Dr. Smitha Balusamy is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my wife’s pregnancy, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She’s also an excellent surgeon.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend this doctor.Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment.Additionally , The Service at Prime Hospital had been exceptionally good. The staff at the maternity department were blessing in disguise special thanks to all Nurse.

I had a great experience with Dr. Faris the physiotherapist, I was suffering for days with my neck and I tried many things to relieve then I decided to visit and he did a great job and till now no any pain like before. God bless him endlessly and thank you for the ultimate care

The clinic doesnt have a token information system. GP Doctor comes out of his room to call patients (too old fashioned). Patients roams around clueless about what to be done. Staff is also not very trained to guide patients.Call centre is good though.

Very bad customer service, call center which doesnt have even a record you contacted to follow up about once referreal, no record to see if patient already had an approval. Poor customer service, not listening attentively on patient request, no care attitude, disconnecting line and promising call back where if you call back to follow up you are informed no record and Dr. Is no there while this information could have been provided since first call resolution so disappointed with customer service although Dr. Did her best job and the nurse are not contacting patients for follow up, I would give a 5 for Aster customer service

What it has to do with blood test?!- Reception: I had to wait long time since reception didnt inform GP we are waiting- Cashier doesnt explain youre paying for what, unless you ask about it, i. e. I found out I paid for testing the next day I received the results

I have loads of good stuff to tell about this medical Center.One of the places with good experience in Dubai.Consulted Dr. Smitha Balusamy for my wife’s pregnancy and she was very well taken care off. All the grey moments turned out to be pleasing after consulting this Dr. Strongly recommend this clinic and Dr for any gynecology. She is backed by nurse Deepa who is also very caring and nice.Dr. Sakshi - for radiology - was excellent is treatment and positive attitude towards patients is very pleasing.The lab staff and front desk staff are friendly and professional.To add up, free parking helps.Had couple of consultations with Dr. Yusra (General Physician), very friendly and helpful.Not so convinced with the consulting female pediatrician, but that would not effect the 5* rating.Thanku Prime for a good experience throughout my wife’s pregnancy.

This review is for Dr. Smitha Balusamy who was my Gynecologist for my 1st pregnancy. Being pregnant for the first time during a pandemic, along with the other stressors of pregnancy, caused me some anxiety throughout the pregnancy. But Dr. Smitha made me feel comfortable and took time to explain everything and get to know me. Both me and my husband trusted her decisions. She delivered our healthy baby boy and for that we are forever grateful! All the nurses, receptionists in Prime Qusais were superb. They were always ready to help, friendly and polite. Dr. Smitha and her staff feel like family now, and if you are looking for a similar experience I highly recommend!

Fastest PCR test results in Dubai, and great staff from receptionist to cashier to nurses.

Please dont visit this clinic. Only one cashier even though 50 patients are waiting. Trying to talk to the doctor for last four days. They are not connecting to the doctor. They always say call back request is placed. Nobody called even after four days. Very bad customer service.

It is the first experience in my lifetime for a physiotherapy. Dr. Aseem shaikh and Dr.laya helped and given full attention on treatment. Very informative, friendly and professional.

Very much disappointed with the customer service at prime Al quasis.Clinic has 100+ patients which includes covid 19 pcr test patients as well.For the entire clinic there was only one cashier at the counter.Exposing normal clinic visitors with people for covid 19 tests is a very dangerous move and not sure how prime is up with that action.Clinic is flooded with people and when asked for response they updated its a busy day so please adjust.Having a just born baby in hand visiting this type of clinic is a worst decision which I have taken.

14 Oct 2020Finally I have to communicate here coz no one has time to reply to my numerous phone calls. A report for my son that I am awaiting results for the last 10-15 days.I call in the morning, I am told that I will receive call in the eveningI call the complaint department, I am told that I will be called backAt least 5 calls have been made to follow up on one report but it is not seeing the end of the tunnel.What is happening? Find my mobile number from the qusais clinic and provide update on my report in 2020 if possible.I am curious to see how many days it will take now

Did a covid test for my sister in law on Thursday, they sent only a message but not on email, we tried to download but to no available, she had to miss her flight and we were charged 100 usd

If its your first pregnancy dont ever consult dr.smitha balusamy. She is a nightmare to expecting moms. I went to her after reading reviews on google. She never ever gives any details about your health. Neither listens to complications. If asked twice she rolls her eyes with attitude that makes the person uncomfortable.

