I ask them for one lady yo take care of my baby 18 months wile I’m going to my appointment.She came home my baby slept before 10 minutes before her coming.I was cleaning the house very busy , I told her help me she said no I’m a teacher I say ok , she seated waiting for 2 hours nothing she did.Then before I leave I explain everything about baby , she didn’t listen to me.But the biggest thing she did that she blowing on my baby foods with her mouth I saw her in camera so I came back immediately .Becarrefull from this company they play with kids health no professionalism.They don’t care

We had all our hands full when our little new second son arrived and worse off had to spent 12 days at hospital due to complications. Malaak was the perfect choice for us since we needed highly professional skilled day and night nurses that are capable to smoothen the transition from hospital to home and to get a healthy home routine for one newborn and one 1,5 yo toddler. I had severe Mastitis and despite problems breast feeding and being emotionally distressed about not being able to fully provide for my newborn child Malaak nurses were extremely?! professional and supportive about how to best breastfeed despite challenges. For us Malaak proved extremely reliable, skilled, soft and kind hearted enough to „let go“ as a newborn mom and it was truly a delight to have such amazing help for the first 2 months post partum. Today we have 3 boys ;) under the age of 4! Couldn’t have done it without Malaak❤️dream team. Worth every penny. We used Malaak with both our children and cannot overstate how professional, knowledgeable and caring the team is. The nurses were great at adapting to my personal style and preferences. They were loving and attentive and were up-to-date on the latest recommendations for feeding, sleep and all things related. They were equally attentive to me and my needs as a new mother. Malaak is exceptional in every way and the service truly lives up to its name - a team of angels when you most need it.

The worst experience. This service is so called “ bespoke “ I paid them 18 thousand a month and used the service for 2 months because I was convinced that it is the best choice . Their so called night nurse was sleeping on duty , stained my white couch with ketchup and never cared . She put our baby in a non stop rocking habit we can’t get him out of . Be careful when the the nurse is in to doing that . Their management never checked in more than two to 3 times in the whole 2 month period . They did not push when I complained about the nurse . Claimed to send options and sent one option . The night nurse did nothing special to habituate the baby to any good sleeping habits , could not identify any gas issues and do things to relive the baby as nurses do . This so called bespoke service is only good for publicity . She was evening using her mobile while carrying my baby !

Took advantage of a sleep consultation on a discounted rate. The experience was average to poor. The zoom meeting lasted 45 minutes, I was data dumped a bunch of pdf documents to read and videos to watch and told to report back daily with a log of my son’s sleep and eat patterns, to which the consultant said she’d respond. She said to send updates twice or once daily, whichever was preferred. I took an hour daily to do this in excel, using the acronyms requested by the consultant, only to be told to do it in WhatsApp instead. My first two days of data and questions were never responded to, which was frustrating as I shared the info in the little spare time I had while being very sleep deprived. At times the WhatsApp responses took up to 24 hours, so we’d be repeating the same issues through two sleep cycles without support. A couple of WhatsApp exchanges happened but generally started with “sorry I’ve been busy” from the consultant and “have you read the material shared” which I had started but felt was a bit cheated. The service should be advertised as a cost for reading material, instead of two weeks hands on support. It didn’t feel like the consultant really analyzed my data for patterns, rather she asked the same questions over and over, such as “what are you eating” “how’s your diet” to which each time I responded the same: vegan and good. In the end the consultant suggested we go against doctor advice and stop certain supplements for my son (Vitamin D) while putting him back on Nexium, which we already clarified did nothing and the doctor (Gastro specialist) already took him off. Thankfully we didn’t and have managed to sort his sled through other consultants. The other responses during the first week were short and again, didn’t seem to string his patterns or profile together holistically. Overall it was not the support or service I had anticipated and I’d be hesitant to use Malaak for any other services based off this experience.

Being a first time mom comes with its own challenges, but the staff at Malaak has made this phase of my life a lot easier with their one on one care and availability. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

A truly wonderful experience. From attending prenatal classes with Cecile through to having night support once our baby girl arrived. I felt supported at every step. The team listened to me and checked in, it is clear they take pride in the training of their team. Thank you to your Angels.

