I visited Dr Hala to have all four wisdom teeth out plus a few other bits and pieces. It was completely pain free, and everyone went out of their way to make the experience as relaxing as possible! Really great service. (Also, cleaning from Megan was great too!)

I visited the clinic for an emergency consultation due to complications as a result of wisdom surgery. The consultation happened to be on a late Thursday afternoon when the availability of doctors are extremely scarce. The secretary (whose name I unfortunately do not know) was extremely friendly and tried her absolute best to find us someone who could help. Dr Hala was in on an off-day for another emergency, and immediately saw to me and resolved my problem altogether.Dr Hala was friendly, sympathetic towards my situation and extremely good at her job. The service from all staff was incredible, and all done in the most friendly and kind way. I have only recently moved to the UAE, and after my visit to this studio and Dr Hala specifically, I refuse to go to any other dentist or any other clinic.

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Hala and a replacement of 2 fillings.I have a fear of needles in general so even the anesthetic is a scary thought for me, let alone the actual procedure! However, with Hala and her team I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!I really didn’t feel a thing, the whole process was far better than I ever imagined and I felt completely safe and in good hands the whole time. Great service and staff at the British Dental clinic, my wife went for a second opinion after another Doctor immediately wanted to perform surgery on a mis-diagnosis. They were very thorough with the consultation, the procedure was quick and relatively painless according to her for a root canal and her pain level immediately went from a 10 to a 1 overnight. Highly recommend this clinic for proper dental care.

Dr Hala and her colleagues make such a fabulous team. Given a previous experience that didn’t go too well Dr Hala took over and corrected everything with extreme care and precision. Nothing was felt during the procedures, cosmetically everything looks great and feels fabulous. She is a careful and patient listener taking everything mentioned into consideration for the planned treatment. Communication with the clinic is instant through WhatsApp and scheduling is most organized. There is free parking followed by a lovely coffee in the waiting room. For someone who knows nothing about teeth or dental and hasn’t been to a dentist for literally over 20 years, obviously I cannot judge much, however all I have felt is that this is a trustworthy dental clinic to go to.The reception people are professional and responsible. The environment and atmosphere are great and relaxing. Hygiene is of great level. Equipment looks advanced and feels comfortable, though I know nothing about the technical side.I was treated by Dr. Hala and her team. Without much details being said, the greatest value for me is that I don’t need to bother myself to know much dental and just cooperate, pay and leave with peace of mind.Actually it is quite difficult to find such people or business around us these days, genre speaking. And I am thankful for that, especially for my dental needs.Even though it is expensive to me, I feel my money has gone to the right people and place. They deserve it and I would love to contribute more if I had more needs and means down the road.The downside might be Dr. Hala team’s schedule might be quite tight sometimes.I am not trying to be nice, nor can I guarantee anything as I said I still basically know nothing about dental - a bit more since I visited them though. Dr Yasmine Al-Zoubaidy, is definitely a very competent and talented Endodontist. Her hands are light( which makes patient feel comfortable during the treatment). She explains well the process and end result of treatment. Overall a comfortable and pleasant time at the dentist chair with good results.

I can’t speak more highly of Dr Hala! From minor, to major, to cosmetic, her work is amazing! She has been my dentist for years and she has always given trusted advice, like family. She and Mukaddas are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Dr Walter (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon) and Dr Omar (Specialist Prosthodontist) are absolutely excellent specialists, and are very highly trained and skilled experts (I should know: I trained and worked in the UK as a hospital dental and oral surgeon before I became a medical specialist). Both have a warm and friendly manner with their patients. They work individually and together as a specialist team, for example when they are preparing for and fitting dental implants.My case was assessed and planned very thoroughly with full and careful examinations and all the necessary X-rays, bone scans and dental models. The two doctors explained everything in as much detail as necessary.Dr Walter and Dr Omar were both very honest and did not propose any more treatment than was necessary. In fact they actively discouraged me from doing more procedures than needed or sooner than needed! Together they advised on a range of treatment options, and explained the advantages and disadvantages, correct timing and sequence for each alternative plan, with absolutely no pressure.Afterwards, both doctors showed me the high quality of their work on X-rays and using camera probes with high-definition close-up images. I was absolutely delighted with the superb quality of care and results, including the high-quality lab-work and shading. The pricing was also very reasonable and excellent value considering the high quality care, service and fantastic results.The nurses and receptionists are warm, friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable and modern with great coffee! Parking is on-street but is conveniently paid for by the receptionists.I highly recommend Dr Walter, Dr Omar and the British Dental Clinic in Dubai.

Excellent service from the receptionist to the dentist, endodontist, and maxillofacial surgeon. Dr Yazmin identified my problem and resolved it with superior professionalism. I even received a follow-up call the next day to check on my recovery from my root canal.

Went in for a broken tooth. Initial assessment was very comprehensive and all the staff were very friendly. Was told I needed root canal which they did there and then - v efficient and all pain free. Very professional service to high standard and very helpful, would highly recommend.

Disappointed by the quality of the doctors. Seems they just want to rip you off of your money and not provide a honest advise.Went there for a broken front teeth, a very simple operation that should not cost more than 250 AED. Before I even realize, the doctor was doing X-Ray for my back teeth and charging me 450 AED for visit and general inspection. This is even before he started discussing issue with my teeth. And then he started to try to sell me other services which I really did not need. All just to inflate the bill. I just decided to walk away and refused to pay the inflated bill.Avoid at any cost and try to look for honest dentists which will not just start piling random services on you just to overcharge.DHA should move and ban this kind of behavior.
