Doctors are good but waiting in the reception takes hell lot of time unnecessarily. Reception don’t know why you are here, you have to explain again and again and again. Blood reports won’t reach your email despite requesting multiple times. I seriously don’t know what they are up to. Only reason to visit here is they have better doctors than other hospitals which are covered in my insurance. Worst customer service

It was a pleasant experience as a first timer with International Modern Hospital, the service I received was nice, especially during my admission and the few days stay after my delivery. The nurses and staff are very polite and friendly. But as a comment, appointment waiting times need some improvements.But above all I appreciate my OB Doctor Dr Shalini Verma for her effort, patience and friendly approach in helping me avoid a big risk . As a first time mom, it had been crucial for me to be under the guidance of someone I can be comfortable with discussing my pregnancy related concerns especially that I had been diagnosed with GDM and hypothyroidism. A well equipped and managed hospital. Had been there for RT-PCR testing and I have to admit that the staffs there are very cooperative which made the whole process very easy.Also the testing charges are quite nominal (AED 140) compared to other facilities that offer the same service and you also get the test results well within 16 hours.All in all a good experience.

I had a very nice experience with doctor yara alamir, she is an excellent dentist ,her advices and her works was perfect , in the first time in my life I didn’t feel any pain even she didn’t put anesthesia, I recommend DR yara for all people who need help in dentistry . Youre medicines/treatments are good but hospitality/management is very poor. Staffs does not have compassion/empathy/sympathy. We really wanted to complain detailed but its not worth it!The best treatment you could give to your patient is to show them at least you CARE!!!!

I had my delivery done by Dr. Pranjali and I am confident to say that she is undoubtedly one of the best gynecologist in Dubai.Even though she is so busy, she always answered by doubts and guided me throughout pregnancy. Doctors, consultation and surgery all good.But poor hospitality. No coordination between staff. All have their own work to do.Very unsatisfied.Have to call nurses minimum 3 times for treatment.Had to wait for a long time for disch6as the staff did not coordinate about it..Overall a hectic place to be. Seems like the relatives are more responsible of the patient than the staff assigned to them.Very unpleasant experience.

She was so kind and friendly..Available any time to answer all our queries in a very decent manners. Nurses, Nursery housekeeping and all staff was very cooperatvie polite and helpful. Dr. Pranjali (OB-GYNE) is the best! I had a smooth delivery and easier (than usual) labor. Before giving birth, she gave me tips on what to do to have a very normal delivery. I cannot thank her enough for her help. :)

It is an unfortunate that I was cheated. There is one Jordanian manager who welcomed us but didnt tell anything before my wound dressing. I was ready to pay for consultation etc. however for dressing (In total max. 50 AED stuffs), they charged me 950 AED + Consultancy. After International Modern Hospital I have visited several different ones for the same dressing since it was daily requirement for me and the charges were for cleaning stuffs between 30-50 AED. When I complained it in the hospital, the International Modern Hospital responsible insisted that they used very high quality bandages and each costs min. 100 AED where I checked right after it was 8 AED in pharmacy. It is not an hospital, it is profit center. Please be careful before you go and check what they will charge you !!!

