I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to me. Not to mention how great the service was. My experience at Call Doctor was of the quickest and best I have ever encountered. I must say they have the best staff , good service and experienced doctors.

We made an appointment by telephone for a PCR test home visit at an hotel on Jumeirah Beach; I then reconfirmed my messages via Whatsapp. Ms Diksha came before scheduled time and was discretely dressed (not dressed in anti-covid19 suit) in civilian clothes and a mask. She handled the nose swabs very gently and was kind all the way. All our compliments to her and Call Doctor. We can recommend their services. The results came in by email in time, it didnt take the full 24 hrs to receive the documents. The travel certificate was very professional with no typos at all and the price is very affordable. Excellent experience with this service, i will definitely call them again if needed and strongly recommend it. The doctor and nurses came within 15 minutes in the middle of the night, they were super nice and caring with my 16 months old baby who had a bronchitis, very professional too - they gave her nebulizer and stayed the whole time to show me. This is the worse service !!!!! I had very bad head ache and vomiting, I called they came and they asked for 4100 dhs !!! I was shocked and I complained why they didn’t inform me before they come bcz in their website says 600 dhs !!!! Anyway they charged me 1200 dhs at the end I am still not feeling well and for my head ache they gave me a panadol pills !!!! It’s like I didn’t know I can take panadol for he’d ache I had to pay 1200 dhs for it , to be honest there r so many great home clinic that they come to ur house and help you but this clinic it was like stealing from people with out doing any thing !!!!Do NoT use their service they are really not good !

Arrived in Dubai in the very early hours of Valentines Day for a Persian Gulf cruise the following evening. That evening of Valentines after returning from the mall Id developed a fever and was exhausted. I immediately started looking for an urgent care clinic near me but decided to look for a house call doctor instead. I found Call Doctor an after a couple of messages and 25mins later this amazing Dr by the name of Rageena Suleman walked thru my door with her nurse assistant and supplies. Dr. Suleman was extremely caring, attentive and made sure to explain in luxury of detail what her treatment plan entailed to get me up and running before my cruise the following day. Blood work, IV fluids and meds, prescription meds delivered. Everything was superb. An amazing experience from start to end. Going much further above and beyond than any other doctor, Dr. Suleman provided me with my blood work results the following morning and whats more; she kept in touch with me throughout my cruise making sure I was keeping up with my meds and advising when to start antibiotics. I can only wish Dr. Suleman was my primarily doctor in the USA but she surely is my #1 whenever Im in the UAE which is several times a year. Call Doctor Healthcare, youve got a true star in your team in Dr. Suleman. She exemplifies everything a doctor should strive to be. Consider your business privileged for having her in your team as I consider myself privileged for having met her and received exemplary medical treatment.

Saviors! I was so sick that I couldnt move and I found them on google and Thank God I did. They came straight to my home (within 30-40mns) and took so well care of me and made me feel better. Dr. Fariza is a caring and professional doctor who stayed in touch with me on whats app all the tme checking in on me every 2-3 hours and even after my results came out and made sure I was feeling better! Not cheap but worth it if you cant get to the emergency room.
