Visited the hospital for my mother’s PCR Test.Very helping and polite staff. As it’s situated in a very crowded area that’s why there were s lot of people snd cleanliness was not at it’s top.Social distancing was maintained properly.My only concern is why don’t they make some online appointment section on their website so people could book an appointment and there won’t be any hassle anymore.In the room where they were performing the pcr test was full with a very proper seating arrangement. This could be control more effectively.Thanks

First of all my comment points on individual not in generalin this date my child was not feeling good and me and my wife took our children to belhoul hospital deira al baraha . we spoke to the reception and register our child for the checkup with doctor shireen and she told us to make ultra sound and urine test . then this is the main and unexpected story starts . his name is WILFRED he was in charge in ultrasound room the way he approch his altitude his behavior we have never ever experienced that in dubai for 10 years . from A to Z he was acting like he is in boxing ring . 😀 then we had to call the managers tried to explain the situation and complained on him .finally what i was sorry about is he had the same problem befor with other patients so make sure if incase you have to go to ultra sound room to be careful of his bad words and altitude .

I had some complications but through her guidance i was able do deliver my baby healthy. I had an elective c section, satisfied with the cs cut, its not noticeable and healing and recovery was fast. Thank you so much doc. Facilities and hospital service was good too, All the Nurses and hospital employees were kind and helpful.

Waiting since 1 hour to find that insurance approval request is not sent.And keep telling me insurance not approving, I called the insurance they said no request received?Shall I abuse or what I say?Is this how hospitals should work? I am having pain in my knee and its a joke for lazy staff not to send request for approval.I have left without treatment as been waiting for hours.The paperwork and documentation work should be fast! What is the point of running a facility if you cannot afford to hire more staff?

Disappointed with the customer service provided by the registration staff .The Asian staff sitting on the first floor for registration need be be properly trained in Customer Service . I went with an approval from my Insurance company to be Endocrinology Doctor and this staff without listening to medirectly said that the card is not accepted ..Even though i tried to explain him that I have taken the approval from my insurance company showing him the approval.Again without listening he told me to go to Insurance department and get a copy of the approval..Is this the way a patient with insurance is treated ??? So what we are holding an insurance .The staff was very rude and they way he was behaving was completely unprofessional..

I am putting stars because of service i received from our nurse and our doctor Monis Ghajdar otherwise this place doesnt deserve even a single star. Old, everything is old but doctors are good, professionals they know their work, they know what they are doing.Our nurse she left the hospital, many people we know not there anymore, so we left as well.

I wanted to go this hospital , but after reading the comments i will not ..for more than a year people are complaining .. and from comments it seems that no one care and no real action was given ... thanks.

I didnt have a good experience. I went yesterday for PCR test. The Registration area was crowded & social distancing protocol was not maintained. They have to improve & rearrange it in a proper way.To be honest, the testing area which is in the adjacent building was not crowded & well organized. The problem was only in the registration area.

First time we visited belhoul hospital in diera al baraha on the wide of al Khaleej street alot of parkings there but not easy to find one as its crowded area close to market.. Service was fine normal waiting time... In pharmacy you have to get token number and wait your turn as this pharmacy serving hug number of patients

Very bad customer Services and arrogant guest relations officers. They inject me Wrong in my arm & i am having blood clotting and pain in my arm. On returning back to them they didnt give me treatment as such they was not going to admit their mistake.. and they are over charging the patients.. Sick Leave is 70 dirham from Government but they are charging 90 dirham because they know near to their area there is no other clinic or hospital, they are just medicle mafia

Dr. Usha is a brilliant and kind doctor. I had a laproscopic myomectomy with her and she made me feel very safe even though I initially felt very nervous. The procedure went very well, and the recovery went smoothly as well. She was very sweet and the moral support shes given me showed a great deal of her kind character. She also gave her personal number so that I can contact her in case of any questions or inquiries, and she addressed all my concerns professionally. The worst hospital i saw in Dubai and my experience was bad. I went there and not feeling well even i cant walk, no wheelchair first think and the receptionists in the emergency section very rude as the other three nurses more than him, also the technician for x-ray treat me as number even shout and talk to me in very bad way. I know its a private hospital and i have to pay any services fees, i payed all the charges as they told me but i didnt receive any service or assistance, only doctor Mustafa was very kind and helpful. To be honest im not recommending this hospital to anyone because of the greedy and rude staff there. If they have problem with the hospital management because of the salaries its not our fault to pay and receive bad services.

Very disrespectful!I accompanied my sister-in-law in Belhoul Speciality Hospital in Deira as my niece was having a high fever. Since it’s Friday, we went to the Emergency section and we’re told to wait for Dr. Shireen Yusuf Khan. During the assessment, I was asking her some questions being the second mother of the baby and she asked if I am the mother and if not, I should not talk since they are maintaining social distancing. I was far from them and I was just asking because I was concern. Then after she said then if you are not the mother then you are the NANNY!!! I felt insulted and degraded because a professional doctor cannot assume and tell people like that. I have been in the Dubai since 2003 and not a single person told me that. Shes being disrespectful and judgmental.