Dr. PRANJALI is our favorite Medical provider. She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. Shes highly recomended for she is amazing. I am very glad to meet Dr. Pranjali at IMH Dubai. She is very nice and humble person, a good listener and very cooperative. I was having polyp issue in my uterus and was trying to conceive. But after so many efforts I was unable to get pregnant. Dr. Pranjali did my hysteroscopy and after that surgery after 2 months I got pregnant and now I am with my new born baby boy. Im surprised how come in dubai such 3rd grade hospital surviving and how come people r giving 5star..anyways everyone has ther own experience.Inspite of my active labour dr shailini was not with me in my labour room ..though my husband and I was calling her but in vain and the nurse pritika has her own answers n excuses ..finally my contractions preceded n the baby was out n I was calling nurse that baby is out and I pooped but yet she didnt approach me nor she had knowledge to chk the patient and after 3 mins she came to c .thus then n ther she panicked and did my delivery(cutting umbilical cord.etc etc) till then the dr was not with me...what kind of hostpl is this!!!!??? .whats the use of choosing dr.shalini 🙆‍♀️During my active labour I asked nurse pritikia to provide me with nitrous oxide(laughing gas ) instead of helping me with it she told I need to hold it and use it..can u people belive it!!!a active labour patient needs to do the chores of nurse as well ..what the hell nurses r ther here ..specially pritika she is worse..constantly she was dictating me to do this n that but she didnt had sense to be with me in labour room to help me out...throughout my labour process I was all ALONE in the labour room ..not even 1 nurse was assisting me ..even when I asked her to keep my bed in proper position not in 45 angel she said u can do it by urself here r the buttons omg ..in uae such hostpl n nurses exists I cant belive thus i said i had experienced Indians govt hostpl 🤮🤮 pls save urself n ur loved ones by not visiting this hostpl ..it was my good luck that my baby survived inspite of she coming out in the absence of nurse n dr n being in a pool of dirt .my husband planned at last moment to this hosptl ther maternity package is under our badget and insurance but at discharge they charged alot extra ..cheating .its another way of corruption. Horrible ever can experienceIt was a nightmare throughout my delivery process and I was in a state of depression until a week n so ..as I couldnt come out nor I could digest what had happened with me n my newborn .now Im suffering from severe disc problem these people r responsible for it ..from 6am till 11pm i was sitting on bed at 45°angel constantly I was requesting nurse to put me on bed in sleeping position or provide me with heat pad but in vain they have ther own explanations n excuses .untrained nurses my godThey dont have quality machinery nor beds ..the bed foam was soo 3rd grade my back was hurting to hell .Have to call nurses more than 5 Times .very unprofessional. From the reception to the nurses they dont have coordination nor they do have ethical values .they just want to escape from ther responsibility and give work to other person including patient .the night of my delivery the newborn was not given care by nursery .delivery patient I mean I was handling newborn .in other hostpls .nurse will take care of new born so as to give rest to the new mom as she just underwent huge process of delivery but here this is not the case.this is 3rd delivery n I can easily differentiate the hospitality provided here n other hostpls. Its pathetic hereI have many more things to share (worse nightmare ever I had) .I dont recommend this hostpl nor dr to anyone plz save ur lives. This hostpl has proved even in abroad n high technology country like Dubai we can experience worse than Indias govt hostpl. Very unsatisfied

Dr. Shalini did a great job with my third cesarean pregnancy. It was a high risk pregnancy with complications of gestational diabetes . These people only know to take money. They did not give us 2 minutes to even process a transition while making payments and constantly kept calling. But the same doesnt apply when it comes to refunding the money. They dont bother to answer cals, respond to email and no urgency to refund. They are sitting on my refund for almost a week and now say 10-15 days more.

Dear IMH team,I am writing you thisto share my wonderful experience at your hospital.I was recommended to have my surgery at IMH from my relatives and they have shared the name of Nehmat Al Khoudary working at the gynecologist department that she is very helpful and will be able to assist me .I visited the hospital on May 2021 , and met Nehmat Al Khoudary and she recommended me to meet Dr Pranjali. At first i insisted to meet Dr Nikita since my relatives did their surgery with her, but Nehmat told me alot about the Dr and about her experience so i did meet Dr Pranjali and really she is the most professional gynecologist i ever met.I then came in July 16th , did all the tests MRI as well , everything was on track and on time. All staff are very friendly, the place was hygiened , everything is so perfectOn July 17 , i did the surgey , it went perfectly well with Dr Pranjali who is really the best Dr in Dubai. I came today for first time and from the valet parking i start my good experience, i found my name registered at reception to do the Covid 19 PCR test and i have done it in only 5 minutes and it coat i only aed 180 and usually I receive the results after 24 hours i got it only in 6 Hours, hats off and well done job 👍

