I do not appreciate the way they answer to customers feedback. If it’s a negative feedback they put the customer on the line make it seem like it’s their fault and the company is just doing everything so perfect instead of being humble, saying sorry and learning from the experience.If it goes well it’s great if you’re not happy about something you are on your own.

Very good experience at this clinic. Dr. Hueing is very kind and patient with my concern. I am still under treatment, but already feeling better. And the reception staff (Melissa) is very friendly and helpful, doing her best to accommodate my needs.

This was my first time with a professional therapist and I was lucky that circumstances allowed me to have sessions online. I am assigned Mr. Alfred Gull, and hes been extremely helpful and very thorough. The best part is he explains about every single thing in detail (regarding the methods he uses, the history of it and his previous work experience with the methods). Having online sessions are extremely helpful as they are from the comfort of our own homes/safe place; no distractions around. Ive had two Emdr sessions with Alfred already and im feeling so much more calmer (really surprising effects!). All i had to do was follow his simple instructions and also keep in mind the fact that these are Strategies to cope with any issues, and not an instant remedy. If youre a first-timer like me, its better to go with an open mind and not look for instant remedy, and be optimistic :)

My experience with EMDR and with Dr. Alfred Gull has been exceptional, especially during these times. The therapy sessions that Ive been having with Dr. Alfred from the comfort of. my home, in a familiar place without any distractions, have helped me see significant results in a very short period of time: in my social life, at work, etc. I would highly recommend trying these sessions out to deal with any lingering effects of past traumas, and to resolve them once and for all.

Very happy with the therapy in general with Dr Alfred , after just a few sessions I can see amazing result,and progress... ,especially after EMDR therapy session,I was a bit sceptical about EMDR because I never heard about it before, but I m glad I tried it and I m very impressed how effictive it is.

Extremely difficult to make appointments and they have no skills talking to patients. Customer service is terrible. I think people in the UAE are easy going so bad customer service can pass un noticed. Also, they have no empathy, even if you are suffering from a bad headache they will not make exceptions, the reception will just ignore the fact and ask you to call again. Sad where medicine have reached !!

For the last few weeks, I’ve been seeing Dr. Alfred Gull and just started with EMDR as treatment for anxiety disorder.The sessions including EMDR has been held online - which is great for me, considering it’s done in the comforts of my own home, no stress of commuting and it works just as well as being physically in the clinic. On top of this, I don’t have to unnecessarily expose myself to catching COVID-19 by being outside.EMDR was a completely new concept for me, and as a newbie, I must say I feel results already after the first session. I feel calmer the next day (although the first hours after I had the session was a bit rough, it doesn’t last). I’m looking forward to my next session already.Dr Gull’s approach is not to just deal with the ongoing symptoms / band aid temporary solution; he believes it’s more important to get to the root of the problem; therefore focusing on the past, even childhood experiences; and eventually work to remove the emotional connection with a traumatic memory or past experience. This takes time, patience and lots of work; and with Dr Gull’s guidance, I believe that I am on a good way to full recovery.I fully recommend all of the above : from the online sessions to EMDR, and most importantly, seeing Dr Gull to assist you in your journey.

The best place regarding neurological disorder. I visited there regarding my vertigo, dizziness and vestibular related disorder symptoms. Their diagnosis procedure with advance equipment and testing is really great.

I went in to see Dr. Jutta for mild headaches and occasional migraines and I was immediately advised to do an EEG, VEP (visual evoked potential) and ultra sound. Everything was completed within two hours, the results were immediate, and a comprehensive discussion followed. My results were clearly communicated to me and a referral to an ENT was given. The German Neuroscience Center in DHCC is very modern, the equipment is top of the range and the staff are very helpful, polite and informed. I highly recommend GNC for advanced medical attention and clarity.

