Worst receptionists I ever had to meet at hospitals. Bunch of Filipino ladies disrespectfully speak in their own language in front of you. I came to see a doctor as I had an emergency case, what I was told on my arrival to Belhoul is to sit down we will call you. I had no answer to my question from those ladies if I can see a doctor because I was about to faint in a minute. Just tell me that you don’t provide a doctor for emergency cases instead of making me wait. I had to go to different hospital. I don’t trust them anymore.

The staff is good eapecially the Filipino, they give me enough information about my insurance as my first time to visit there. Unfortunately, my insurance only covered out patient so I wasnt able to attend any check up. But still thank you for your kind generous staff. I really appreciate how calm they talk with their patient.

During the worst time of being unwell, all GP doctors (Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Marco, and Dr. Zainab) and Dr. Amal Habib, and their team were very accommodating and kind. They are very professional and helped me ease my worries, and that made me feel better. A good experience. Thank you!

I been here more than 5 times and I noticed that time management is really bad. Everytime I come on the time of my appointment but I wait always more then 30 minutes. This is what they need to improve..TIME MANAGEMENT DEAR HEAD OF THE HOSPITAL!!!

A week ago I go in belhoul hospital in satuwa the Filipino staff are very rudely taking they dont know how to talk with patients . We go there cuz we are sick and we pay also but they doing behavior we go there cuz its free . If we didnt listen and we asked again they are talking each other in her own language and very rudely answer I really dont want to go back there I like there doctor so I am always going there from sarjha this time I have very bad experience in there doctor Priyanka is so good but room number 104 Philippino ladies are very disaster and very unrespectful so next time i will never go back there

The worst hospital i have ever seen especially Dr. Amal William Habib (Specialist Obstetrics And Gynaecology)we just went in her cabin she has not even check the patient and saying that your insurance is very bad just change your insurance and come back i have already paid the cunsultant amount to the hospital also 2 times.Very bad behaviour please dont visit the hospital and especially Dr. Amal William Habib (Specialist Obstetrics And Gynaecology)

Everytime im not feeling well I used to visit this hospital. And special thanks to Dr. Priynagka for taking care of me everytime. Dont hesitate to ask anything about your sickness because she will definetly explain everything in detailed. And dont forget to book an appointment so you dont need to wait much time. The reception were attentive too.. thanks to the nurses as well..

The worst!!!! We went to the hospital to check as my wife cut her fingers with a knife and it was deep. The customer experience was a joke. She was asked to fill out a long form before being treated knowing she cut her fingers!!! They dont have common sense. It took ages to get the doctor. If it would have been a life and death situation, the patient would be dead. We went to Iranian hospital and they are way more accomodating. What a shame!!!

Been here twice for the laboratory tests, it took ages to received the results of the test and when I called them seems like you have to wait until they call you.They called me to get the prescription but did not explain the result of the laboratory tests.Your patients peace of mind should be prioritized.

I’m giving them 5 stars only for the physician lady who treated my brother in law her name is Prakakte and she is one of the best really i’ve never seen someone cares and she treat you like you are her own son or brother she is really the best and i hope her management can see this and can give her some motivation and award she deserves

Belhoul hospital is a clean and not crowded. I love Doctor Priyanka, because of her attitude shes such a friendly doctor, and shes really concerned to her patients. Shes giving an extra care when it comes to her patients, and I experienced that. Thanks to her medicines that she gave me they really helps me a lot, and now Im really well☺️.I highly recommended this hospital and Doctor Priyanka as well😍❤️

I am not sure that staff is qualified to deal with humans, and staff nurse in the Urology are very very rude, and I am not sure they are good enough to work with a health care section or deal with humans.I dont recommend it under any circumstances.

The most expensive hospital in UAE. Very old material. I saw my gynaecologist payed thousand. 400 just consultation ( nothing just asked me when was my last period. They call this consultation. And for eco I payed 600.I went before that to Saudi German hospital and paid 400 for a consultation and eco.

The worst hospital i have been in my life i went for sugar blood test and they didnt send me the results for 4 days everyday i contact them they say tomorrow i dont know what is the problem i i will complain in DHA

Very wierd staff and rules that does not make any sense. I asked for lab report to be shared via mail and on every call I received different response. Moreover after logging a complaint, I received call from manager who was super rude and sarcastic. He actually told me that I would have not died if I waited for some time.

To my surprise and my experience for past 10years in Dubai - i never felt so comfortable , welcomed and valuable other than Belhoul European hospital . Every single person from reception , nurses , doctors are so helpful , they even ensure to ask if all went well or if i need anything else . Beside clean , they also ensure Covid19 safety - they do not allow extra people inside unless with appointment - keep up the good work . *****

I had my plastic surgery in this hospital. I was so surprised how professional are nurses and anesthesiologist! Everyone make me feel relaxed and comfortable before and after the surgery. Thanks a lot for good experience.

