They don’t respect the customer time I have been waiting for more than 45 min (I have appointment at 11:15 and up to 12 no one came to me even I told them I’m leaving now no one care …. Really this is horrible!!I don’t recommend at all

It was very nice experience when I had my SMILE procedure with Dr.Adel Badr. I was very nervous in the beginning knowing that one of the most sensitive parts of you will undergo surgery but it was indeed very comforting when he guided and comfort me every steps of the procedure. It was totally painless and the after surgery cares and followups are commendable.

I was really impressed by service in this hospital. Everything is so fast and everyone is so friendly. Before I had many troubles with other hospitals even just to book an appointment, especially with Med care and med clinic, So hard to reach any doctor and to get any information with Med Care.

Excellent experience, free valet parking; my appointment on time, seen Dr. Saleena who was really great & knowledgable taking all the efforts explaining my symptoms with my blood test results in such a simple way to understand and prescribing the right medications & lifestyle going forward.

Doctor won’t even listen to my concern and just rushed the consultation cause she had to attend an online meeting. Highly don’t recommend this place. It’s just a place of business and not a medical clinic.

Was scheduled for surgery at 2. they took me out of my room at 13:30 and kept me waiting at the holding area for 2 hours and 30 minutes while my surgeon was eating his lunch! then when reached my limit and got stressed and starting crying i found out my bracelet had wrong name and date of birth!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no one would have known who i am be it God forbid i died in that surgery room. I took it off and sat on my bed waiting for anyone to talk to me or tell me the truth about why i am being left at holding room all this time. My surgeon enters and sees me sitting holding the bracelet in my hand and with an attitude tells me loudly If you wanna go home just go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right before surgery!!!!!!!Worst experience ever to the extent that i faced my surgeon and told him once i am done with this i will NEVER EVER return to this hospital. Now i am half way in the healing process and i already found a different surgeon from well known hospital to follow up on me and help through the final stages of my healing.Appointments are a joke just like our British cuisine (sorry Mom). Unless you make a scene on nor your doctor nor nurses will respect your time.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Well, first visit, the receptionist forgot to give me back my insurance cards, I had to go the other day to collect them.Second visit, the insurance requested some correction to the prescription, then guess what, I had to wait for the doctor and his nurse until they finish a surgery to get the prescription corrected; 30 minutes at least. Very impressed. I am giving three only because the doctors are good

Our first visit. Waisted almost 3 hours for getting insurance approval fir the blood test and when they shared the test blood report via sms on the next day the link was broken. Requested on the phone 3 times to send the report by email but no luck. I think administration require aggressive improvements.

Very clean hospital, friendly nurses,i would highly recommend Dr Nisrine Ghazal (endocrinology specialist), very helpful and great doctor.

Dr Rania attieh is by far the best pediatric I have seen in town, she is very supportive and responsive to her patients. I really appreciate the way that she is caring about my baby. I strongly recommend her to all the mothers who are looking for the best pediatric.

We visited this branch because our doctor moved here. It is a smaller version of DHC one but loaded with technology stuff

Dr. Maya Khoury the best dermatologist in town, have done Botox and skin treatment with her .. never had better results

They took a blood sample for my 6 years daughter and I was calling for 3 weeks to get the results and each time telling me different excuses we send it already check ur junk results not ready yet we sent the results to the nurse she will call you and after 3 weeks following up with them, they informed me that the machine cant read the blood this excuse doesnt make sense!! They dont want to admit they lost the blood sample... Then they told me that my daughter needs to do it again in the other branch in DHCC, and go through all this hassle again as its so hard to make a child do it over and over again!!

Rash time I visit they prove their professionalism level. I hope you keep the same level

Everything is alright, except for the Insurance company (Daman) not covering the pharmacy. Therefore its never a first choice hospital.
