I have no idea why would they claim that it is a 24/7 emergency, no one picks the phone, and the clinic was actually closed when i passed by, if you really have an emergency you are better off going to another actual 24/7 emergency clinic.

With no doubt one of the worse clinics ever, they give you appointment at 10 Dr. comes at 10.30 and you need to wait forever, for more than a week i asked twice personally and 3 times over phone for my report , still they did not send it , I gave side effect to medicine and fainted twice .when I called clinic it was not possible to talk to the Dr. you ask for his mobile they do not give, you ask Dr. or his nurse call you back they never do , what kind of clinic is so irresponsible for such a serious case to their customer, i fainted outside and i could have die and all they tell me is sorry we will see if we can reach to the Dr. or else today afternoon come to clinic . You cannot be so irresponsible if you are dealing with people health. so very disappointed. My Dr. has to be available in case of such an emergency.

Called Dr. Sarhan at 8:30 in the morning and told him my friend was experiencing a lot of tooth pain. He told us to meet him in the clinic in 30 minutes and hed take a look. He and the staff were wonderful from start to finish - giving honest advice in a cheerful, professional manner. Theyre also very upfront about the pricing, which is competitive based on other quotes I received. After my experience with Dr. Sarhan, I wont use any other dentist in Dubai!

Had a wonderful experience here for my daughter! It was a pretty complex case.. but Dr. Waseem was very reassuring and handled it amazingly well!
