We came here to the emergency department not for the first time,which was unprofessional treated us and other patients, all had to wait for his turn when it’s very slow whatever the case was.No first evaluation for the case by the nurses even,Unlikely was quite this time but they always delay everything for no reason however the case was threatening death.Many thanks to Dr Sobhy Mohammed Amer the general and Laparoscopic surgeon who did the appendectomy for my wife.Over all the inpatient service was very good from the doctors to the nurses and the housekeeping was very good.If you are visiting the hospital during the outpatient clinic hours you have to pay for the wallet parking or the RTA because it’s always busy for the hospital parking. It’s very small uncovered parking for the doctors, staff and and the patients..If you’re using the insurance with co-payment or cash patient the prices is very high comparing with the other hospitals in the same category.

I did took 2H off from my work place to attend OPD appointment for the first time in this hospital ever at 3:45 pm , I did arrived 3:30 pm and payed for the parking in the parking area.When I reached I did waited for more than 1H to be seen by the Dr.I didn’t wanted to wait more, I did collect my ID and left after 1H of waiting, I didn’t received any response or attention when I was asking when I’ll be seen.I would understand if the place is busy, I’m working in hospital too, but I would wait 15 minutes it’s acceptable, but waiting for 1h is totally unacceptable and unprofessional using of the timing. I left without seeing the Dr.I’m questioning why they gives appointments when they know they spend at least 1H with a patient, they gives appointments 3:30, 3:45 and 4:00 so all the patients will come on time but they were not seen.Not recommended at all.

Just came in this morning for the first time to see my oncologist, Dr. Azzam (I was his patient in his previous hospital). The place is super clean, staff is nice and helpful. Service was fast. Everything went smooth for me. The nurse was nice and communicated perfectly what was going to happen and what needed to be done. Great place.

I went to this place because my husband did his test in this hospital and the result was fast and I assumed it was a reputable hospital.I did the swab test yesterday past 9 am in the morning. I am hoping to receive the result on the afternoon ( just like my husband did) however instead of result I received a call ( @ around 330 pm). I was told to come back and do a re test as there is a problem with the test they did in the morning they guaranteed I will not pay again. I asked what happen they could not answer me. I was told to come on the same tent that I did the test and inform them I was asked to do the retest and they will explain from there what happened.@4 pm I went there right away and did the test. I informed everyone who assisted me that it was a retest as I was told something happened with my test. they assisted me and the nurse even did a very thorough swab. after the test I confirmed to them if this time I will get a result.. she confirm I will receive the result for sure.I am still in doubt, so before I leave the area I called the call center and informed I did the test.@637 pm I received a message my result is presumptive positive. I called call center right away and asked they have checked and I was told as per ER doctor that test is from the morning swab. I will receive my second result in the morning.After 24 hours I called again as I have not received any result.only then I was told they do not know what happened to that test because I did not pay there is no result!I have spoken to call center they are polite and they are trying to explain however they cannot give me any helpful answer..They said they forward it to PRO named Abbas.he called me after checking from the Lab- only to tell me again it is because I have not paid that is why there is no result.I am very very disappointed with this hospital.Will never recommend to anyone.Very bad experience.I have to retake a test again however I will never come again to this hospital.

Came here for my PCR test to be able to travel abroad, overall not a bad experience. Waiting around half an hour in total from start to finish & results came back in just over 12 hours.Downsides: the tent was extremely cold, even with a thick hoodie I was freezing.The gentleman who saw to us was pretty rude when we asked some questionsThey put my number wrong in the system even though I wrote it down, which meant I had to chase my results

1- Phone never gets answered to book an appointment. 2- Hospital calls to confirm an appointment from a different number that isnt registered under the hospitals page or net, and when calling back that same number youll get no identification that its the hospital that called you, and of course none answers that phone number either, so youre left wondering who the heck called you, super professional from whoever is running this department at the hospital. 3- Website has so many errors, and have been that way for a long while, seems like the tech management needs to be fired urgently. 4- look at the screenshots. If you want to die go to so called Dr Qamar Bashir Mirza he will kill you with wrong medicines and to make your stay longer at the hospital to make more money. The management is happy and hiding his faults because he is giving them business when you give them negative review you will be threatened by the management. Better complain to DHA instead of wasting your time with hospital management.

Horrible emergency and horrible treatment for patients in need. Very rude doctor (dr farida). Never encountered such inconsideration and such disrespect. Getting absolutely no information or diagnosis upon getting checked and being served medication without any explanation or clarification. When we asked about the medication they were about to inject with a cannula we were met with a rude condescending tone like she’s doing us a favor by explaining what the problem is. No explanation of after care. Not to mention losing her temper if we dare to ask any additional question. Worst medical experience in my 22 years of being a resident in the UAE.