I had consultation with Dr. Tabat Al Sadiq Orthopaedic, but unfortunately his attitude and response was not so professional having swerve pain in shoulder and neck he did not advise well and dealt ignorance mood, NOT recommending pls consult any other good orthopaedic

This was the worst hospital ever. The service was too slow and bad. It took 2 hours before I was accomodated. I came first then 1 guy came, they let him go first.

I was admitted in this hospital for a surgery. To be honest I was very much satisfied by the treatment and cooperation by the doctors and hospital staff.The place was clean and hygienic.We need more hospitals like this.I wish them good luck and request them to keep up the good work as always.

Done with my laboratory test, almost a week nobody cares to call me about my results, instead I’m the one who keeps on calling for you guys to be reminded that I needed my result!!! Will never go in this hospital again!!! And until now no feedback! What a shame!!!! and 1 more thing you guys charged me with 20% copayment without updating my file in your system. And the refunding process will take ages!

I have been your patient for a very long time.I had visited Dr.ibrahim,Dr.Dawood,Dr.motaweh,and some GP doctors.There was one staff named liza,she was a true asset to your facility.She works with her heart and makes things easy for us and the doctors.You can see the happiness on the doctors face whenever she’s on duty..The clinic will look tidy and organized,Unfortunately recently when I went there,I couldn’t see her and I feel doctors are having hard time, and I must say, your Department was very ugly,full of dust, papers..I think the staffs are even worse now..Try to improve ,because there are many hospitals out there who are better than yours.

I had bad experience with this hospital. Highly not recommended! A lot of hidden charges which doctor won’t tell you during the consultation and you will know about it only after, when you will get a bill. When I did a booking for the appointment I was told that consultation with registration fee will be AED 420 only. But no one mentioned that ultrasound ( which is included for this type of consultation in the rest of the hospitals) is additional aed 600. Doctor just did it without mentioning that it’s additional and very expensive cost. So one visit overall without any tests is aed 1020.Second- No punctuality- I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment as doctor was late.Third- there is definitely room for improvement in hygiene and cleaning. Dead black hair at the floor, no uniform for stuff, dirty doors...And after all of this - very rude reception with zero knowledge how do deal with foreign insurance.I can’t say anything regarding consultation itself- only that it was not very informative.Overall - there are a lot of better hospitals in Dubai, with more reasonable pricing and better standards.

Worst hospital experience ever,Unfriendly doctors and staff.. put you through unnecessary procedures that cost money. Put you to icu for any small problems and will keep you there till they fulfill their pockets, won’t refer you to any other hospital for their personal benefits.Any pregnant women visit the hospital ends up with a c section.Staff don’t speak proper english, terrible at explaining Any kind questions. Seems like their services have a downfall with every visit.

Hi, my daughter got admitted to Belhoul hospital for day care surgery on 7th of January. I can say one of the best hospital in Dubai. Nurses are so caring we felt as if we are at home . doctors nurses and supporting staff all so helpful and kind .sister Binitha and sister Mia charis are excellent . Nice business, Some drops of pyodine and a little bandage on wond cost 180AED with 10% Co insurance its mean total 1800 deducted from my health card after making 7 hours drama of insurance approval. Mr. Tabet Al-Sadek you are doing great job for company butt not for patient. After checking wound you ask its need for stitching which is not in insurance butt after taking approval from insurance wasting 7 hours in pain you just bandage. If it was need for bandage only then why you ask before its need for stitching? Just think about patient not about business.

Very bad experience with the obstetrician. She kept urging me for the c section even though it was not necessary. Gave birth elsewhere naturally with no complications. They only try to get the most out of your insurance.

I called to book a visit and had an appointment with Dr Marco Labib. It was fine until I saw the doctor, I felt unwelcome with his unpleasant look, he did not answer my question and just tried to write a refer to another doctor.

They don’t issue appointments when you call them so you have to go and wait there for over 2 hours just to see a GP doctor and then wait another 30 minutes just to get the receipt from the reception. It’s one of the worst clinics I have ever been to in Dubai.

One of the most bad experiences i ever had, they have a very bad staff (TINA) in the emergency, my mother had a tumor in her face and she could not chew and thus she is not able to eat, and after that TINA has diagnosed that my mom should not be in emergency? I am filing a case in the court against these kids

Would not recommend it, had a very bad time at the ENT doctor while visiting for my toddler, we came to pay for consultation and ended up with arguments of why we are asking questions, his philosophy was do not ask questions, you must just trust your doctor we found it to be a very negative experience and an expensive way to waste an hour of your time.

Bad experienceI have called the hospital today to ask for making several analyses and the one she answered my phone wasn’t have any information so transferred my call to another one else wasn’t know as well, then she also transferred me again to third person wasn’t have any information as well about the analysis I was asking about !!! At the end she took my phone number to call me back . It’s so wirred from the beginning.

Good hospital, but the administration is bad I filed a complaint with the manager 2 times and did not benefit from the complaint to me something I was in an emergency situation my daughter burned in the foot but the dermatologist refused treatment under the pretext of not receiving children. I want to get the complaint to the highest levels.
