I went to this clinic a month ago, and they were very much pushing to do some unnecessary tests.I went to so the test in few days, and i was late for less than 10 minutes, but the doctor refused to take the appointment.Today i went for an appointment with general practitioner Dr. Mohammed... i came 5 mins earlier, and they made me wait for another 20 mins!I saw the doctor leaving the clinic, means he did have a patient nor he cared to the appointment.Bad service!There are several clinics in the area, but this should be ur last option

I went to the clinic in mirdif following my doctor as he move there from Emirates hospital,,for first time is very bad experience actually,,first of all the doctor ask me to do some test and when I go to the nurse check ask me to back in the next day because the driver is left and no body can take the test to the lap,I refuse to back because I came from far area to them,after 15 min they said that they will take the blood and keep it for the next day,,,I try to call the in the next day to be sure they take the test and to send the results but i stay waiting 2 times in the phone for more than 1h each with no answer,,,Its my first time and the last...

Good clinic. Good atmosphere..uptown mirdiff is nice area..lot of parking space is available.I have good experience with Dr.Rajkumar orthodontics. He was treating my daughter last two years.. very good doctor.An expert in the field of orthodontic.Doctors with varies specialities are also there.Uptown midriff is now very calm area..we can do some shopping also after hospital visit.

Unacceptable time management and poor professionalism by Dr Ramika Mittal. Appointment was fixed at 10.30am and reconfirmed one day prior. As a patient, we are asked to reach the clinic 10 mins before our appointment, which I did so. But, upon my arrival, I was informed by the receptionist, Dr Ramika will be late by 15mins (she will be reaching the clinic by 10.45am) due to her PERSONAL matter. I waited until 10.45am, still no sign of her. I left sharp at 10.45am....Wasting my travelling and waiting time....

I like the orthodontist i see there, but the ladies at reception are rude. I had an appointment , i received conformation three hours before my appointment time, I arrived no Maam your appointment 5.20 ( it should have been 4.20) playing dumb, like i made the mistake. So rude! Even after me showing the confirmation SMS... Still playing dumb... A simple apology for THEIR mistake would have been nice, but didnt even get that!!! It seems a common occurrence making appointments and the doctors are not even at the clinic.. Avoid if possible and thank you to the rude reception girl...

There is no comment on the hospital or the doctors summit attention and response, especially Dr. Mohammed Norin, but the problem in the receptionist ( Miley )she is not on the right place , does not have the standard of customer service very rude and never smiling and not cooperating with patients she is actually a bad facade of the hospital unlike the employee ( Fadi ) He is very helpful and very kind and always smiling thank you Mr, Fadi

Very bad service and no matter you try ... their staff and the call centre are completely out of service.Tried to get call back from my daughter “ Noor ” doctor and they keep telling me she will call back and of course no one did..!!! Three calls from my side from 2 pm until they closed at 10:00 pm...!!!!I advice you to be more honest and transparent with your patient.Many of my friends advised me not to deal with you but, it’s bad ...!!!!You can reach me any time you want, just check your system who called you three time on this date and as per the call centre they’ve updated my request at your system “ sure it’s not working “ 🤔 now as usual.

I had the best dental experience with Dr Miey Ghanem at icare uptown mirdif. Very professional and a very skillful lady. Did scaling and filling for a couple of teeth. Didnt feel a thing... So highly recommended.

Thanks to the reviews I wont come here, they have an offer on Cobone for dental whitening but theu posted on the ad. A really great reviews if which isnt matching AT ALL with what its listed here!Would not book in this clinic for me and my family.

We went here early morning today, it was just for a common cold and medicines, they insisted on full blood tests and radiology scans, knowing that our insurance was expired they insisted on it like blackmail, even refused our approved sick leave if we didnt do it. Doctors especially the lady doctors here are horrible and only out for the money. Will never come to this Clinic again. This type of blackmail and abusing ones need when youre not insured is dishonest and utterly inappropriate. If we were still insured they would have never asked for these utterly useless additional tests as they would never be approved for a case of common cold that can be easily diagnosed and treated.

Very professional,I went there with my 20 days old baby andThey took 1 hrs to check if he is covered under my insurance or not and finally asked me to call by myself and check,where as I called the clinic before making an appointment and asked them categorically about this.i had to leave from the clinic with out getting my son checked.highly disappointed

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RECEPTION!I WENT TODAY early morning for a simple blood test and was ready to pay the entire clinical amount of 800 AED so that they could proceed with the lab tests until they get approval, but the reception just asked me to sign a consent form and assured me that I would be getting my blood test reports by evening. Only when I call up in the evening they tell me there was some miscommunication amongst reception and their nurses and they never sent my blood samples to the lab so I wont get my reports now. Nobody out there knows how to manage anything and all they can say is that we are sorry. Never go there.

They give you appointments and the doctors are not even in the clinic. This is my 3rd time in this clinic and I always had to wait for almost an hour for the doctor to arrive. Definitly not coming back to this clinic. If you have no choice but to choose this clinic then make sure your schedule is clear because it will take you atleast 2 hours or more inside.

Dr .Heba infact I have a dought of Dr. As she has a bad attitude and lack of professionalism.Many complaints was addressed to the call centre still nothing happened . Terrible experience and call centre is more worse than Dr. You will just waist your time of your complaint as you will never hear from them. Very surprised. I dont recommend her at all

I visited this morning to see Dr. Heba in mirdif uptown for the first time (without insurance), I have a common cold and needed medicines. After consultation they insisted to do additional radiology and bloodtests knowing that my insurance has expired so that my medical bill can go through the roof! They also blackmailed me by not signing my approved sick leave until I had done the unnescesary tests, that otherwise if I would have been insured, they would never ask for because the insurance would never approve unnescesary tests for a cold. I was forced to pay for the unprofessional consultation and leave upset. I will never visit this clinic again and would never recommend this clinic to anybody!!!

I go there for my daughter. They used to had another pediatric doctor in my recent trip and she had 0 interest in throughly checking the kid and didnt discussed at all history of problem with my wife for diagnosis.

They have poor customer service when ever you call them they won’t attend you right away, waiting period is way longer then your imagination!