Had very bad experience with Dr. Qamar bashir mirza please avoid going to him he is there just to increase the hospital revenue. My sister was fine only thing she was feeling numbness on her face this so called Dr told her she have multiple sclerosis and she needs to be admitted on urgent basis without doing any test. My sister got scared and got admitted there he gave wrong medicines. Long story short now my sister diagnosed with liver kidneys infections and she have some problem with her blood also. If she is taking medicines its effecting her liver and if she is stopping those medicines she is getting blood clots in her blood. She is having backbone disc problem also before going to this hospital everything was perfect. Never go to Dr. Qamar and Dr saroob.all positive reviews about him must be from his team only.

This hospital I won’t recommend to anyone , I agree with reviews which are wrote below .The hospital care more about money and insurance than the services and patients.They refused to register a patients who is giving birth until we pay the deposit. Seriously ? Anyway after argument they did register finally .However the insurance policy changed they never informed the patient before coming to the hospital about the changes where the insurance rejected the whole cost , if we knew we have went to other hospitals where our insurance is accepted but it was too late , so make sure you are 100% clear about your insurance will be your fault at the end.So basically money first then maybe services will come after.We found a cockroach in the room , seriously it’s a child room where must be cleaned , what about the nursery room where all the babies kept is it clean or the same .Think before you come , don’t just follow your doctor here .

The experience was amazing, she focuses on the smallest detail while cleanse your face throughly. I highly recommend this place for acne prone / black / white heads. Worst experience ever!! I was followed by a gynecologist few days week ago and she checked on me many times and she didnt see that i had a Ovarian Cyst!!So that cyst explose and the liquid touched the appendicitis, ive been admitted to the emergency with the terrible pain.The emergency doctors was great and discovered quickly what i had and sent me to a surgery dorctor to romove the appendicitis. When i met him , he said that the the liquid wasnt dangerous and it will go by it self in few days, and that the only problem was the appendicitis. But after the operation i discovered that the gynecologist had to be in the operation cause she need to clean the cyst.(i think it was just a commercial thing, the surgery Coast 38k which is ridiculous for just a unnessesary cyst)The insurance didnt approve the second operation so they was stressing me after the operation and asking me to call the insurance to get the approval!Its not acceptable to push someone who just left the operation block to call the insurance services and begin poeple for approval for an unnessesary operationAnd itthey did a pcr test and gave me a wrong result and i had to fight with them to have a second test that showed negative!now i have to be in quarantine as per the DHA low and my result is negativeCominication zero !!! I had to wait 10 days to know what really happened to me! And that the story below was as they said WrongThe gynecologist is sayin that it wasnt a cyst and she had nothing to do with this surgery...(i truly belive that she was honest)I Belive that there was a mis-explanation from the beginning which is not good coming from an hospital like this!!! A patient is supposed leave the hospital with full knowledge of what happend to him !

The 3 stars is only because they missed on one very important aspect specially during the hard times we’re all going through, we entered the hospital & no one thought of checking our temperature, after more than 4 hours when they thought my sister will have to undergo an operation they informed us that she has to do the covid test before transferring her from the emergency to her room!The surgeon was extremely friendly & professional, explained everything in details.The room service & the nurses are extremely friendly & helpful as well.The room is very spacious, clean with a very clean bathroom.I was also impressed by the meal they provide for their patients, they call like 30 minutes before the meal serving time & give you a couple of options to choose from, the food is really well presented & tastes amazing!A very polite & professional lady came to the room twice checking if everything is ok & wishing my sister speedy recovery.Overall I’d say a really good hospital if they take care of the small details that matters a lot.

I WAS AT THIS HOSPITAL LAST WEEK AND HAD A LONG WAIT FOR PCR RESULT MORE THAN 36HOURS. I HAD TO REBOOK MY FLIGHT BECAUSE OF THAT TEST. WHILE IN QUE OF GETTING RESULT THE GUY BEHIND ME WAS SAYING YOU MUST PAY AN EXTRA MONEY FOR THE STAFF TO TAKE SAMPLE STRAIGHT AWAY TO LAB AFTER SWAB. THEY PAID FOR 1000 DIRHAMS EACH JUST TO HAVE THE RESULT FOR LESS THAN 12 HOURS. I FEEL SORRY TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO CANT AFFORD TO PAY UNDER THE TABLE JUST TO HAVE RESULT EARLY THAN EXPECTED. TO THE MANAGEMENT KINDLY INVESTIGATE THIS ACT AS THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

