During an appointment for filling, Dr Warren discovered that I had a decay/infection in my tooth. He recommended a root canal, which made me feel nervous at first, but he put me at ease through his calm demeanor, answering all my questions, explaining the process in detail and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the treatment.The full zirconia crown is natural looking, fitted well, and post treatment, it’s been smooth without any complications. From this experience, I can say that Dr Warren is one of the most patient and caring dentist here, and I recommend him for his professional service and reasonable rates.Thank you Dr Warren!

I broke my wisdom tooth which had a bit of cavity and very light sensitivity that needed filling. I went to Easy Dental and was seen by Dr. Deepika Sharma. My experience was very unpleasant, to say the least. First she kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my tooth (after telling her the problem) then she kept on insisting that the problem was my other tooth (which had already been root canal-ed years ago but had no crown) and that I needed to go for x-ray (which I think was unnecessary since I told her the only problem was the chipped tooth). Moreover, I personally think her tools (those tips you attach on the machine plus the blue light that goes inside your mouth) were unsanitary. The procedure also is quite questionable -- Ive been with several dentists so I kind of have an idea of how things go. Also, her hands were heavy and she was pulling my mouth open as if ripping it and my hair went all over my face at some point. In addition to this horrific experience, she did not give me a receipt when I paid in cash and only after I asked her for such did she issue me the receipt. Very dodgy establishment, indeed. I am never coming back and as for my tooth, Im gonna have to go to another clinic to have what she did rechecked. I really have so much doubts on her work.

Had a very pleasing experience with Dr. Dipika in getting my tartar cleaned frm various sections of my tooth. This was the first time when I went to any dentist for such treatment.Dr.Dipika,besides being quite competent in her designated field , was very warm,compassionate in her interaction ,with me ,which provided me a great emotional comfort level in tiding over the discomfort n some pain ,which one experiences in intensive level tooth cleaning since the tartar in my teeth was at a high intensity level. She further provided all the tips and guidance to prevent occurence of such high intensity tartar ever in my teeth. Would highly recommend her to all looking for high intensity tooth cleaning services.

I called first for inquiring then after we go for walk-in because it show can do an appointment or walk-in but when we go for walk-in still we need still an appointment and the receptionist didnt even inform matically should make an appointment first thru phone call..

Really very disappointed, I had made booking for Dental Cleaning for AED 99 after i sat on chair Doctor informed that I will be charged AED 250 which i agreed but I am more disappoint the way she Cleaned, after every minute i was suppose to spit out all waste but I was not given that option. i had to swallow all that years waste & because of which i had 2 days terrible stomach ache. Totally unprofessional & money minded.

Worst service ever! Dont go there.I went for a simple work that is usually made in a few minutes by my dentist. I simply needed a point of glu on a retainer bar.Dr Deepika, was the one that was assigned to my treatment. First she said there was no problem, and she wanted to work on other teeth!! Then after I insisted, she was not able to do it correctly. After a few hours the glu was gone!! Now that I recall what she did she did not even remove the previous glu before putting the new one.Even worst, I didnt remember she took out the tools of the sterilized pocket.On top of that she wanted to be paid cash and didnt give me any recipe.Now I have to go somewhere else to redo the same job! I would never go back there!

Went to East Clinic as I had severe wisdom tooth pain.Walked in, and the person sitting at the front desk was busy playing games on his tablet. Waited for him to get his attention. He did not bother to put the tablet down. After responding to my queries, he continued playing. I noticed the same treatment when other customers walked in as well.I came again on another day wanting to fix an appointment. The staff was still playing his game. This time i met Dr Ivan and he told me he could not do the procedure as there were no equipment available.Dr Ivan gave an option for me to look for other clinics. I wanted to stick to Easy Dental because Dr Ivan shared a lot of info with myself and I needed to get my tooth fixed the soonest.I asked if the equipments can be done the following day. The staff assured me i will be updated. I called on the same day regarding the surgery if the next day can be accomodated. He said he will call before 9am.Of course, the call never came. I whatsapped the staff and said this is unacceptable that no update was given whether or not the surgery could be done.After 5 days, the staff whatsapped me stating the equipments have arrived.I did not respond to them like how they did to me. I had to chase after them for updates.In contrast, i had such a pleasant experience with the clinic i went to, where they were attentive and timely with updates through calls and emails.

