Came to see ENT Doctor, staffs are very friendly and they are treating the patients well.. During this pandamic season they are doing an awesome job.

Over the past 8 years, I have been to many clinics & hospitals in UAE (Sometimes for myself & sometimes for my friends) , A few employees are nice whereas the other few are treating patients for the heck of it, just because they are getting paid. But the Aster clinic in Abu hail deserves my 5star. As the whole team are well organized & they have been kind & helpful to their patients.

I visited this clinic in Abu Hail branch and i had an appointment with ENT Specialist Dr.Midhuna at 5:20 pm. As per my knowledge, prior appointment means you dont need to wait for a long in the cue. But guess what at this clinic, receptionist gave me token number and i have to wait more then 45 minutes for my number. So then i asked them whats the meaning of appointment if i have to wait after making it. And they have no answer for this. And this clinic even dont have enough sitting capacity and the patients have to wait while standing. Disappointed service and it looks like a fish market. Staff are confused and they still have no option to tell patients to wait for a very long time even if patient have booked and appointment.

-ve. One word do describe : DONT GO USELESS to Visit Dr. Mahrrof pediatric I book an appointment in another hospital for my sick son

Its always a disappointment to go to this clinic. I had to wait for 3 hrs which they are disorganised and the next day I came for the laboratory result even the doctor ( Dr Geetha ) was not helpful as am not an indian. I heard her saying smthg in her language seems like am nagging her to prescribe a medicine. She wanted me to go out and wait till she finished with other patients. They are so racist. Only Indians get the best service in any aster.

Have been going to Aster Clinic, Abu Hail since 2016. All the staff are helpful. Doctors are very knowledgeable. My parents have been going to internal medicine specialist for the past 20 years. He is a very experienced doctor.Everything is good about this clinic. Staff, nurses, and doctors all are friendly and helpful.

Last month I visited Aster Abu hail to consult with the doctor, nurses and staff help me through out since it was my first time in this clinic. A big thanks to them and Kudos to all Aster Staff and doctor. Wishing you all good health and always safe

Worst service ever i seen in my entire life. They pushing us to consult a Doctor for a covid test. So for Doctor consultation fee has to pay seprately and for covid test also. Never going Back to them.. Never Ever

Totally unprofessional service, it takes you back to an Indian Government hospital. The staff at the reception are rude!The only reason I took my daughter there cause its close to my house. Waited over an hour to see the doctor! The staff at the reception kept sending in people out of turn only cause they spoke the language (malyalam, i am guessing) and the people they knew (friends)! How unprofessional is this.And the electronic complaint/feedback form thingy was not working?!

During this Covid 19 situation, I took a big risk, took a taxi, travelled 30 mins to this clinic because I know I needed medical attention. What I experienced is appalling & beyond real. In my 15 years in the UAE I have never had a doctor who not only never took off his eyes his computer; not try to find out my medical history nor did any physical check. It took him 2 mins for my whole consultation & just told me to go & see an eye doctor. No empathy, didnt even try to fake it. Its in my face, business, he gets paid, thats it. This is a shame for the medical professionals who has dignity & would risk their lives to save people. This kind of people in Aster should not call themselves doctors, they are clowns, a big joke & a big insult. Aster Clinic, pls clean up the pieces of garbage in your company. And dont play with peoples lives.

Very very very worst experience with gynaecologist Dr.Lakshmi arachana kumar. She just want to do the duty, No caring attitude with patient. Very bad behavior. Always rude. If ask any doubts, she is shouting. Even 1% we are not satisfied with this doctor. I never ever see a doctor like this. I will never allowed my family or friends to go to this doctor.Dear Aster management, please take strict action or warning against dr. Arschana, otherwise she will spoil aster privileges. I dont know how a educated people can behavior like this.Honestly im saying again, *i never ever see a doctor like this in my whole life*

I wanted to take a moment to thank Aster for the care given to me during the visit to the clinic. I had headache and ear block and Dr Midhuna ENT explicitly and patiently explained the details and reason for the same and I have fully recovered from my issue after several trials with medicines elsewhere. I also thank the ENT staff Nurse, whose promptness avoided any delay in the process.

