Initially, she walked me through the whole process; by using the cameras, she explained every step in detail in a straightforward manner. During the process, she was very gentle, kind, and friendly. I decided to get an orthodontic treatment before I turned 50, and within less than nine months my orthodontic treatment was completed. I am very happy and fully satisfied with the result. I tried to book with them and asked specifically Turkish-speaking dentists (3 times) for my infected tooth and their booking team constantly trying to book with dentists who is not speaking Turkish. I finally persuaded to book with Turkish speaking dentist Dr Yener but this time they informed me that he will remove my tooth at the first appointment. I asked why and he told me because he is a surgery dentist?!
