Dr. Phillipe Sleiman helped diagnose the cause of swelling and pain on my side jaw (which by the way was apparently due to a delayed dry socket), and gave me the best possible care possible. He wouldn’t let me leave without finding a proper solution, and making me do jaw exercises that expanded my range of movement (not sure what the medical term for it is). Would recommend him specifically at American Dental!! He’s a true gem.I hope it recovers soon!

Last March 2019, we visited the clinic in Dubai for the first time and me and my husband were truly amazed by the “homey” atmosphere and set up of the clinic. The interior makes you feel you are truly at home. To add to it, the welcoming smiles and service of the staffs from reception ( Miss Marilou) and Miss Edna who was so helpful in explaining the details, dental Hygienist Roxanne and Dr. Hala who did a very excellent job to put back that great smile in me and my husband. We were treated with utmost care.Booking an appointment is a breeze and you will definitely get a response plus further reminders when your appointment is near.Truly an amazing experience to be a patient of American Dental Clinic. It is really pricey though, but it is worth it! We will definitely be back in June.

I was in Dubai for some relaxation and lost a crown and filling. The Clinic was so helpful in getting me in for this emergent issue on a Saturday. The office is comfortable and the staff are an amazing group of friendly people that made me comfortable in my stressed time.

I was physically and surgically assaulted by a general dentist at Nicholas and Asp clinic.That clinic helped a perpetrator to get away with a crime.That general dentist has already committed medical violations against her patients in another country immediately before running away to practice at Nicholas and Asp.The clinic comprised my dental record to cover up for the unbelievable physical damage I was given.I was left bleeding without one single stitch to close the surgical wounds I was unsolicitedly given.Don’t trust dental clinics. With the right connections, they can literally get away with murder.We trusted that clinic since 2003.Anything anything anything can happen to anyone there.Doctors LOVE covering up for each other, even for a predator with a negative documented professional history.

I have been to different dental clinics in Dubai — and I can confidently say that American Dental Clinic is far better than any of them. I had one tooth that was in pretty bad shape so much so that I had to undergo root canal. While such a process would usually take several hours or a number of visits in other clinics, with ADCs Dr Philippe Sleiman, it was done in LESS THAN 30 minutes! Amazing. My tooth was as good as new.Patient care is excellent, and the rest of their dental team knows exactly what needs to be done. Besides that bad tooth, I had other teeth problems I didnt know about until a thorough check was done. So proper restoration processes followed to prevent further damage. Kudos to the team! And a special thank you for the wonderful service! More power!

Went there for the first time for a dental cleaning, the clinic design looked old and I was a bit taken back But when Dr. Zeina Hammad started working on my teeth she was amazing, professional, she made it very easy although I don’t like dentists, I’ll difenetly go back again.

A disaster by all means.My husband and I totally trusted that clinic and we invested in our dental care at this clinic since 2003. But when it was time to claim my dental record, I was given false reports, falsified visits history to the clinic, altered X-rays and all of my clinical photos have totally vanished!An appalling unsolicited surgery was performed on a healthy set of teeth and gums by one of the general dentists at that clinic. I had gum and bones reduction surgery without an assessment and much more unbelievable damage. Instead of admitting truth and replying to messages and reports of other specialists who diagnosed my case, the clinic decided to manipulate my records and deprive me from seeking dental treatment anywhere else.I’m not through with this yet.The clinic should be able to carefully look through the professional history of its dental practitioners, instead of hiring badly professional conduct people to play some parts just to bring in more money to the clinic.I’m not through yet.If you’re reading this, please beware.Don’t trust.Keep your dental records safe at a different trusted dental clinic.This clinic doesn’t care enough about their patients safety. Many clinics want to make money. Dr. Michael Ziegler, founder and head dentist, is world class. Every new cutting edge procedure he knows, because he returns to the Panka Institute (the Harvard of dentistry) for further study every year. He is both a dentist and a pharmacist and graduated from one of the top dental schools in the U.S. American expats posted as far as Kazakhstan fly in for care. He usually works with 2 assistants and they are both licensed dentists, not just hygienists.He owns his own lab, so he has control over the crowns, veneers and implants he uses. One of his specialties is dental implants and he deals with very difficult dental cases. Dr. Ziegler is a perfectionist. He also does NOT do unnecessary work to soak clients, because he doesnt have to, as he has more work than he can handle. I lived in New York City and CA and have never found a dentist better than Dr. Ziegler. I was a resident in Dubai for 10 years and am lucky to have had him as my dentist.

