Very positive experience. I had laser hair removal with Dr Alia who gives you her full attention and doesnt hurry through patients. I found the dentist Dr Amjad to be gentle and skilled and I felt no pain during a filling replacement and teeth whitening. The nurses are excellent. Would definitely go back for further treatments.

0 stars.Been a Dental client for 4-5 years and generally only had standard procedures, generally ok although I was never sure of the pricing!! HOWEVER, I have recently been treated to get a crown fitted which was a painful nightmare. 3 attempts to fit a temp which never worked and they have taken so much tooth away I was in dreadful pain. They had exposed the nerve and I went to Dr Joy on the Palm . What a difference- no pain. The new dentist said there is no way Kamilia could have secured the crown based on what they had done. Of course I had paid in advance so I am now trying to recover that. I needed an expensive root canal to rectify the problem before an EMAX Endocrown could be fitted at a cost of several thousand dirhams.Do not go there- pay for a proper dentist - huge regret!!

Dr. Alia and Dr. Amjad are simply the best! Ive been going here for years and their service and personal care and concern for their patients, in addition to their integrity is impeccable. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Amjad Al Rubyee Pathetic experience..worst doctor i had ever met.. who pressurized own staff .. I kept asking doctor for the total treatment cost. Dr. Ahmed agreed for one amount. Later he started my treatment. At the end of the session they were demanding money for the treatment which is included in the total cost. Most worst thing they were demanding to surrender my gold, my mobile , my watch as they felt AED 350 dirhams of x ray they wont get it paid. When i denied to surrender my phone or valuables .. i was forced to surrender my driving license or emirates ID as a security. In all the ways x ray cost is always part of treatment. I was not allowed to call even my husband to come and pay.. Worst clinic who doesnt gives clarity and treat their patient as thieves... even if they suggest any promotional price never visit as its all fake..& they dont reply

It’s the best clinic In Dubai, I was a nurse working in this clinic and the doctors and all the staff are the best in this clinic. Comparing with the previous one i worked with, this is a very friendly environment, they will treat you as a family, I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who is willing to work in a good environment and also I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a treatment in medical and dental as the doctors are very professional. O star rating!Worst customer service I have ever received.The manager/doctor is so rude and has no respect for appointment times, I was kept waiting every single appointment between 30 mins and 1 hour.Once they didnt even bother to contact me to tell me they were going to be closed after I had already made an appointment with them. They left me waiting outside, after whats apping and calling them for 45 minutes to be told eventually that they were closed with no apology.They have whats app but they do not reply.They have a contact number to call to book appointment, but they do not confirm nor do they offer alternative appointment times.The manager has never once apologised to me for all of the above. He dosnt have the decency to come out of the office and face his customers.The lady who works there Is very nice and skilled at what she does but she has to dedicate all her time apologising in his behalf for poor time management etc etc, the list goes on.

It is amazing. Their work is perfect .I made facial plazma with dr. Alia and the work is excellent. The result is clear on my face, it looks very beautiful and younger. Also, I made full body lazer , it wasn’t painful at all, and now I don’t have to remove the hair anymore. The clinic take in consideration the disinfection and the cleanliness of the tools. They are really professional and friendly.It was a great experience for me.

I was suffering with severe toothaches So i called and Dr Amjad (who was recommended) he made time to see me straight away. The practice itself is clean nice and easy few minutes from the metro. My dentist he was brilliant, I felt very comfortable as he is very experienced and was completely honest about my options.i was also offered free parking for the building. I would definitely recommend kamilia clinic to others and will be returning myself for treatment in the future. Friendly, professional and honest. Thank you Dr Amjad and team.

Worst clinic I had been to, i don’t blame the staff ( receptionist and therapist) since she is extremely multitasking. I blame whoever who owns it. They claim be high end clinic, I will say a low class clinic. I did a laser hair removal, the hair didn’t fall out as it should, the machine doesn’t work I assume. Waste of money and time.

Went in for my twins ear piercing. They did an awful job, not to mention the horrible attitude of the “manager”. He was so proud of himself that he kept referring to himself as “the manager”.Also, quoted one price over the phone, then increased it by 50% when we got there.I won’t go there again if it was the last place on earth
