- I went to a well known dental hospital in Medical City to remove my lower wisdom tooth. Their surgeon said my wisdom tooth is very close to the nerve. If removed it will damage the nerve and develop a dry socket.- Luckily I heard about Dr Dareen remarkable skills and booked an appointment at Trur Smile for a second opinion.- With her impressive skills and self confidence, Dr Dareen managed to extract the tooth in a minute without incision.- Extraction was 4 days ago. I didnt feel any remarkable pain post extraction. Nerve was not damaged and I didnt develop dry socket. Gum healing process is going very well.- Many thanks to Dr Dareen and True Smile.

I had an amazing experience with True Smile Works! The customer service was super, all the staff are really friendly & accommodating. The clinic interior is modern & looks so clean. They even have reserved parking right in front of the clinic.I did my teeth whitening with Dr Dareen & I was so impressed...my teeth got 6 shades whiter in 1hour and it didn’t even hurt ! Totally recommend Dr & the clinic 👍

The place is good, however the price is extremely high, unless u have Insurance, but if Insurance can cover 3k, then Still useless in this place, the reception lady make fun of us by using Hindi language with her colleague, then without telling there is consultancy fee, asking me direct to go to the room and do check up, after charging me 350aed for only open my month and saying that i need do this this this and this, one teech costing me like 10k dhs, it is without x ray, without any treatment or check up process, by only ask u to open month, already 350 gone, this is very bad experience, and I will make social page on Chinese community in Dubai, i will not recommen any Chinese or any of my local or foreign colleagues and friend to YOU EVER

I visited True Smile Works based on their 5 star google review. This was my 1st mistake as unbeknown to me most google reviews can be falsified and are as trusted as a sales pitch. I was later told by a person in the industry not to trust Google 5 star reviews. Lesson learnt.From the minute we entered for a family checkup including myself I was made to feel the doctors were there to upsell some of the more expensive treatment.What was supposed to be a normal child checkup turned into a hodge bodge that has led to a tooth extraction. My child is now permanently scarred and scared of the dentist chair. I wont go into the details but I have no trust in any of the dentists at True Smile from the 4 visits.I was left very angry from the lack of empathy shown, doctor who was more worried about getting home than my terrified 7 year old and the defense given which can be summed up as we have years of experience and it happens...

The dental clinic has both the best equipments and as well the best Doctors and staff. Their location is handy and free parking. I just walked in for a visit with my daughter who is 6 years, I was nervous because I know how difficult it can be for children to see a dentist. We were referred to see Dr Veronika, she came and took my daughter and walked with her to the children play area and then to her office, I just saw them watching cartoons as if they know each other and my daughter never ask where I was. Dr Veronika took her time and explained to my daughter every function of her dental chair 😂😂 and while she started her treatment everything she did was excellent explained and with a count down👌👌👌until the end my daughter watched her cartoon. And she had to come back for another treatment so Dr Veronika gave her tooth key chain and a little mouse pocket to keep her falling tooth. Today it is my little daughter of 6 years who books for her own appointment and calls Dr Veronika, they are best friend 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I will always come to True Smile Works Dental clinic. Simply the best

Following up someone’s kind recommendation I visited Smile Works Dental Clinic today and I can’t recommend Dr. Shakiba enough. I have a very complex case and she has made me feel very comfortable which is very rare for me when it comes to dental clinics. The entire team has been so professional and with no hesitation can I suggest it to anyone who needs dental work done no matter how big or small.

I have not been to the dentist for a number of years and i was very worried. Dr Veronica was amazing. She kept me calm, relaxed and her manner was very good. I know nothing about dentistry but my teeth now look amazing!