I took my 9 years old daughter to the American Dental Clinic for a consultation for complicated teeth extractions that required surgery. After taking her to two other clinics, we decided to go with the American Dental Clinic. We are glad we did!! American Dental Clinic provided a great service! The front desk receptionists are all nice, I dealt a lot with Loubna, she is professional and very friendly to us and our daughter! She kept updating me on our appointments and provided great customer service! We dealt with Dr. Timothy, Saughnessy , Dr. Mauricio Taborda and Dr. Michael Ziegler and they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They made us feel at ease , and not a signal time we felt rushed by the Doctors. On the day of the surgery Apple (Dr. Mauricios assistant was very nice to our daughter during the surgery, kept comforting her, talking to her to distract her...The surgery was a success and we will still be taking our daughter for continuing orthodontist work with Dr. Timothy and using the clinic for our dental services. The prices are reasonable for Dubai. Thank you American Dental Clinic and keep up the great work!

I also saw another doctor who asked me to take medication I didnt really need until I was referred by my friend to Dr. Ziegler. I never thought my bite has something to do with all the headaches and migraines Ive been going through these past 3 years. I am so thankful to finally be diagnosed correctly and I never felt better in the past 3 years of my life. I recommend Dr. Ziegler he is a TMJ specialist and he definitely helped me get better.

My favorite dental clinic since childhood in 2000.

We had a great service experience at the American Dental Clinic. My son, whos only 2 years old has already had a bad tooth decay at an early age. We took him for a dental checkup at Burjuman Prime Medical and told us that the only way to treat his decaying teeth is to undergo a dental surgery (which ofcourse my husband and I totally disagreed with because our sons too young to undergo surgery). So we went to ADC for a second opinion. My son had his check up and came back after a week to start with the procedure with Dr. Hala (we love her! So sweet and very professional) and to check if our son would cooperate so as not to send him to the hospital for surgery. Thank God he did! In just less than an hour, Dr. Hala successfully managed to finish the treatment.

The location is quiet easy to reach, the doctor who treated me is Dr.Ahmad Samir, hes real good, light handed and professional at what he does.

I have TMD problem and good thing I went to see the right doctor. Ive been having so much pain everyday for 2 years now. Ive been to different doctors, seen a neurologist, ENT, did MRI scans, did different tests and cost me a lot of money but almost all doctors just put me on different medications, muscle relaxants, I even had botox but the pain just comes back. Until I found Dr. Ziegler, hes a TMJ specialist and I learned that I have a bad bite that caused all the pain all these years. He helped me so much it changed my life. I highly recommend for people with TMJ problem to visit this clinic and see Dr. Ziegler. This clinic feels like home and clean and staff are very professional.

I do not recommend this dental facility. My wife and I both went her for routine cleaning and it was not a good experience. First, the facility and equipment is very dated and in some cases broken. In the Doctors office the monitor kept flicking on and off in the chair, the light was broken, and the table for the dental instruments was broken so tools would slide off. Additionally, the medical doctor recommended my wife to remove her wisdom teeth prior to examining her condition (which is not recommended for her situation). Please conduct your exam before making clinical decision. Finally, the payment was nearly 1000 AED for the services. I had a 15% discount but they said it was not applicable for dental cleaning (not mentioned anywhere on the discount or by the staff until after the services were performed). Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Contrary to the name of this business, we did not encounter an American dentist at this facility. We went in for a check up, which the dentist completed very quickly while her daughter roamed around the exam room playing with the instruments and distracting her mother. We were recommended to get very expensive work done without given any options. It felt like it was all a sales pitch and not for the best interest of our dental hygiene. Neither my husband nor I will be returning.