Quite unprofessional and seemed like having trainee doctorsWe went for cleaning, were told its AED 100. But after sitting we were told that its more than that..we agreed to avoid the hassle. The entire process felt as if it was done by some incompetent trainee doctors. Even didnt do the suction properly and had to keep spitting and showed little care for the patient.NOT recommended

One colleague of mine recommended Easy Dental to me and I dont regret at all having my treatments here. I had great experience with Dr. Rachelle and her assistant. Im always uncomfortable whenever I get dental treatment since I was a kid, during this time I still do but Dr. Rachelle was very helpful and professional in making me feel relaxed. She told me to gesture if I was uncomfortable, to breathe and focus on happy thoughts but I couldnt (hahah!) but then I noticed the background music was like a relaxing Spa, so I focused on that almost made me sleep though!Kidding aside the clinic adhere to COVID precautionary measures. Show up on your time of appointment because I noticed it was always fully booked. If you are late they will still try to accommodate you, if time permits. She always mentions the price and explained the treatment before actually doing it on you. I had x-ray, scaling and polishing as well as filling. Im happy with the results and for me it was all for a reasonable price. Unlike some clinics in Dubai that charges way more with disappointing service.Big thanks and great job to everyone in this clinic. Highly recommended!

Just had the best experience here yesterday. This is my first time here and I know for sure I will stay with this place from now on. Dr.Rachelle was very attentive and an absolute expert. Got my cleaning done and my teeth are feeling FRESH! People at the front desk handled my paperwork and everything fast and were super nice too. Visiting the dentist’s always seemed like a hassle to me especially during this time but Easy Dental definitely changed my mind even with all the COVID regulations. A+++!!!

Called to make an appointment and to find out the cost of wisdom tooth extraction but unfortunately I decided not to go to the clinic as I know great service starts from over the phone. I called at 9.15am. The receptionist answered the phone Hello as though it was his personal phone. I have to asked if this was Easy dental clinic to which he responded yes. I said good morning. I will like to know the starting price of wisdom tooth extraction. I heard no response as he seem distracted. I said hello excuse me. He said yes. Then I had to repeat my question again to which he responded starting 300dhs. After I asked if I can make an appointment but again he seemed distracted and was acting like I was trying to invade his personal surroundings or I was taking up his time. I immediately told him that it was okay and he hung up. I decided to take my business else where because if no attention or emphasis is put into a customer like I can only imagine the service itself at the clinic. The ambience over the phone was not welcoming at all and because of that you lost a potential customer/business deal.

Everything was fantastic. Usually I get nervous going to the dentist but from the moment I walked it everyone was super welcoming and warm. I loved that the doctor went through a whole plan for me. Everything was laid out clearly and the price was a fraction of my expectation. Cannot wait for my next appointment!!

Composite filling what they use is not a good quality. The filling Comes out after 2 to 4 months and also the lady doctor who is Indian is not experienced. She does not do the filling properly. Bad experience

Had may dentures replacement from karama branch last november and a week ago a tooth broke. so had to go back to them to repair my dentures. Just today 11.08.2020 i went back to have my dentures back. But receptionist just hand over my dentures to me even though dentist is available on that time. Dentist doesnt even show up to me. they just asked me to fit it in the toilet. Just want to raise this for management to give attention on the services they provide.this is the first time i encountered a dental clinic with this service. how will you know if your clients are satisfied if you are not attending ro them properly. hope every clients are treated equally.

My daughter n myself visited dr. Nair at the clinic. He is a thorough professional and very patient doc. He could explain each and every move very clearly so that we all were on the same page. The time frame for the treatment was just bang on..My family and myself would definitely recommend him to all..he is an asset to the clinic.