And we are very happy that we made the rite switch.Her easy going demeanor put us at ease in the first meeting itself, At first meet itself she took the entire history for my 1st childs delivery and all other details, which helped me a lot this time as in my last delivery after the surgery I was in ICU for 2 days due to a serious drug allergy,Which is infact most common drug used in surgeries. The entire process from that day till the time of delivery was like a cake walk. My wife was worried about the delivery as initially the behaviour of nurses and admin staff was really bad but Dr. Shalini took the lead and personally made sure the appointments are booked on time and whole period was mentored by her. During admission we found the Nursing staff very helpful and caring as well. It was an amazing experience.

I had my normal delivery last July 16, 2021 attended by Dr. Shalini with Dr. Maesam, it was a smooth process and good experience. I also want to thank nurse Pritika for doing her job well done, she’s nice, patient and very professional. I highly recommend IMH for such a good experience.

Recently delivered baby girl, good facilities, good staff and excellent Drs, my gynec Dr was Dr pranjali and i must say she is experienced and excellent Dr.My previous delivery was c sec but this time with Dr pranjalis effort and help I delivered normally.Thanks to nurses , and Drs who were with me in my tuff time. Great service, friendly and helpful stuff, nurses are good , doctors as well, I went there for vaccine, if u looking for easy access to get vaccinated I recommend to go there ,simple walk in or through taking appointment, they follow up with you after that, with timing and all for second dose, also eye doctors available, kids doctors available, pharmacy available, washrooms available, to check other specialist call before visiting .

Doctors are good, some nursing staff and admin staff are not behaving professionally with the patients and attenders, the patient relation executive also didnt come into the room even once nor did she ask for a feedback so that they can improve their service, staff talking loudly among themselves in front of other people, sofas and seating are not comfortable, they are too soft and too low, need to be medium firm and height should be appropriate for seating for ladies and senior people including patients, sofas at all places from suites to OP waiting area as well. Also whenever we are asking for help from nursing staff, they are behaving rudely and telling its not my work and go and ask at the reception, staff at reception are not available or too busy most of the times, and they too are easily irritated and not conversing properly with the patients and attenders, I visited Aster and it was much better in these aspects, but Aster patient load was more and waiting time was more, thats why I visited IMH, however the Doctor I visited was very good and professional

Very bad place... cheating people.... you go to use your insurance....they will let you pay as normal check in ... they will tell you we will give the patient medicine and pain relief then you find paying big bill.... Very unprofessional ... dont recommend it to anyone as i saw bad experience there.

Dr Engy is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with Ms.Erikita who guided me to the lab and gave me the proper information regarding insurance approval, she’s knowledgable , sensitive, informative, I felt at ease .I would recommend the hospital and Dr. Engy to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate and brilliant doctor. If you need help with your approvals or if you face any other issue ask for Erikita , she relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action . Thank you and God Bless!

Surgeon Dr hafizal rahman did surgery on my ovarin cyst. But cyst come back next cycle what the point of having surgery. please dont engourge pateint to do surgery just for money. It was simple ovarin cyst.Please everyone if any Dr engourge you go for surgery for simple overian cyst, dont do it. Learn from my experience.I learn I have to change my eating habits and exercise so I can revise it back.I feel like I dont have any trust on Doctors anymore.. very bad experience in my life and it has affect my life mentally as well. I had an incredibly amazing journey of my 2nd pregnancy at the International Modern hospital with Dr.Shalini Verma-one of the best gynecologists I know….She is not only a brilliant surgeon but also a wonderful Doctor who comforted me, answered all my queries with patience and understanding throughout my pregnancy and beyond. She did my 2nd c-section exceptionally well and also motivated & guided me in my postpartum recovery. Terrible experience and untrained staff,I came today to do iron IV and the Palestinian nurse in the emergency she don’t know how to insert needle!!she tried twice and blown my vein and the blood spilled out into the surrounding area and floor and then she used the same blown vein to initiate an IV!!!After that bad experience I went to the lab for the blood sample and the same thing happened to me the Sudanese lab technician tried twice and blown my vein again!!!Before 2 weeks ago also the Indian lab technician she tried 3 times to insert the needleNow I faced this issue with 3 different people in the same day and hospital.I have never faced an issue with blood collection before.What a painful and Terrible experiencePlease do proper training to your staffThis is ridiculous !!

