed them that Ill come. They call me the next day 3 hours before the appointment and I again confirmed them that Ill come. So, I took 2 hours off at the office, so I can manage my work accordingly. Then 1 hour before I received a message from them telling me that the Doctor is not available and we need to reschedule your appointment. I called them and informed that please dont reschedule it as this is non-professional behavior as they confused me getting confirmation 3 hours before and cancelling it immediately after that.

Had anybody written a genuine feedback, I would have saved myself from visiting here. The staff and doctor was more interested in teaching me the about the pros and cons of my insurance than treating me. Atleast 5 times people mentioned about insurance and blah blah blah not included in insurance. and to top that, they were making a sick person fill feedback form and tell them how we heard about them.

MMC is by far the best i have come across, the staff is very nice and proffessional; they try their best to accomodate if i call for appointment , but its better to book 3-4 days in advance. I am getting my Laser hair removal and the results have been amazing , compared to the price in Dubai; its economical and effective too ( for my complexion and hair type) as i had also done it in Australia, but it was of no use.Special thanks to my specialist GRETCHEN who is great at her job & makes sure im comfortable & feeling fine during laser sessions.I had 3 sessions of hair removal ( back, shoulders & neck )and the results were very good after some months i bought 3 more which is still active but its been 9-10 weeks since the last session and there is as light as no hair growth, i am very impressed with results & highly recommend MMC.