Doctors care made us feel we were in safe hands. Coming here was like dealing with trusted family member, we were very well taken care of. Doctor was always there to attend our doubts irrespective of the time and day. A big thank you to Dr. Smitha and her specialised team.

Avoid the gynaecologist, if you can or and if you cant dont take every word too seriously. She is money minded and resorts to scare tactics for new mothers. We realised only after consulting with other doctors. She is good for a doctor, but beware of spending money on unnecessary tests and ultrasounds. Our insurance covers 2 ultrasound, after doing the free one, she said the report is not reliable so we do again next month. Next month we get sent to the same place for ultrasound. She pushes for paid ultrasound every month. She has an ultrasound equipment in her room which she uses to do her checks. So the paid ones are only so that you pay. Our insurance covers a certain set of medicines. She writes whats not covered.

Neat, clean and most importantly competent doctors and Medical and staff.

To much line in cashier takes time for each customer 15 mins to 25mins each because of 1 cashier only

My overall pregnancy journey was so good from my Doctor Smitha to sister Rashmi all are very helpfull and coperative, Alhumdullilah doctor did her best and i delievered my baby normally, i woul say its a complete peacefull journey of my pregnancy.

I have been consulting Dr. Smitha for my pregnancy and she’s been really good and comforting. The clinic in general has a good atmosphere. They are always happy to help and answer your queries. I’ve been to a lot of different clinics initially for my pregnancy but this one has been the best. Nurses are really helpful and give a personal touch to the services. I feel they go beyond expectations and help you with anything. I’d like to mention nurse Lakshmi and Deepa who’s been taking care of my case. The only drawback is that it’s off on a Friday but otherwise the services are excellent and the waiting time is less provided you have an appointment. Very poor service.. extremely disappointing.. the philipino lady sitting at the cashier (25-jan-20) has a very bad attitude.. i called them at 3.30 asking them when i could have an appoinmtment to take a flu shot for my daughter.. they said i could come any time before 9 pm and i dont uave to consult a dr to take a flu shot. I reached there at 4.the lady at the cashier counter said the dr will come only at 5 and i have to wait till then or come back at 5. I asked her if i could take an appointment for 5 and she said there is no need for that and i could walk right in. But when i reached at t she asked me to wait aand i had to wait till 6 and they did not call me. Then i again went to the reception and now a gentleman sitting there helped me and could see the dr in 15 mts but that philipino lady was least apologetic. I suuggest no one who has value for their time should ever visit prime medical centre. They have very bad customer service and are very arrogant.

Doesnt deserve a star. Was here for ob gyn dept. Im pregnant, and they didnt make the experience any easier. First bad experience was the nurse sent me to ob clinic instead of directly to ultrasound dept. I was prepared arrived early, bladder full, missed my appointment time so had to wait again. I had to go enter the room and talk to the doctor directly and beg to let me do the scan immediately because nurse was nowhere around nobody was there to assist. The staff were also not accommodating. The staff seems to be confused everytime we are here. Ob advised for a repeat/follow up ultrasound scan, staff scheduled an appointment. Upon reaching on the scheduled date, we were told ultrasound dept. Was not aware of the said repeat scan. This is my 2nd pregnancy with prenatal package under Prime, first one is with Prime King Faisal, and the experience was incomparable. Pif we hadnt moved to Dubai, I would come back to King Faisal. If we had known sooner, we should have just went to Burjuman even if its far.

Dr.Sumayya is one of the best dermatologist I have come across in recent years in UAE .visited prime clinic Alquasis after consulting 2 different dermatologist which were of no use.she diagnosed the exact cause for my food allergy and the medicine prescribed was bang on target.if u r looking for the dermatologist I would suggest u she is the best.she is friendly and knowledgeable.can be approached any time of emergengy.

Worst experience ever. I had a high fever still doctor made me wait for 50 minutes for no reason. Informed the reception many times and his answer was only that I informed the doctor and I can’t do anything. Pathetic service and very very bad treatment and care. They just don’t care at all. Reception guy is also very rude. Never visit there !

Staffs are good .. except the cashier, she dont know how to deal a customer. Dr. is also good. Medicine was not available at the pharmacy, again we have to go for medicine. So, for me it was a waste of time.

Ive been seeing Doctor Chethan (Orthopedic) for my tendon problem in my wrist.. something i was suffering from for a very long time due to a wrist injury in jan 2019, thankfully after consulting a couple of doctors in other hospitals, he was the one who managed to fix it to a point that my pain and problem have reduced from 100% to probably 8% He is a good and sensible doctor.. happy to find one in Dubai!
