I am writing this from a friend account, so no staff will get hurt . Meanwhile ,I have to share my horrible experience with this hospital over a year now! The hospital facilities are perfect, the staff also .but the doctors are just sales pepole ! They dont care about the patient health ,they keep asking for ultrasound and sampling and unnecessary tests for nothing!! Just to sell more and let you live in fear that you may have cancer or sth ! And when there is an issue, they dont know how to solve it ,they only want to promote some specific medicines.also you pay fortune for the tests but you never get them so you cant go to other doctors to check . I had a minor issue last year and all the test shown, like for 3 doctors follow the case but all I got is wrong prescription and medicines !my issue now developed and no coming back , it could be solved if I treated well last year but no hope now ! They ruined everything!! They will Rob you especially if you have insurance.Some of them they dont even listen, imagine your are the patient and all of the visit is just about the Dr. Talking about himself. I am sharing this so everyone can take care and to avoid what happen to me to happen to them.

Emailed the clinic about PCR tests but never heard back. Only reason for the 1 star review. Booked somewhere else.

The cal centre for this place are pathetic. They booked us an appointment with a dr Emad for a Pcr test. We arrived at 7:30 (the appointment time) only to be told the pcr finishes at 6:00. We were booked to see Dr Emad (the medical director) who was very unsympathetic towards us and downright rude. Complete waste of time!!! Last time I visit this place.

Following up on MRI approval for a week and it’s pending doctor reply to insurance. The receptionist Sally is very unprofessional and her attitude just make it worse to a patient. Not recommended at all.

Im calling emirates hospital but no one is answering...

Today I had to have an appointment with dermatologist at 1:30, but unfortunately it didnt happen. I was waiting for 40 minutes at the lobby area and when I asked receptionist about this delay, I was told that there is gonna be a delay for 20 more minutes cause of the complicated patient.I dont want to complain about the staff, they were polite. But there is definitely a problem on how do you manage appointments and inform your clients. You need to let them know in advance that there is a delay and not at the time when they already mad.

Had an appointmemt today and waited there for one hour. They said, when asked that they had an emergency earlier. (Hours before my appointment). So all the paitient were piled up in the waiting room, since noone had called to postpone appointments. Pretty shocking behavior by a clinic in a time where everyone is taking extra steps to avoid even healthy people.EDITWent again and this time I waited 1,5 hours and was then blamed for being late. The organization is non existent here.

I visited Emirates clinic last week and totally loved the experienced. Dr. Randa El Tawil is the best doctor you can rely on if you have any health problems.

It is good to remember good things that happened to me because of this facility. I was referred by my Manager to Dr. Amer Mansour because of my knee pain of unknown cause. He did physical examinations and said I need to do tests.. I did all required tests and found out the reason for pain then he explained to me all I need to do. He was like a professor in explaining my condition.. I never had consultation like that, my mind was blasted with all details I need to know for my condition. Kudos to your clinic for having him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mohamed Basha for two years. I had two root canal treatments and the installation of two crowns. He is a perfectionist in his field and he always insures that a procedure is done exactly right.He is also very kind and thorough with his explanations.

Emirates hospital is one of the best hospital in UAE. I had visited their branch in Marina for 2 months ago due to my shoulder pain. That was my second opinion. One of my friend recommended me, there is a best ortho peadiac surgeon in Marina, who is Dr. Amer Mansour.He explained well about the causes of my pain & Dr. Prescribes some pain killer for me. Nice clinic with super friendly doctors and staffs....

Been there many times, never complained. The staff are great abd the doctors are really professional. Actually I don’t go anywhere when me or my family are sick.They provide free parking in the same tower.

Called in to make an appointment. Was told the only way to see my doctor in the coming month is as walk in. To come in before working hours and wait to get in without appointment. I wasnt comfortable with this but I was assured that I wont wait more than 40 minutes at worst. I was there 8.50am. The doctor came 9.30am and start taking the already booked patients. At 10.10 am I approached the receptionist and asked to be told realistically if I am going to see the doctor in the next 10minites. I had no problem to go and visit different hospital and doctor just to have my problem solved. She asked me to wait ten more minutes and for sure Ill get in! 10.20am as I am writing this review, I am still waiting. One and a half hour after I arrived in the hospital. Wasting half of my morning.

Putting your life or body in someone hands in this place?! DON’T!!!The most unprofessional dentist Dr.Mohammed with probably not certified assistant made it my worst dental experience. I contacted hospital to complain to the manager and she was never available or didn’t want to deal with it. They always said we will call you back and guess what?! They never did!The place looks nice and clean, GPs are ok but everything is fine and nice until it gets to technical parts such as teeth!The assistant on her phone, my mouth full of water, I’m chocking, no suction as the assistant is busy on her phone, they use the same machines in all patients mouths with no plastic cover, no glasses provided, all my face and eyes are wet, the doctor keep pushing his hand on my eye, he injured my tongue and was bleeding for hours because I was chocking with water in my mouth and he was not using suction, the filling is terribly done! The crown is to close to my other teeth so I can’t floss!They don’t even care if you are unhappy! Because they get paid by insurance so what can I do? Not even the manager cares! Great place for making money for people who call themselves doctors!Very disappointed! Need to visit another doctor and potentially pay to fixe his mess!

I had a great experience & results in Emirates Dubai Marina hospital. I had to do Left knee ACL surgery with Dr. Amer Mansour. Dr. Amer is best surgent you can find in UAE & maybe in the middle east. The results were perfect and i walked from day one. Then continued the physiotherapy there with Mrs. Dana Diab, recommended by Dr. Amer and i know why. Mrs. Dana is an amazing therapest and helped me progress and expecting full recovery in 2 months!

Great Staff, the clinic looks nice. Amazing Doctor. Took his time to explain everything! BUT, he wrote me 5000 AED worth of stuff to buy from their Pharmacy (which is located downstairs). half of it was covered by insurance! The other half they said I can pay and claim back from insurance. However, I mean.....3000 AED worth of Vitamins? COME ONNNNN!!! and this is only 3 months supply!! Their pharmacy is wayyyy too over priced...an example, glucosamine costs 30-50 AED usually. They sell if for 295 AED...hmmmm!!

Stay away from this place , I saw Dr. Amer Mansour Orthopaedic at the marina branch, I had upper back pain, he ordered MRI for lower back despite the issue was in upper back ! then he prescribed 2500 AEd worth of supplements which has no purpose at all but to sell more from thier pharmacy. My back pain issue was fixed in 1 week after seeing another doctor in another hospital.

Dr. Mohamed Pasha, a dental specialist and neurologist, is an excellent doctor. My family and I regularly visit him following the wonderful work done by filling the nerve of me and my daughter and the results were amazing.

Terrible hospital, absolutely not qualified nurses and boorish service at the reception.