When the owner replies to a potential patient who btw didnt ask for charity and was willing to pay for every consultation makes you and your clinic nothing but a pure commercial one. Your staff or you could have recommended another psychologist if you even care about peoples mental health. Also, your receptionist only shut me off and didnt offer me an alternative. As to me getting help somewhere else, ofcourse I did as your clinic is not the only one in town. I hope that you also get help and know that a word of mouth can just destroy you!

I was very impressed by the new online sessions that they have set up for patients so they can still interact with doctors during this time wether they want time stay at home or come into the clinic.The staff at the reception was very professional and the nurse helping me with the video call was exceptionally friendly.An outstanding place ,you can tell it is of German quality.

I should say, one of the best Clinics Ive ever visited in my life here in Dubai. They have two branches (in JLT and DHCC). Doctors are indeed excellent (Dr Manio and Dr Jutta) and nurses are very accommodating and well trained especially Ms Pauline. They listen to you carefully and help you with everything they can and do their best to save you. I cant thank them enough but all I can say is that its worth your time, your money, your insurance and effort. The doctors are always fully booked and now i understand why. Its because they are the best.Also prof. Michael one of the new neurologists i have been consulted recently. I have been assisted by nurse Princes as well whos very kind and professional. Every staff and nurse from reception to doctors are all great. Totally recommended. No doubt always fully booked. People love them.

Headaches? I just visited the right clinic. Dr. Klyk made a thorough assessment which does not usually happens in Dubai. You can feel that she gives enough time in taking your history to derive in her diagnosis. At the same time, nurses are also accommodating and show professionalism in their field. Don’t think twice when you want a neuro consult. 😄

I guess it was nice but still very unprofessional and not caring enough for the patience issues.they just prescribe pills and tell u to increase the dosage instead of giving you a treatment and therapy

Excellent clinic!

One of the few psychiatric clinics in Dubai, so your options are sort of limited. They have some good doctors, but not every doctor. Hence, I recommend you to see multiple ones to choose your treatment administrator. Also, all of the doctors are not 100% in Dubai. They alternate between Dubai and Germany in general and sometimes they are not back for a month. So you end up seeing so many different doctors and inconsistency is kind of annoying.Worst thing about the clinic is the front desk staff: They don’t have available psychiatrist of all times. So sometimes they expect you to not to get your refill (!) as it is Panadol... They are rude (almost all except literally one lady), have big attitude and pull a long face all the time. They do not understand the delicate nature of the medical field this clinic offers. They are absolutely always unwilling to help. So if I could I would change my clinic because of them. They book patients with 15 mins difference (each session at least takes 15 - 40 mins), so they cause long delays and chain reaction long queues...

German Neuroscience Center is just fantastic with very good doctors and very friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend it to anyone. The doctors and staff are exceptional. Keep up the good work and thank you’ll for the great experience.

Staff are exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. Treatment is also of a high standard. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that wait times can be very long - sometimes being seen 30mins after an appointment schedule or waiting 30mins for a prescription to be prepared.

I have been to neurologists before but have never had an examination as detailed and as thorough. The staff here are friendly and helpful and the doctors take their time to listen and understand.

I would like to share my experience, so far the communication is not the best at all, I had 3 sessions with Dr. Alfred he is a nice person to talk to but it was a waste of time, I have not felt at all any tinny improvement neither he gave me tips of improving my self, I have tried other psychologist and there was a huge difference, Im sorry but I Dont know how they got high rate!!!!

Was not impressed at all. They made me wait 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then the doctor saw me for a total of around 6 minutes, asked a few questions and ordered a whole list of tests that need insurance approval. Did not feel like there was valid basis for the tests either.Overall bad experience and did not get any result of the visit.

Guys dont waste your time and money. They dont care about your health anyway. I have been there, they did different tests and thats all, then nothing happened. I followed up with them several times, every time they will say they will call me back but never happened. I explained to doctor and assistant that I have a pain and I need quicker treatment but doctor left the country, then they forgot about me.
