The clinic was easily accessible and valet parking is available. The clinic is very presentable and tidy and It was a plus that they do direct billing to our insurance. It was very child friendly and it was my first time see screens both in front of the patient and on the ceiling, so kids can continue watching their fave show even while lying down. But the best thing is having a wonderful dentist for my kids esp my 2yo who was a first timer. Dr. Mandeep was such a lovely doctor who was so warm and welcoming. He has his way of making kids very calm and comfortable. I actually couldnt believe that he got my 2yo to to open his mouth without any objections! My son stayed still during the whole process and did not move a muscle!My 7yo also got his first filling and the experience was very pleasant, he did not get scared nor was there any pain. Overall, we are very happy to have found Dr. Mandeep.

I was so surprised with Dr Soraya, she finally cleaned my teeth to perfection, and now when I know how good she is I can’t be going anywhere else!As well I had teeth whitening and the results are incredible after just two sessionsThe stuff is so nice and going inside is like being in a space shuttle, so white and clean and polished- same as their work!One of my favorite things is a TV in the ceiling, I watched 3-4 shows of the Friends and didn’t feel any pain!Thank you! After my 3 year old fell on his mouth, he needed to have baby root canal treatment and a tooth capped. I saw the good google reviews and decided to take him to Dr Joy clinic and to see Dr Mandeep for a consult. From the get go, Dr Mandeep was very warm, attentive and also very professional. He made sure to explain the treatment plan and the different options we have. We agreed to try to get everything done under Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas sedation). Today we went in again to get the treatment done and it went so smoothly that I’m actually amazed! My son didn’t shed a single tear, despite getting local anesthetic injections, root canal treatment and a crown and at his young age! It was unbelievable! I’m so relieved and thankful that we came here and were under the care of Dr Mandeep and his wonderful assistant.

The clinics dentist has created great dental scare in my child with the same treatment and poor treatment. When we had to come in urgently to fix a broken tooth, they did not bother to explain what would happen and the repair caused daily pain.

Very happy with my experience in the clinic I went there to have my new Invisaligns done and they are amazing also coz they used a special X-ray scanner tool that maps your teeth perfectly. Also did my teeth cleaning and they did an amazing job. Definitely would recommend the clinic.

As we do not live in the UAE and needed to travel for treatment, it was extremely important for us to select the right dental clinic. After much research, we opted for Dr Joy Dental where Dr. Era suggested Invisalign Aligners in lieu of traditional braces for my daughter. We have not regretted this choice. Dr. Era is simply wonderful and really took the time at the start of treatment to make sure my daughter was comfortable with wearing her aligners. We are close to 7 months into treatment and the results are unbelievable. Highly recommend Dr. Era who is simply amazing with little ones and Dr Joy Dental Clinic in general.

The BEST dentist I have ever visited. Dr Sondos is a perfectionist and extremely patient together with catering to my needs for a better smile. What a wonderful experience for our 6yr old daughter at the AL wasl branch with Dr Anila. She has needed a crown for the last 6 months and after 3 failed attempts through her fear, we finally got one in today. This was all down to Dr Anila and the team.