The hospital is great in general. Dr. Manal Fahham, Neurologist is for sure on of the best Neurologists in Dubai. Best doctor ever, my wife , she just gave birth in Al Garhoud Private Hospital on the 6th March.I’m writing to express my appreciation to the fantastic professional service provided by Dr Nagham Abduljabbar Alobaidi, she did much much more than just a doctor.Me and my wife as a completely new couple, having Chen being pregnant, was such an amazing, at the same time a worrying thing. Unfortunately she had a miscarriage in Nov 2019 ,I was looking after her and helping her to recover, with efforts of 6 months, she was confirmed pregnant by Dr Nagham in June 2020. At the early stage of the first visit, it was 4pm on a Thursday, when we told the Dr about our experience, she immediately got her to do the blood test, the nurse checked and told her the lab won’t be able to do it on that day, I clearly still remember, and will never forget that she replied “ it is a matter of life, I don’t care what excuses there are, I need the result right now”. That was just so mind-blowing, and touching. A baby was saved.Second month, all of a sudden, Chen started bleeding, when she called the Dr, she immediately acknowledged her and provided an injection that Chen had to take for 3 weeks. Once again, the baby was saved.Every visit we did, she noticed that me and Chen are completely newly married couple, who didn’t know anything, she behaved and educated us like our moms ( too young for that ) .By the time on the 6th March 2021, when Chen was admitted into the hospital to deliver the baby, she was with us whenever she could, she was encouraging Chen with all of her skills , knowledge, patience etc... At the end, a beautiful baby girl Fei Han was born successfully, healthy, weighed at 3.7kgs. On the other hand, Chen did it as an normal delivery, she’s almost recovered now.I truly appreciate what Dr Nagham provided us, and I can’t think of any other words that I could say to express my gratitude towards her.Any medical industry would be the luckiest to have her as an employee.Once again I thank her sincerely.

Im here for PCR COVID19 test, since 11,30am, the queue is not too long when I took my ticket (60 in the waiting). However, registration and sample collection is ridiculously slow and Im here now for over 3 hours and not sure when to finish!Was waiting out of the tent in hot weather! what a mess and low quality for a private paid service!

Don’t do your test there. They won’t deliver on time and will let you down.

I had to visit this Garhoud Hospital for PCR test. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, late at night hardly anyone around to direct you where to go, the place is untidy, and chaotic, and once they take your money, then you’re on your own. The worst to come, when I went back to retrieve the Corona test result, they couldn’t find mine, even thought my wife’s was ready, after few calls from the guy in the front desk, they got back to him with an answer, and of course you guess it right “positive” then I started to have doubt about the whole process, next day i went to city walk and got retested, which was negative of course. I tried to call the hospital back no one was answering, and when they did, they promised to get back to me, but like you’ve guessed it again, nope, and of course few days later I had to leave the Country. My recommendation, do not go there, especially if it’s for Corona test, it’s a fifty fifty chance with them to be positive even that you don’t have Corona. You will waist your money, go to City Walk drive through, it’s more accurate, professional, you will Thank me after you do.

COVID PCR TEST-The worst experience, long waiting, unorganized.While doing registration, staff was undiscreetly brining random people ID under the hand from outside, not to wait in the line.They said result will take 12-24 hrs, however no result received after 24hrs, after calling they said they dont know why and they are busy. Staff is not fluent in english.Place to avoid.👎🏼

Not Serious, not professional. How is it possible to take a pcr covid test on the 3rd of February, and they will tell you to come and get it 24-36 hours later. You come on the 5th,and they are telling you stories. Worst, you discover that they did the same gag to a dozen of persons. We all missed our flights!!

They let me in after 1 hour plus the nurse advised that I cannot let my husband in with me!!!!only I’m allowed to go i this not fair and won’t happen in any other Hospital

Every appointment we take in this place provide a worse experience before the previous visit, 0 value for the patients time. Coming here had almost never took less than an hour.

I have been visiting this hospital since 4 yrs . The staff and the doctors take good care of patient from very first moment, The staff will give good hospitality and care. I recommend this hospital for prompt and good hospitality.

Good experience with COVID test, took 2 hours to get tested and within 4 hours received results

Waiting time for insurance is unacceptable, 1hour and a half and more, at prime medical centers it takes 5 minutes! Not coming back.

The worst emergency ever...they dont know how to deal with kids and toddlers...they dont even care how much the parents may be worried about their child and try to give them better and faster service....their tools and equipment are very poor and old....never recommend

Very bad customer service . never answer calls to hospital contact number. I have tried calling 5-6 times all I was getting was all agents are busy for attending other customers. since 4 afternoon to 10 pm night never answered my call.

The worst hospital EVER they dont even send the full lab results and they promise they will send and they dont !!!!!! Takes days for them to send!

Very bad experience in Gastronology department with Dr. Swsan Badri.Bad diagnosis, bad medication, bad follow up, and bad communication with patients.The target and mentality of the dr is how to get more money from the insurance by requesting and prescribing unnecessary procedures and medication and to maximise their profits away from the patient health.As a result of such bad behaviour you will stick with the insurance companies for approvals.I dont recommend her for any consultation.

It’s a very bad experience they look at you as a Money bag not human or patient, I came for normal delivery all department gave the worst services, I told the Im Allergic to kiwi and they served me a kiwi salad, will never come back for any reason.

My COVID PCR took 40 hours to release and I have to go to the hospital to print the report as they dont send an email

Great Hospital and amazing staff.Took great care of my father and helped him through the heart attack and major ulcer problem.