I have been in Uae for last 3 years.I have visited many clinics for myself & my family health check ups.But i am taking a moment to really appreciate the staffs in Aster in Abuhail.Eventhough there was a bit waiting time for consultation,the staffs seems to be very aggressive & passionate in their work.They greeted us well & guide us properly.

Pathetic!! Went to see a GP for loose motion today and also my wife is pregnant. The reception clearly refused saying that maternity only Gynae doctor can see and doctor was not there. Other places would have at least checked my wife and referred if they cant treat. I went there in abu hail one because i live close by. The reception staff was not at all helpful.

The services are good, I am trying to contact by Telephone (Tel No. 04-2692785) for the last 5 days (4-5 calls at various time each day) but no answer. Please arrange somebody to attend the telephone.

I have been calling this number from such a long time but nobody is answering which is very bad. There should be one person who attends calls and provides appointments and essential information related to clinic to patients.

Unprofessional staff on reception.. She doesnt know how to talk to patients. She was raising her voice and talking rudely which was completely not expected.

Everything is fine the Clinic is clean and the people are easy to talk.The only problem is that it takes to long for the que to move. It took me more than 3 hours just waiting. They only have 1 doctor and today is not a weekend.

Horrible experience.. i was given wrong medicine by your great Dr. Abul Kalam.. I went in with cough and fever and he gave me medicine for asthma with Ibuprofen. I DO NOT HAVE ASTHMA PROBLEM, AS OF MY KNOWLEDGE ASTHMA PATIENTS CAN NOT HAVE IBUPROFEN WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING WITH HUMAN LIFE. if i take this to DHA which i defiantly will his license will be canceled. this doctor did not even speak a word to me while my visit, i had to ask him if there is something to worry about he simpled replied NO. gave me prescription sheet and asked me to go. i tried calling them for more than 1 hour non-stop no one answered, when i personally went down to question the receptionist replied we dont usually answer calls as we have customer in front of us , We are not allowed you should have called our call center. it was actually your call center who gave me there branch number.Because of him i am even more sick and forced to go to other doctor.i do not want to give even one start. but am forced to because it wont post without select

I had ear barotruama as a cabin crew often has. Dr. Prashanth instructed me how to make the symptoms better and also prescribed the right medication. The consultation cost only 157 AED!

It was 1st experience in any clinic in Dubai, and it was very good. Expecially 1st I met Dr. Prashant, He diagnosed all issues and history without telling. Every Dr. here is well qualified and expert in his own field.

Every thing was perfect. Dr. Rashida Ghafoor is best GP doctor in the clinic gave us a right advice and medicine and Dr. Parul gupta is excelent Gynecologist superb God bless both of you BUT only the problem is not in this clinic its all over in Aster is time your clinic takes to too much time to clear patients and i know its why also becuz Aster clinic accepts all kinds of insurance this is the problem i see always when ever i visit clinic hope this can be slove in future. Totally unprofessional team , staff even DR are just working to get paid. If by chance you go and Dr is not there nurse will say go to other hospital .why because nurse cant disturb the Dr she might be sleeping at home as no one is there in clinic from 2 to 5 pm , even if you have 40 c temp, neither they will take the efforts to check you. Pathetic hospital ever seen .

It’s a really bad experience with non expirenced team , they didn’t know how to treat their clients , for me am a pregnant woman I went today with the only dr there, her name is pawal she didnt gave me any instructions, and she didn’t welcome, that’s becide I feel not comfortable there starting from the call reception and Chasher, for me this is the last time to go to this place

I have a bad experience here. I went for check up due to my on and off fever. After the lab test result Dr. Jose said im totally ok no need to take antibiotics only paracetamol of course i believe him because hes a doctor but 3 days passed by still my fever is the same so i went to ANOTHER CLINIC for 2nd opinion because there should be a cause why im having a fever and i finally got my treatment done im feeling better now. All i can say never take for granted what you are doing because we are talking about health here and health is life.

I had very bad experiences today with Aster clinic . I reach clinic at 19-50 . The receptionist refused to accept me for the reason that clinic close at 21-30 and doctor have 5 Patients . My point is doctor spend 28 min for each patient or he just want to go home fast .And I was in very bad condition. Having food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea. at least the receptionist can ask the doctor about my condition. Very disappointed !!!
