Went today at Karama Branch for cleaning..my expectation was high, unfortunately sad to say that my previous dentist was much much better. I felt my gums are going to explode. This is the very first time i experienced this. Ive never felt this before. We will not come back.

I saw Dr. Avinash when I was about 37 weeks pregnant with an agonizing tooth pain. He made a slight opening between my two teeth to relieve the pain I was feeling and refused to give me unnecessary anesthesia ❤️ He also didn’t prescribe antibiotics and told me the pain will go away within 24 hours (and it did!).My daughter also had a tooth extracted by Dr Indranil Roy in the same clinic. I liked how he answered all her questions directly and addressed them before the procedure (which was fast and painless).Thank you to both wonderful doctors 🙏🏻

Dr. Sajjad is great with kids. He makes them comfortable. Our Sofi is 3yrs old and she needed a root canal procedure with few tooth filling. We tried to do the procedure in the clinic but she could not sit throughout the entire procedure. We then decided to have the procedure in the hospital where Sofi had her first general anesthesia. The whole experience from the orientation at the clinic to the procedure done in the hospital, Dr. Sajjad facilitated everything well. He answered all our questions and assured us that all will be done properly. Dr. Sajjad did the procedure with extreme care. Sofi is so happy with her tooth crown proudly showing it off to relatives. Amazing is an understatement to express my experience with Go Dental. I have been visiting this Clinic for the past 3 years and they never failed to surprise me with their customer service.The staffs are nice and friendly and they pro actively call and follow up on the appointments. Day after your treatment they would call to check if you are doing ok which is really impressive.I also particularly appreciate my Dr.Resham Kiswani who is a great human and a good friend. Always helpful and inform the whole procedure in advance. She also keep a note on patients info and every visit she would ask about the family kids etc whatever the conversation we had previously.Great Dental Clinic and recommended.

I had to have a wisdom tooth extraction. I was in lot of pain! I called the clinic and they advised me to see Dr. Indraniil Roy, their Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. I was hesitant since I was seeing a dentist, however, Dr. Indraniil is absolutely amazing! For someone so young, his knowledge, expertise and practice is exceptional! I was at ease since the minute he greeted me in! He explained the procedure step by step as he was doing it. It was smooth and effortless on his part. I anticipated alot of pain in the night and the next morning. However, to my surprise, I was fine; the pain was bearable and not as bad as I thought.Also, a special shoutout to the reception. They are very professional and polite. Everything was smooth from the entry to exit.Another aspect of the clinic that put me at ease was that they are following all the covid guidelines and everything was sanitized before I went in.Thank you so much to the team of Go Dental Clinic! I had visited for my father tooth extraction Dr. Indraneil guided us properly on how do we get the approval for my father dental process has is 77yrs and has blood thining medicine. Process was smooth got the approval and then got an appointment where Dr. Indraneil seamlessly removed the 2 teeths all was done within 30min. Fantastic experience at Go Dental!Recently I finished my year-long oral treatment. With the help of professional Dr. Benita Benjamin I was able to got rid of all the cavities (more than 10!). Time is the proof of the quality of her work.My case was unique because I did not use any anesthesia. With this in mind, I barely had any pain during our sessions.Administrators are also nice. My first experience going to Go Dental Karama was excellent. During Covid, taking the claustrophobic lift in not such a great building entrance, I had my doubts about the place but once we reached the clinic, the place was very nicely maintained. They even had everyone wear the shoe cover which added another layer of protection to maintain hygiene. Dr. Sajjad who also happens to be my school buddy did the teeth cleaning for me. I genuinely felt great not just because of the results but also because he took the effort by doing it in great detail & with a lot of patience. Post cleanup he also showed a video explaining the best brushing techniques to maintain ahead. Would surely recommend. Happy to have visited there. Excellent place & a job well done. Keep it up guys!!!
