I went for PCR test, it was super busy.I reached there 18:15 hrs and swapping has been done at 20:50 !! More than 2 hours standing on longest queue in Dubai to register then doing the test.To be honest it was busy also in city walk, and Med clinic in Dubai mall was closed this day so may be my luck.There offered gloves and while you get ticket they offered water and gloves.Test it self will not take 30 seconds.

If u want to be disrespected then u can contact this hospital call center , an Indian rude ,unprofessional , and needs a lot of customer service training in order to be able to answer a very simple phone call .Placed me on hold for 11min for no reason just i asked for my medical report 3 times already and instead of listing first and understand what i was trying to say she just kept on putting the blame on others .Requested to talk to the customer service manager as usual useless and never received this call back after getting 1000 of promises .Merinsa i believe the name of that useless agent.I took all my report and moved to a different hospital because of this poor customer service and zero communication with all of the departments .I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANY ONE especially if you are pregnant and assuming that you will get a good service there are a lot of well known healthcare facilities with the best staff .

If you want to get progressively worse and then be left for dead, then dr. tamer zidan is the one for you. an entirety horrible experience. tamer will treat conditions outside of his specialty then say you should be admitted at a psych hospital. we were ignored when we requested an investigation, i hope the dha shuts you down.

Very good hospital specially for Covid 19 based PCR test to be done at the ease. We visited early morning at 8.15, lady gave us the form and finished all in 30 minutes. Fees per person is 150 AED, cash or card both are accepted here. We received our results in about 10 to 11 hrs via SMS where there is a link to download the report.There were few patients standing and waiting for their turn to come up, but overall satisfied services.Once form was filled and printed, payment and sample taking process is really faster.Even you can take the form print out from home via its website and go with duly filled copy only, which will save your time a lot and make things faster.Its located inside Health care city of Dubai. Near by malls are also available where you can visit in your free time.All the best guys !

If you would like to be robbed in the middle of the day go to this hospital. You will pay premium amounts but get horrible experience. My experience was very bad were the team kept me waiting 45 minutes post my appointment time. The second bad experience was when my doctor decided to cancel my appointment 2 hours before it take place without a proper notice or attempt to reschedule.If you are considering get treatment here think twice.

Dont trust their operator team, even their receptionpersons are arrogant. its been two days I am trying to reach the Gyne department just to follow up on Prescription of my wife and till today none got back to us.Luckily I have the guy named mohammed Ali Hashm spoke to us in Saturday and Sunday and has been promising for call back which never came till today.

I came here for COVID-19 PCR test.. Its risky.. No body cares if people here are wearing face mask properly or not.. I saw 2 ladies covering their mouth only.. Sneezing and touching the forms, holding pens to fill the required information! The same pens that everyone is using in the tent

I gave birth in March, and that was my biggest mistake.Caught Covid from there. Started having symptoms 4 days after I was discharged.I was not doing well so i was hospitalized in the same hospital. They got approval from my insurance before they accept me. I have spent 5 days there despite the fact that I started feeling better after the first day, they refused to discharge me just because I had a slight fever.Then discovered that they kept me while trying to get insurance approval for the remaining days without even informing me or getting my consent. When they failed to get approval, they suddenly decided that i was ready to leave the hospital and asked me to pay more than AED 11,000.Because of them i got covid, nurses and staff were not doing PCR tests and were not vaccinated when i gave birthI was away from my new born for 5 days, pumping milk and throw it away, left my 7 years old son alone. All that zI have been through was due to their hunger for money.Doctors are great but management is unprofessional.They made me live my worst days just to collect money, they didnt have the honesty at least to bear tge responsibility for what i have been through because of them.Dont do what i have done, if you are a pregnant and keen to keep their babies safe then dont go there

Today I had to take my son to see Dr. Mazen Abou Chabaan, and I want to show appreciation to the doctor and the hospital, the facilities are great, helpful staff with a welcoming attitude, this is not my first time at the hospital however it is my first time taking my son there, and this time left a huge impression, a great impression, Dr. Mazen is an extremely genuine and honest person, he cares a lot about his little patients and is companionate with their parents, my wife and I were worried a lot, he made sure to expedite radiology results with the help of Doctor Ahmed Elmasry who in his turn showed us a lot of compassion as we were really worried about are child’s case, they both were great with my son who is 14 months old and put him at ease while diagnosing his case.Thank you Dr. Mazen and Dr. Ahmed you both are the kind of doctors every hospital should have and thank you Emirates Specialty Hospital for providing the medical service you provide through this excellent team!

I would like to share my experience with Dr Marc Mueller ENT . He is very professional and solve an issue I had for many years in first session in 10 minutes operation. I was told this operation will take one day to be hospitalised but it took few minutes. I truly recommend this Dr and would rate him top of honesty and genuine Dr whom care about people

If I could’ve given this 0 stars I would’ve. This hospital is a total scam, I paid 400 dirhams for and urgent test which is from 4-6 hours and I received the result after 15 hours! And when I met with them to complain they said only if you’re negative we give you the result in 4 hours!It doesn’t make any sense, hospital system is really bad.I didn’t get my money or get tested for at least half the price. PLUS they weren’t sure if I was positive because they told me later on I should’ve repeated the test after 48 hours while the person who called me told me to quarantine and change hotel because I was positive.Please avoid this hospital.

