Very bad experience with the reception itself.Went for an emergency for my kid. While seeing the kid crying with pain she was not even care and behave like we went for something free of cost..After waiting for 1 hour we leave the place without consulting the doctor.Not recommend this place because of the ill behavior..

A brilliant, clean and friendly dentist. Ive always hated the dentist. After getting a terrible job on a Root Canal at a previous dentist I sought out Ibtisamty Dental Clinic .They were professional and explained the whole process to me when they had to do a re-root canal. Hardly no pain and I wouldnt go anywhere else now.A brilliant dentist that know what they are doing and make you feel comfortable all the time. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Not that kind of easy patient because i panic a lot🙌 , to my surprise first time to feel comforted , i just hope all doctors are as caring and professional as Dr.shimaa , there would be much less pain in this world 🙏So far the best dental experience ,Thanks Dr.shimaa a loOoOot ❤️