Malaak have saved my life on countless occasions. They really are a team of real life angels sent to us here on earth to help those in need. I am a twin mum and have been a client of Malaak since my baby girls were 3 weeks old. At 6 months of age my girls have developed beyond my wildest dreams. They are smart, strong, sleeping, breast fed babies! I could not have gotten through this as a first time mum without the support of Malaak and its team of angels! They are a one stop shop. There isnt a scenario they cant help you with. It goes way beyond baby care...My babies have been loved and adored since they were tiny.. but it doesnt stop there.Their support has been invaluable to my experience as a Mum too. There were many occasions where I needed the help in order to keep going. And they were there with me, every single step of the way. I really do not know where Id be without them.Their Nurses/ Angels have been professional and sweet and always go over and above their call of duty, every single time! Its phenomenal. I trust them explicitly and their training goes way beyond nanny help. These Angels are real life heroes and carry out their duty with so much love and passion for what they do.My babies are not only breastfed now, but as a result of the team and early routine implementation, my babies sleep! Therefore I sleep. Sleep is everything! I never wouldve known what to do without their sleep experts!I am honestly in awe of how these guys do it. How they continue to be brilliant without ever missing a beat or dropping their standards.They really are the best in the business I consider myself very lucky to have met the team and to have had such an amazing experience.There arent enough words in the dictionary that could ever express how I really feel about Malaak. My heart is simply so full of love for them all and I will forever be grateful.

Malaak are fantastic! My children adore the nurses when they come, they are always there with a smile and helpful advice, very professional. Also very forthcoming with ideas and games with keeping the children entertained. I have also used for sleep training and the results were amazing; I loved the calm approach and all the support offered.

The team at Malaak are incredible. Their attention to detail, expertise and care for newborns and little ones is unparalleled. When I telephoned for a friend, who had just delivered and was struggling with breastfeeding her newborn, the team were on hand to provide the support, guidance and care that put both mother and baby at ease. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We have been using Malaak nurses for the last 2 years, especially in the beginning when our twins were born and the experience was truly amazing. The nurses were excellent in helping with the newborns and also my now 4 year old loves playing with them. All the girls we had were excellent in handling the babies, polite and super attentive. We still book the nurses from time to time and knowing that the kids are in professional hands is priceless. Not only the nurses, but also the rest of the team at Malaak are great to work with. They helped us with establishing a sleeping routine for the twins and gave breastfeeding support.

The nurses at Malaak are fantastic. Always professional and have allowed me to have some free time again. Not only that they have taught me how to train my daughter to sleep without crying. Amazing team of ladies x

An amazing center to do prenatal classes with as well as enjoy postnatal support through Mama Mornings on a Thursday and many other services offered such as feeding and sleep workshops; breastfeeding consults and childcare in the comfort of your own home.

Malaak nurses and staff are amazing. The managers are always available to speak on the phone, to come up with solutions when I need someone at short notice. Thank you Malaak you really are Angels :-)

Thank you for helping to care and entertain our boys for a few days. They had a wonderful time being with the lady who came when our Nanny was unwell. I wouldnt hesitate to book them in the future when we need support again.

I don’t recommend Malaak for newborn at all. I’ve tried more than 3 nurses and they were all not supporting breastfeeding as they claim they do plus their nurses are rude the way they reply if you ask them not to do they just reply with no respect they just wanna do whatever they want ignoring moms preference for her baby... not worth the money and when you comment on their page on Instagram they keep on deleting even though the comment wasn’t inappropriate..

Poor service , they don’t respect customer needs and also they ignore you when asking such questions , they are 24 hrs online in Instagram and Whatsup but the respond is very LATE and they don’t respond unless u tell them that u will complain .. poor company

We have been using Malaak for three years and without fail they have always been reliable. The team there is always supportive of our schedule and needs and honestly put their hearts into their jobs. Their nurses are miles more qualified than other talent in the market and I feel are also more trustworthy. I highly recommend.

The Malaak nurse was great, very friendly and experienced. I had seen on her cv that she was experienced in baby massage so asked her to give one to my baby. She wrote down notes of when my baby woke, how much she ate, her behavior etc. I felt very comfortable leaving my infant in her care knowing she was an experienced maternity nurse.I’ve also attended the Baby Stimulation classes with my baby and find the classes entertaining for my baby, a great way to meet other mums, and I love the arts and crafts we can take home as momentous.

Great service, my daughter was sick, they sent me someone within 2 hours. I tried 2 different nurses, and both were very profesionnal. They took very good care of our kid. I booked and paid upfront for couple of days but didnt need their service anymore when my daughter felt better. They gave me my money back immediately. Very honnest and good quality.

We used Malaak Nurses to care for our preemie twin boys when they were first discharged from NICU, they were 6 and 7 weeks old and very tiny. We cannot properly articulate how amazing the nurses were, caring for our tiny precious boys around the clock. They gave us the confidents to rest and grab some much needed sleep, knowing the boys were well cared for or visiting the other twin who was still in NICU for an extra week. All the girls are fully trained nursing professionals and cared for our babies with such delicate care and attention. Our boys were discharged needing a lot of extra medical attention and the nurses were able to administer the medicine and prepare and follow a very complicated and detailed daily routine. The nurses became like family and we still keep in contact now. The office staff were also extremely helpful and sensitive to our needs as first time parents to such tiny little babies. We still use Malaak for ad hoc baby sitting as we trust our boys in their capable hands. Thank you Malaak from the bottom of our hearts.