RT -PCR test for travel within 12 hrs. They charge 220 AED 6am to 11 pm. And 200 for 11pm to 6am. If you didnt got the email or SMS regards your results contact the numbers on picture

My experience there was closed to a catastrophe. I was forgotten by the staff in the emergencies with a kidney infection. Nobody seemed to care.When I got admitted to the hospital, the nurse was unable to find a vein for the IV and she just decided to come back after an hour and half to try again, and in the meantime the temperature raised to more than 39 degrees.They were also supposed to do a urine culture that they literally threw, and the doctor was fine with it. No follow-up calls when requested, no respect towards the patient, nothing.Deep lack of professionalism, their medical staff is clearly not as good as other hospitals in Dubai.

Covid testing facilityWow, what a huge difference in experience to another hospital I went to just the day before for covid testing for travel purposes.This place runs like a well oiled machine.When I got there the security greeted me well, asked me how he could help, informed him I need to do a test for myself and my 9 year old daughter. He brought the forms and instructed me to bring the forms back to him immediately when complete. He took me inside the tent where the other patients were waiting, we got prioritized because of testing with a child. I didn’t ask for it, they just did it. They have quite a few ladies collecting forms, passports and issuing ticket waiting numbers. Payment is seamless, because everything is on the system that they’ve captured from the form and then testing was quick. Many pay stations and nurse stations for testing also. I was in and out in about 30 min.

The hospital staff is quite friendly. The facility is located in healthcare city. For now parking space is merely an open area, but still you need to validate your ticket if you are visiting.There is also covid test available, in an outside tents that is set just next to the ER entrance.The website is very useful and you can locate the doctor that you need to see and also book an appointment online.All labs samples are taken at the B1 level. And there is a cafe available at ground floor.Overall, the experience of my visit is fair.

Bad customer service.Paid a big amount for a simple covid test and had to wait for more than 2 hours under an open tent in the cold winter. The management only cares about money they are getting. Bad experience.

They must organize this COVID test center properly! Shifting chairs is not a proper solution instead increase the staff count and maximize the work quality. The swab test cheaper than other test centers and the results are issued within 24 hours. Recommended if anyone unable to find an alternative location!

Update: please contact the hospital first to make sure whether they offer the PCR test or not, they closed the testing center recently.Im rating my RCR test experience at this hospital. They have about two tents, you need to register and bring an ID (Passport or Emirates ID) and AED 150. Expected waiting time is 90 minutes. The place is very organized and the staff is really helpful and patient. I got my results in less than 8 hours. Theres a cabin outside to get a printed and stamped report and you can collect it in less than 2 minutes.

Delays in reports!! Because the focus is to get many people to test and not equipped to execute efficiently! Very strong marketing but with no efforts on improving the execution!! False commitments!! They advertised and committed results in 12 hours which is not true! Had to follow up through multiple calls and emails and still don’t have the report! Had to cancel my flights, hotel!!

I went with my friend for the PCR test for her international travel. The place was very tidy and organized. The experience was very good and she got her results in 6 hours. Overall the experience was excellent.

I waited for 3 hours in line for the PCR test. It was very exhausting. What annoyed me the most is the fact that a lot of people were there for the same reason, being tested for covid and they were NOT wearing their masks at all and many others were not wearing their masks properly, always below the nose. This is my new pet peeve. The staff was so busy that they did not notice. The result came in less than 12 hours, the price was fair 150 AED.

Very rude and impersonal. No one is there to explain anything. No one will speak to you. You just sit and wait for over an hour with no idea what the next steps are or anything. They dont even have signage with instructions. Better to do drive-thru testing somewhere else.

COVID-19 PCR test: Have had a number of test taken during my time of Dubai, and this is by far the most unorganised, inefficient, unprofessional, armature operation I’ve ever seen.When I arrived I was told there were appx 30 min waiting time, that number was actually 1h20m end to end. And the main reason for the delay is because the process is so ineffective, when I finally got to take my test, I was the only one in the test room with nurses just standing around waiting for the next batch, as there weren’t a natural flow of people, everything happened in batches, after endless of manual unnecessary work, if the hospital had actually entered the digital age.Also, they promise answers with 12 hours. After 12 hours I called as I hadn’t received my results yet. When receiving the test result it actually states the result was ready 4.5hours earlier, they just hadn’t sent them. And the next day (after 24 hours) the ‘automated result was shared...Also, I’m not an expert, but where I’m from, heavy fans and AC is not allowed in testing tents as that can push the virus around, yet here you have heavy AC machines pushing in every direction, and you are sitting in that for appx 20-30 min

Very bad experience. Website offers covid tests while the test center is closed since several days. Nobody updates the website and every minute people arrive from far to then be turned away. Respecless and ignorant behavior which does not deserve this one star even.

Queue at outside is not organized at all!!!Today I visited there for Covid test and security guy told me to sit and wait. I waited around more than 15 minutes but I did not get consulting list paper although people who came later than me already got it.I complained to security and he told me rudely How do I know that you are waiting there? That line is for people who is waiting others. instead of saying sorry.I am also a physician and I have got several times of Covid test here, but I had never seen this kind of arrogant behavior in any clinic or hospital.I would not recommend this place before they learn how to respect and treat patients/clients.