The receptionist (Filipino guy) was very unprofessional. No basic courtesy and time for appointment is not strictly followed. They should inform of any changes to scheduled appointment as this is very inconvenient for those who have traveled from far away just to visit the clinic on time. I asked him to check the blood pressure of my Aunt twice already for us at least to know if she can go ahead with the tooth extraction, but he simply ignored me and did not comply with my request despite being not busy at the desk. He did not even apologize for his incompetence and rude manner. Too bad the dentist seemed like a nice young lady but sadly I will not come back to this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Super bad experience, i went with my wife to this clinic once we entered the room, the filipino doc. Tell me go out, without saying plz so rude,and he closed the door and stay inside with my wife, after 2 min my wife called me, and she told me the doc. said to her she needs Surgery, once i entered the room to ask about this producer and how much it cost.he didnot reply and he become rude to me and he just reply /ask ur wife donot ask me/ , i cant call this guy doctor . My advice donot ever come to this clinic, and our DHA will take action on this clinic soon

I went to the clinic today with prior appointment at 5 pm but I dont know what heppen I find like I took appointment for some other doctor and get treated with someone else.... They just advertise that its 99 dirham for teeth cleaning but they will tell you your teeth is so bad that to clean it we will charge you 200dirham.... Very bad experience even though I paid 150 but didnt get good treatment they complete it within 10 minutes and charge 150..... I never recommend this clinic to anyone... Its 10 pm in evening still I am feeling pain in teeth and not happy with service... I feel like they made me fool... Easy dental clinic please dont cheat customer...

Hi, AllThis is worst Dental clinic i have ever met they all not professional doctors only they want to make some money...i was surprised to know that doctor is not able to suggest any cure for the problem.....

My experience is far far from any good. I came to Karama brunch to make the filling of 1 tooth, but was recommended to make 3, not sure that it was necessary but trusted the doctor. It was about a month ago , still Im suffering from cold/hot reaction and cant bite on 2 out of those 3 teeth , despite I didn have any pain before the treatment. Would NOT recommend to anybody and will never come back myself even to fix what they have done...

Experience is much better than my expectations. It was my first time and we consulted Dr. Warren who is from Philippines. I had to get my daughters milk teeth extracted and am sure she gave him toughest 50 minutes for a job of 5 minutes. There was all the crying and drama for the fear 6 year old had for injection and first extraction. But the doctor didnt loose his patience even for while and smoothly got it done after when the lil one was in control.I also want to thank the man at reception ( dont know his name) who picked up the crying girl and accompanied her on doc chair to comfort her and convinced her to finally open her mouth.Highly recommend clinic. I had to put on braces for almost a year and Dr. Nair handeled my case for half of the that time, and I would say that hes an artis in his field he knew what hes doing,he had all the right solutions for my dental problems, he made it so easy and he really cared about giving the best results.. Am happy with my teeth now and I would strongly recommend that clinic.

I would NOT recommend going to this dental practise! My friend and I went to this dental practise as an urgent matter because we were both working on cruise ships and needed fillings. Personally I knew I needed one filling as I was suffering from tooth ache. I had this tooth filled along with one other after being told it also had a cavity. I also got told that a third tooth needed to be filled but I decided against this. When I came home and went to my dentist they told me firstly that the tooth which had been filled at easy dental had been badly done... the decay had not been removed properly and the filling was too soft! So I then had to have it re done properly. The third tooth which I got told needed to be filled actually didnt have a cavity and in fact it was a different problem altogether! So Im happy I decided not to have this done at easy dental. My friend who was with me has also been advised by her dentist to have all of the fillings that were done at easy dental again for the same reasons.. Decay had not been removed properly. This is extremely poor practise! Surely you should not have dentists that do not even know how to remove decay from a tooth and carry out a procedure correctly! You also shouldnt have someone advising patients for fillings that do not need to be done! I am very disappointed and would not want anyone to go there and experience this which is why I have taken the time to write this review.

Dr Ivan is rude, not meant to be a Dr.Ive always been terrified of dentist all my life but never thought i will meet a rude and insensitive dentist. This was my second time visiting a dentist and i think ill never again.I met with Dr Ivan Delacruz who did the consultation for me , i explained to him how terrified i was but he cared less. He started the the treatment and i screamed a bit he paused and said stop screaming this is not a horror movie , what you are doing is childish you are so childish he keot saying. I told him to stop and i asked him how he could say that, he replied with no remorse rolled up his eyes and said what do uou want me to say? You are childish.After that i brokedown with tears and asked to see a manager to complan but i was given an email address without phone number.Still crying ***Never seen a rude Dr like him.I will never come back here again just wish my husband didnt spend 1000 AED in that place.I would not recommed any one.This Dr Ivan is not meant to be a Dr.

I was doing the urgent root canal treatment in EasyDental Clinic Karma in October 2017 and I’m very happy and satisfied with the results.