I was there for PCR test, it was good service.

I highly recommend Doctor Noreen Zarqa. I joined a group in Facebook and saw a lot of good reviews about her. My caesarean operation was so smooth, I did not feel any pain and the recovery and wound healing were so fast. She’s very approachable, she’s even responding to whatsapp messages.Their anesthesiologist is also nice, he helped me calm down during the operation, too bad I forgot his name.

Impressed with their excellent service - from Dr Zarqa Noreen Shah who lead the safe delivery of my baby, the nursing team who are caring and friendly and to the rest of the staffs.We stayed at the hospital for 3 days without being contracted with COVID.They charged us for a very reasonable amount, actually less than what we expected.Again, five stars for their EXCELLENT SERVICE, AFFORDABILITY and COVID FREE while I was confined there a month ago.Thanks BELHOUL SPECIALTY HOSPITAL 😊

Me and my husband glad to have met Dr. Zarqa, her professionalism, her attitude and personal approach to patients simply cannot be compared with anyone in my experience in Dubai. Totally disappointed!!!!!!After booking an appointment with the ENT specialist & set in the patients waiting area, I got shocked from the nurse telling me sorry we can’t accept you & we shall cancel your appointment & refund your money!!!!!! The reason is because the doctor doesn’t want to see waiting list patients!!! As if it’s his own private clinic & not a hospital that he works for it as an employee...As a patient, once I paid the money & received a confirmation for a booking, I have the right to receive the service I paid for..This behaviour was totally unprofessional, inhumanity, careless & embarrassing with all means. !!!

They said they had no 24hr emergency service . They should appoint at least a doctor and a nurse on shift basis for emergency aids.

I have been through a lot of hospital to get a 2nd opinion for my ovarian cyst to be removed or not. And finally i found Dr. Talakere Surappa Usha Kiran. She helps me a lot to do my surgery ASAP because it’s getting multiple my cyst inside my tummy. I never get wrong to trust her and i am happy with the results. I had my hysterectomy surgery for ovarian tumor that has low grade of cancer. Now i feel good to keep my life going. And every time i have follow check up the queue of patients for her was long. No words can explain how grateful I am to Dr. Monis Gajdhar, for taking good care of me so well from the beginning of my pregnancy until I delivered safely via CS to a health baby boy. Dr. Monis did an excellent advise that I had emergency CS, as my LO unexpectedly weighed 4.5kg despite it showed on my ultrasound 3.6kg. Though I didnt experienced labor (which is a fulfilling experience as a mother) but I always be grateful to her as it saved us, me and my baby. Its impossible for me a petite woman to deliver a huge baby via normal.During my 3 day stay in the hospital, Dr. Monis, the healthcare professionals and other personnel who took care of us were so accommodating and friendly.Dr. Monis is very caring and will treat you as if youre her sister. Even after my discharge and I was already at home, she keeps on asking my condition. I recovered already and my surgical site healed so fast thanks to her superb medical advises.I already recommended her to my friends and would definitely share my unforgettable best experience to other expecting moms. Special thanks as well to Nurse Berna, for being so sweet and nice during my pre natal check ups.

It was the worst ever experience of my life I haven’t seen such a misbehaving and unethical attitude like the Saff of Belhoul Deira. We requested for registration to the philipino lady sitting at counter she said our insurance is not covered till then it was fine. All of the sudden without reason she said u r Mad and then keep on raising her voice at at 1:50 AM 26 Dec 2020.Also she called to nurse at nursing counter of emergency and told her not to help us and even not to tell her name to us.We were already in tension because of our patient. But the staff was totally helpless and useless. The nurse sitting at counter refused to tell her colleague’s name who has misbehaved with us.I strongly recommend not to ever think about Belhoul hospital. Its is risky for your mental health and your patient’s life.

I want to share my whole experience from infertility to have a healthy baby. 4 years back i was in search of dr. I searched and visited Dr. Zarqa Noreen Shah. She was my first doctor in Dubai. I was so lucky that i got her. She monitored my cycles. Though everything was fine she waited for my normal ovulation. She doesnt believe on excessive medicines. She counselled me about my diet. My stress level. She has an amazing charisma who always push her patient with positivity and hope. She is professional and having grip on her work. Long story short without getting hopelessness i got pregnant. The whole pregnancy was so amazing. She is dutiful and took care everything. She had done my necessary test. I had an amazing experience with her. She waited for my pains. She sa8d everything is fine thn why should think about c-section. I got pains in my late 40th week. And i delivered normally.The whole staff. Nurses dr zarqa and dr awatif are angels for me. Everyone was s9 cooperative. Nursing dept is amazing.I had an experience with hospitals nursery also. They took care my baby alot.I apready referred my family and friends. Bt trust me Dr zarqa is humble trustworthy and dutiful. I recommend her 👌.I stayed 3 days ( due to my baby bilirobin) nurses, ward nurses, drs and nursery staff is accommodated and helpful. And it is covid free zone.

