I had a very positive experience with NOA Dental Clinic. I had chosen to have 2 fillings done with them after reading positive reviews on Facebook. The Doctor who treated me was Dr Mona and I cannot praise her enough. She was polite, attentive, and did Xrays before proceeding with the fillings to ensure my teeth were healthy. Thanks to her professionalism she had found out that 1 of my teeth needed a root canal treatment. She explained everything thoroughly and how the procedure will go ahead. She works very carefully, patiently and with calm instructions to her assistants. I didnt feel any pain and I was very happy with the whole experience. The clinic is very clean and they follow Covid-19 precautions. The staff is well spoken, courteous and always ready to help. Imagine being told that you need to have the wisdom teeth removed?? ! I found Dr. Roy Thomas online. I went in to have two wisdom teeth removed, and was told that only one truly needed to be pulled. Dr. Roy left me feeling confident that the tooth could be removed without any serious risks. That was a week ago. The whole experience was great. I never hope to need an oral surgeon again, but I would definitely go back to him.

Went along with a friend to Noa dental clinic as she had a routine check up appointment. The dentist had really nice mannerisms and found him to be very pleasant. Tl;Dr If you go here on a Friday without an appointment, youre not gonna have a good timeService: I had an emergency on a Friday and this was one of the few clinics open in the vicinity.It had good reviews online so went to their website and tried to get an appointment, chatted with the rep online who assured me that Id get a booking once someone was in office.Did not get a response after opening time (as mentioned by their website customer rep), so tried calling them on the number mentioned multiple times - no responseAs mentioned before, this was a bit of an emergency so I went to the office directly to try my luck. There was I believe only 1 doctor and 1 nurse in the office on that day with no one manning the front office. The nurse didnt recognise that a new patient was in nor was I able to get the nurses attention the few seconds she was out of the dental room. So being in pain as I was (and the fact that the closest dental apart from this was 2 hrs away from opening time) I decided to wait.The wait was for an nearly an hour (as the only nurse on duty was assisting the doctor), finally after which I got the nurses attention and she was able to get me an appointment. I had to wait another 20 min before the doc saw me and let me know my diagnosis.Billing: The 2 min consultation was billed at 75dhs, which is pretty standard I guess, but my main issue is that I was told to pay the full amount although my insurance has only 20% co-pay. The nurse did mention theyd get back after checking the details of the insurance but its been a week now and no proactive revert on that front.Note: One of the doctors from the clinic called me up a week later (after I posted a 1 star review) and let me know that the clinic operates on a bare minimum on Fridays. Ive since changed the rating to a 3 star

I was referred to Dr. Roy for my wisdom tooth removal. He walked me through the whole process and informed it might take up to 30 minutes. The removal took no more than 10 minutes after I was numb. I could’nt have asked for a better experience, highly recommend him.

It was my first time visiting this clinic after hearing some good reviews from my colleges. Firstly, I have to mention that making the booking online was a breeze.Dr. Zul was very kind, attentive, and professional when he perform the dental cleaning on me. There are some small details that made this clinic stood out for me from the other clinics: I particularly liked how Dr. Zul put some numbing cream on my gum to ease the discomfort during the process, also he put on Mr. Bean for me to keep me entertained. Overall, dental cleaning can be daunting, but thanks to Dr. Zul, I will definitely return for my next cleaning.

I dont review anything at all but had to write a review about this dental clinic because of the horror I went through. Noa has the most unprofessional dentists you will ever come across. Please avoid this clinic! I went in for a consultation to check whether I need braces or not as I didnt wear my retainers and had a relapse, the lady dentist who does aligners was extremely unprofessional and was on the phone while checking my teeth!! Who does that? Finally the dentist who does fixed braces walked in and had a lot of attitude and wasnt interested to make me his patient at all nor did both of them answer my questions. I was ready to pay and get my braces done the same day! After the disappointment I found a better clinic and got my braces from a much better dentist in Prime!

ANUPAMA was very caring and understanding during my visit. No pain or problems with my fillings, neither did she apply pressure if I were not ready for the procedure and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. She took a lot of time to make me comfortable with the anesthesia and even spent considerable time to do my phone stuff (lol). She even excuses herself if she needs to take important calls or not. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health for which I am very grateful. Keep up doc! 👏👍Kudos also to DR. CHRISTY for such courage and strength who did my extractions. Its not just how skillful the dentist is that matters, its what theyre like as a person too.