I just gave birth last month and my experience was so great.. my ob doctor pranjali and staff was so accomodating..i highly recommend her and the hospital as they have nice packages for normal and c-section delivery..

Thank you so much Doctor Shalini for my succesful cs section. Hospital rooms are excellent they make sure to give all the things that you need it’s like staying in the hotel. Foods are also excellent.

I recommend this hospital if you are near the area, the ambiance is very welcoming as well as the people that works in the hospital, starting from the reception and of course the doctors. The receptionist were great for attending me in a friendly way and got my appointment very fast. The doctor who I met was very accommodating and gave me a nice checkup and he even explained well what my sickness is and how to treat it and how to have a healthy lifestyle to have a healthy body, I do have a good conversation with him. Thats why if Im going to get sick again this is definitely the hospital I am going to. Thank you IMH!

I was admitted to IMH for a DCR surgery ( for eye watering)on 06/07/2021 and discharged on the same day. We have no words how to express our sincere thanks to entire medical team for the services rendered to us.A million thanks to Dr.Kapil A Das and team for their care, love and compassion to us .After a week I felt perfectly relieved for the eye watering issue. On Pre Anaesthesia briefing by Dr. Thushar realised how the power of words reduce our tension to zero and made us relaxed and comfort to fit for the surgery. Staff are friendly. Doctors are nice. But if you want to park at the basement , its horrible. Its so narrow. So park outside its much much better for you and your car.

Physiotherapy- I have a really good experience with my physiotherapist by name Ms Jai Vanci. I had a high grade tendon tear on both my shoulders when I started off with physiotherapy with her. She would apply gel and then give the ultrasound treatment and then the vibration treatment and lastly the heat treatment. It would relax my muscles after each session. At the end if these treatments she would ask me to do some exercises which kept adding and became slightly difficult as time passed. I had my own inhibitions in the beginning about some exercises but then I developed the trust in her and strictly followed the exercise routine she gave me. I am taking the 16th session with her now and see a fair improvement. I would very much recommend her for a physiotherapy in International Modern hospital.

I had my lab test last June 3 in IMH and charged me an amount of 193 AED even though it is covered by my insurance. I tried to complained to the insurance company and they are the one who coordinated with them. Few days after, they said that someone from IMH will contact me and process the refund due to incorrect co-insurance billed to me but until now I didnt receive any call from the hospital or even an update from them and its been 25 DAYS, UNTIL NOW I DID NOT RECEIVED MY LABORATORY RESULT.

As a first time mom I have a lot of worries but you were very patient to answer all those questions and never failed to accommodate my needs. On the other hand, My birthing experience was a bit challenging because of some nurses who were I think already exhausted that day, but when Dr. Shalini arrived, i felt relieved. I chose IMH for my delivery because my preferred OB Dr. Shalini Verma is practicing here. I highly recommend Dr. Shalini as OB Gyne. Last year I first met her during one of the most saddest time of our life when I had missed miscarriage. Apart from being technically expert in her medical practice, she is warm and compassionate towards her patients, she explains in details about my medical situation and the further procedure that needs to be done and she is 24/7 reachable which for me is very important. and I cant forget when she told me after my D&C that after 2 months we could try again and get pregnant and indeed after a year I came back to her as my OB not for D&C but for delivery of our rainbow baby. Thank you Dr. Shalini for allowing me to have a natural labor, unmedicated and positive birth experienced.