Avoid it at any cost. Very bad customer service they will take your money and then waste your time. I paid for COVID19 test and they kept me waiting for 1 hour just to say that the doctor is not available!Simply after 1 hour they came to me and said what are you waiting here for?! the doctor is not here you can come tomorrow or keep waiting)...I will make sure to give them zero in every rating website.

Really bad experience, i have been begging them to contact me regarding my blood test and X Ray results, i call like everyday and they say the doctor will contact me and i receive nothing at the end. It’s just frustrating and i am going to get the tests done again in another hospital!

Customer service is very poor, the nurses are rude, less care if there is any, we have been waiting for the operations manager Ms Sarah she was busy talking to her colleagues we had to approach her at the reception, because there was no one to attend to our queries, and no one was in the office. Very disappointed at the service.

My appointment with gynecologist was cancelled twice during this two weeks period.I was informed only the day before, which makes difficult to adjust you personal time.I was told my doctor, apparently changed her mind and decided to take leave days in a days of my appointment, “if I want to come, I can come right now,as she is in the hospital right now, otherwise “we don’t care”, which i think is rude and unprofessional to offer that to the clients. I am just wondering what a flexible schedule they do have, comes to work whenever they want, not caring about clients time management at all.Very careless and neglected attitude towards the patients.Not recommended.

I was a CS and she is really good i recovered quickly and my stiches healed fast, she is friendly to her patients and staffs as well. All the nurses is friendly too and they accommodate you well..

Very good hospital in the Dubai. Affordable and professional. Our first baby born here on Friday 16th.Dr. Monis Gajdhar our gynaecologist has been very caring and concerned doctor during pregnancy of my wife. It was her first pregnancy and she was so nervous as our parents were not here with us. Dr. Gajdhar felt her so comfortable and guided her like a mother and gave her confidence.During delivery of our baby Dr. Monis and her team handled everything so professionally and our baby came to the world very safe and sound. Thank so much Dr. monis you are an amazing doctor and human being.I would like to thank all super caring nurses, who took care of baby and mother for 3 days. Team of paediatricians in the hospital are very professional and caring.Hospital charged us very reasonable amount and it was far below than other hospitals in our insurance network. Thank god we choose Belhoul specialty Hospital. Always recommend for affordable and good healthcare services.

Its been 8 months since I deliver my baby boy under Cesarean section and been very busy as I am a working and a hands on mother at the same time to my first born. I would like to thank Dr. Zarqa Noreen Shah for helping me through out my pregnancy from the beginning till I deliver the baby. She is very nice to me and assisting all my concerns. I highly recommend her. Such a great Doctor.

I would like to mention my experience of delivery, I just had cesarean by Dr Zarqa Noreen she is really professional and experienced Dr I have ever met, she is so loyal and understanding. I was visited 17th Sep 2020 at II.30 pm in Emergency department due to the severe abdominal pain last 3 days. I am a chronic pancreatitis patient and had removed the mass in the jejunum through open surgery in NMC Royal Hospital for the month of August 2020. The doctor who was in the emergency checked all my medical history and said, you have done bigger surgery and in the different hospital, we can’t do the diagnoses from the beginning and suggested to go NMC again which is too far where do i live. Even i have requested to the doctor, i can’t able to tolerate the pain and treat me with pain medication for mean while. For that, they have refused and asked me to leave. By the way nurses are trained more than the doctor and she informed call the ambulance and admit in NMC. The worst hospital i ever visited and suggesting to the management to close your Emergency department. Its really doesnt matter that, Where ever i have done the surgery before, if i visit any hospital for the pain the response should be first aid or pain management to make the patient stable. I never recommend to anyone. Salute to all the medical staffs and the doctor for my worst experience.

Avoid to get appointments now a days.

I took a confirmed appointment with a cardiologist at 2pm but when I rich they told me that the doctor will be late by 30 min so I wait for one hour and the doctor didnt rich the hospital when I complain I find my appointment is waiting list even not confirmed and its 3:30 and the doctor still didnt come..... Im sick do you think I have all the day just to wait a doctor. at least the nurse shoul inform the patients that the doctor have some thing to do and will be late,... a specially with coronavirus no one want to wait in hospital for a long time, very upset about the service 😢

Highly recommended DOCTOR MONIS. I was with doctor Monis during my pregnancy and I am very lucky. Best doctor I’ve ever met. She is very patient and professional. I fell safe and secured while facing the unknown from my first pregnancy. Thanks to her superior skill. My baby was delivered safe and sound.

Highly unprofessional could not find the vein and attempted to inject me 4 times as well as the other nurse who came and extracted the blood from my index finger rather than my forearm it is in so much do not go to this hospital for blood testing as this is the second time this has happened. 😥😡

Dr. Dawood Kashmoula is excellent urologist. I felt well informed and sincerely felt he cared and had a passion for his patients. My surgery went perfectly. I’ve had more than one urologist but found the one I’m staying with. Staff was all well prepared.I’ve had kidney stones and another procedure on my prostate. Dr Dawood and his staff are outstanding – I can’t say enough about them. I would recommend Belhoul specialty hospital to anyone with urological problems.
