Overall disappointing visit. Firstly, the dentist were late for the appointments. No apologies or anything was provided for the tardiness. The overall consultation was rushed due to starting late. At least the dental cleaning was performed fine. Thirdly, not all the dentists take credit cards as a method of payment. How can a clinic be run in such a manner where the different dentists take different methods of payment and it is our role, as customers to make the necessary arrangements. Not only was not that mentioned when making the appointment, there was no apology for this important piece of missing information. Fourthly, the price quoted over the phone pre-appointment was quite different than the higher actual cost after the respective work was completed. Customer service is severely lacking. Overall, quite disappointing visit.

While difficult to say I loved a visit to the dentist, this is as good as it gets! I was in big trouble having recently arrived in Dubai and having a dental emergency on a weekend, however the Staff and Dentists at NCDP responded quickly, professionally and efficiently to my needs. Since then I have been put on a course of improvement that will address years of long term, poor treatment when resident in the UK. I feel at ease with the program and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the clinic. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars.

If youre scared of dentists, this is the place to go! Dr.Tina and her staff are friendly, competent, professional, and talk you through every step of the procedure. I would definitely recommend NCDP to everyone!
