It has been a great experience. I booked them a night before for a full PCR and they came to my hotel room to take the sample. I never imagined that PCR test would have been that easy. Julia was great, but we were promised results within 10 hours. Our flight was at 4am and the results came at around 1:30am compared to around 10pm which they should have reached. Had we had our flight earlier and took their word, we would have missed it. If you are taking a test with this company, I’d suggest to do it at least 24 hours before your flight. Please change your promise to your customers if you aren’t sure that you’re able to keep it.

Go for it.I had booked two sets of PCR Test to be taken at my hotel on arrival and departure and both the times the test was taken at my hotel at the mentioned time and results arrived before the promised deadline. The staffs were very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service was also top notch with reminders received by emails and test results notifications by email and text. Very poor service. They gave a time slot for 4am but didn’t show up or messaged to let us know. They have caused so much inconvenience I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for their PCR test.

Have used First Response Healthcare two times now. The nurse, Sharlet, came on time and was friendly, quick and professional, but none of the times did First Response Healthcare provide the answer within the promised 10h. Be aware that it takes 12 to 14h, not the promised 8 til 10. Other than that the service is perfect.

Superb service at Fair Price. Had requested PCR test at home for emergency international travel, they handled my urgency promptly. The well trained Nurse visited at 2 AM in the morning and by 5:30 AM got my reports to my email. Nurse was accompanied by a Male which shows they care about the female field staff. Really appreciate the service commitments. Before calling them I visited 2 renowned Hospitals Aster and Medeor near my home both had long test reports time and exorbitant prices along with poor service as usual.

Our hotel nurse named wilson is excellent in his service. He is a type of nurse that you will be comfortable to approach whenever your not feeling well. He is very attentive in such a way in refilling of our first aid kits. Always feeling safe and cared when his the one on duty.
