I had been looking everywhere for blood check up packages and by chance, I found Kings and it was my good fortune - the package was very reasonably priced, but more importantly the doctor has been amazing. Dr Mohammad Hassan is one of the best doctors I have ever come across! He is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. The nurses and staff at the clinic are all very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I dont usually leave reviews unless I’m happy and satisfied with the service. Dr. Mohammed Hassan deserves compliments and appreciation. I highly recommended him as he is absolutely the best! Visited Kings medical for my molar, my old filling chipped off. I’m just too thankful for Dr.Ahmed’s dental expertise, he saved my molar with normal filling. I find it as an honest and helpful act.Prior to knowing Kings medical which was introduce to me by a friend. I went for a different dental clinic in murraqabbat area, he did x-ray and some detailed check up, and still advised me to do root canal , because it’s the only way to save the teeth according to that dentist, since I don’t want that procedure, I went to search for another dental clinic.I’m sharing my experience because I know we want our original teeth saved, and Dr.Ahmed just did it!

Not recommend at all. Staff are not responsible for you anymore after they charge you. They could make your teeth bleeding for more than 24hrs after tooth extraction, and saying it’s normal cuz they don’t wanna take any responsibility for that.

I made an appointment for hydrafacial, i confirmed it and they called me again for confirmation and i said yes its confirm. When i was in the reception the receptionist told me that my booking is only for consultation which is i didnt book that appointment i even show to her the message that my appointment is hydrafacial. The worst is they didnt accommodate me, totally messed up.. to think im leaving in sharja just to go there nothing happened. Very disappointed.

I dont recommend. I went to this clinic for dental cleaning, which usually involves a lot of different processes and time. The cleaning I had done didnt last more than 5 minutes. The dentist was nice but it was a cheap service, with cheap prices so I guess I got what I paid for.

When you come out of the room, you wont be the same person who walked in. It was empowering to say the least, Dr. Haroon is truly amazing! He gave my smile a new level of confidence, its like Im born again. Nurse Charlyn is an angel beside me everytime Im on dental chair, shes a comforting presence that made my every visit smooth and warm and friendly. It has always been homey. I have been having my laser hair removal treatment in your clinic for several months now and I am very satisfied with the quality of care being given to me by Ms Vanessa so I started referring my friends to go to your clinic since.However, I was very disappointed with your laser technician,Ms Debbie. Last Friday, my friend and I went to do laser hear removal treatment. My friend immediately informed Debbie that she thinks that she didnt hit most of the areas with hair but Debbie just shrugged it off saying that she did. She didnt even give any post care instructions to my friend. As a fellow healthcare professional, we all know how important that is and this is just pure negligence. Also, my friend used to work as a laser technician a while back, given that theres been so many updates since, she still has gross idea on how to do this properly, so I believed her when she said that Debbie did our treatment too quickly. Imagine, we waited longer in the waiting area than laser hair removal in one small and large areas.Even I left the clinic very unsatisfied. Since I have  been receiving a superb service from Vanessa, I can honestly say that the quality of care provided by Debbie is very poor and I hope that shell be reminded how to do her job properly. We are a paying customers and we expect an excellent service.My friend still has 2 more sessions and we would like to request a different therapist. One that will do her job passionate to care for her patients.

BAD ATTITUDE ALERT! Kings Medical Al Rigga, Think before you visit!From 21st July, 2020 night, my front lower teeth were paining a lot. I decided to visit a dentist, my friend recommended Kings medical Al Rigga and mentioned that theyve got a reasonable rate. I visited Kings medical in Al Rigga on the 22nd and started treatment with Dr. Ahmed. He took an X-ray and said your 3 lower teeth have an infection. He suggested removing teeth and they can replace with an artificial one. I said I dont want to remove teeth, he said you can do root canal of 2 teeth (due to a salary cut, end of the month, current house movement, etc.) I asked can we do 1 root canal? Do you think the pain will go away, he said yes and I started the treatment of 1 root canal from them.Charged - 600 AED for the whole treatment before even starting it. They say its for the next 3 sessions. Due to my current situation of pain, I decided to pay the whole fee before attending all 3 session. This is something sad I have ever experienced in my past 3 years in Dubai where you have to pay for complete treatment before even finishing it.After numbness was gone, the pain was the same, believe me, the pain was so much that I couldnt sleep or do anything. I called them more than 5 times after reaching home, after taking pain killers and I mentioned I couldnt bear the pain should I come now? They said Dr. Ahmed is not available now; you need to handle it until tomorrow morning. I was in so much pain I decided to visit another dentist in JLT (La Perla Dental Clinic in Dubai aka LA Clinique ME DMCC). They were very clear that you need to start another tooth root canal and they mentioned we will open it and if you want, you can come later for finishing the treatment, they charged (645) only to open the root canal.Charged - 645 AED for the only treatment they did.On 2nd dentists suggestion, I took 2 Panadol and 1 Brufen and slept and next-day pain was the same. I called 2nd dental clinic, they said to visit the nearest hospital and ask them for a strong pain killer. I went to Med Care Marina; they gave me an antibiotic and pain killer via IV. The pain was gone for 2-3 hours and came back.Charged - 100 AED because I had insurance.I went to the 3rd dentist in Tecom called Mint clinic, the doctor called Neha Singh found out the issue and fixed it. The pain was gone.Charge - 3345 AED because she had no option but to work with all the already treated teeth.1st visit charged - 3452nd visit - no charge3rd visit - they mentioned 3000 AED and said you can in pay in installment.I decided to call the Kings medical to get a partial refund because out of all the dentists only they took whole treatment money without doing it. They wrongly suggested removing teeth, no one else suggested that. I called them 3 times they said theyll speak to management and doctors, however, on the 3rd call they said they cannot give back the money, its their policy to take all the money and dont give back even if a patient doesnt complete the treatment. They said you can come back to complete the treatment, I mentioned, I started the treatment with another dentist and the problem is already fixed while Dr. Ahmed wrongly suggested removing teeth. This could be a scam probably to make money I believe. They said you can write a review or complaint to anyone, but we cannot do anything. Im very surprised without completing treatment, without doing the remaining 3 sessions they charged me for all and not ready to give a partial refund or adjust it for any other future treatment.Read and decide how good or bad theyre.

The clinic itself was OK, quite accommodating but the things is i booked for adjustment for my braces and the dentist literally change the rubber of my braces and thats it. no cleaning or anything.
