The working hours of this health center has been revised. Now the center closes at 7:00pm however you need to report at least by 6:30pm. The day I went the place was totally free and I completed the full process of Medical in less than 10 minutes. May be this was because I reported just before the closing around 6:20pm. This is a well arranged facility and the security team is giving proper guidance to the facility users. The center is less than 5 minutes walk from the Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and Metro Station. Parking is also available but not much. Overall a great experience.

Visited this morning for visa Medical, be there at 630 or 7 so you in the first batch to go. Once you are inside then it just take minutes for the whole process. If you are driving the parking is empty early morning next to it. Keep your expectations minimum its not like other centers where ppl will welcome you with a smile 😊. No token system, security is taking control, be good with them😄

I don’t know how this place got so many negative reviews. I had visited the place for my visa medical fitness test and I had a wonderful experience over there. People are really helpful and supportive. The whole system is controlled by security guards but I couldn’t find any flaws or misbehaviour from them.

No token system. Place are soooo hot, and there is no proper checking whether the person already took the vaccination or not. Mainly the blood collector is so hurry to finish the person after blood collection its was soo painful full. 😫 the XRAY part is very crazy and unprofessional they handle the person like prisoner, no respect no proper seating, no privacy dress changing room. He call the person he says go and remove the shirt and stand there then finish go, this his style. (No one wearing mask in the facility, the said to us to put on mask ) this is my personal experience. My personal advise if you are aged person dont go for medical test here.

My personal experience at the AlRefaa Health Ctr was superb. The whole process was smooth, takes about 25 minutes and all staff were very courteous and helpful. Thanks

Pathetic service. I visited the center while I change my residency under my husband to my company visa. Staffs were so rude and unprofessional. Long waiting time, no token system, no proper guidance. Can’t even compare to most of the DHA centers!! It’s my first time to visit such a bad place in Dubai!! They don’t earn one star . I am putting one star as I don’t have an option to enter the comment without selecting rating!!!

Hot tents! No queue numbers! One lady making drama on photo application that it need to be updated when other guy on reception accepted my old application after I updated it after waiting for hours!

Ramadan timing 8amto 1 pm and evening 8 pm to 11 pm . Big rush so come at 8 am or 8 pmRush is huge and staff is also limited . Be patient .People and not bothered about social distancing and they keep no distance at all . Here people don’t follow correctly the day I visited it was a complete chaos .

I visited the clinic for my medical. Clinic staff were professional, helpful and caring. I was guided through the procedure with a little wait. Because it is busy government clinic and everyone have to visit for their medical of visa applications. Now the good thing is that we can type our medical and visa application both here.

Just got early as possible reach by 6-30 am and your in the first 20 to go Inside / Gents better wear a t-shirt / dont wear chain or anything , ensure your typing form has a recent photograph starts at 8 am , will get done in an hour / should definitely start a token system. To those who come early 🙈

Some of the previous 1 star reviews of the Al Refaa Health Center (MOHAP) for medical fitness test had me worried as I prepared for my visit there this morning (30/12/2021).Only upon visiting the center did I realize that I had been nervous and worried for absolutely no reason. I am extremely impressed with the overall process and management in general at this center.It does appear daunting (visually) as you enter the premises due to the dated building structure and space, but the well spoken, efficient, and understanding security (largely from Africa) advise you, guide you (by even personally walking with you) to the correct counters.As you enter through the main gate you will see a huge white air-conditioned tent on your right with a queue of around 20 men waiting their turn to enter the tent. Ladies are not required to join this queue. Once you go through the queue and enter the tent you will see the reception desk for the waiting room/hall. The reception desk manned by security will provide you an actual system generated queue number. There is an AED 30.00 charge at this point for this queue and processing paper that will be issued to you. Best to keep exact change if possible, and I dont think they take credit cards.The next stage is for your number to be called so that they may draw the blood for the test. Thats it. So the whole process should take approximately an hour or two max depending on rush at the AED 30.00 charge.It took me exactly 11 minutes to complete the entire process as I chose to pay an additional AED 50.00 for the fast-track process. I had to request for it at the entrance of the big white tent and the security gents assisted me with the whole process and I did not have to join even one queue.Many thanks to MOHAP and Al Refaa Health Center.**The center should seriously consider the placement of prominent signanges, direction, and markers. Also a big signage with all the services and costs will make it an even more nicer experience for visitors.

Lost my swab sample for the pcr!!! No customer care to handle the problem. I had to visit the lab to check on it and had to redo the test! Was very disappointed. The price is the only positive.

The worst experience ever. I don’t wish to give even 1star to this medical center. If people come for a Covid test as they are sick they still have to sit outside in this hot weather and wait. My husband went for a test morning 9:30 and was sitting outside for the whole day just to give Covid test. People sit there with empty stomachs waiting for thier numbers to come and give a test. no proper sitting facility in this out weather. Why should we pay and sit the whole day for giving the test outside. Worst experience and no customer service from the employees no matter what. Very very bad service. No one in UAE deserves to go through this kind of a worst service ever.

Very nice experience...the staff are well co-operative and polite..understand the priority of people..sometime some mistake happened but not purposefully so forget about some mistakes and as they really helping people so pls respect and support and give chance to move forward..

Dont go here, the blood collection doctors are not good, seems no experience at all and very harsh, lady doctor hurt my wife and even she doesnt bother to talk and her complete attention was to talk with other doctor, she just put needle and turn inside to find nerve and we suffered with lot of pain.

If you come early in the morning the service is going to be amazing, try to have a good attitude inside and lower your expectations because allot of people come to do the some procedures that you are going to do, make sure to wear a mask and bring a water to hydrate, also don’t be afraid to ask questions if you’re doing your work visa cause the process can be a bit complicated, also make sure you don’t pay for things you don’t need inside cause that happened to me but they refunded me, the golden rule here is to arrive early the earlier the better, 6:30, 7 would be a good time

Its only place here for walk in customers with a low rate of 75 AED for a pcr test. (unless u need a Hard copy of your result which is 105 AED).But they only do a limited number of tests everyday, which is 150.Also you have to get the token by physically going there early morning for the same day test.After collecting token, then comes the payment, then comes the big waiting for getting tested.There is a big lag in the data entry section. They are too slow.A token here is just a pass to get in for the PCR test. It doesnt have an orderly number for first come first serve. So chances are high you will be called not in an orderly fashion even if you have reached to collect the token as early as 5 am.

I was there to done my medical . For the first time worst experience with this centre. No safety protocol in this pandemic time . Not well executed . Don’t prefer to anyone . Expecially we arranging the seating waste service ever I seem .

Yesterday (22.03.2021) I was waiting 02.00pm to 06.00pm for the medical examination. After getting token They took 04 hours for total process.And i observed that Estemarats Service LLC Staffs sending some company people (huge numbers ) without following cue system .

For what they charge 30 AED for entering the center for visa renewal medical??

This is the place where I work, here we give best of our service, we work like machines continuously and precisely with perfection.Recently, we have introduced fast track services for the medical through which an individual can get the pre visa medical result with in hours by paying minimum extra charges.

Very bad environment. Full of labor types bachelors for the medical tests. Waiting area under tent less AC vey horrible. Almost 3 hours waitlisted for 2 minutes of blood collection.

Unorganized Ill say because no token system, some people waited for hours , and some are getting the test just a minutes of arriving. There should be a token system. Other this that for getting of the swab test , its taking so much time for the nurse to do it , and unprofessional she is because on call while doing the test , and she took time rolling the stick left and right on my nose which is so painful. I have tried doing the test in seha, just a blink of getting the swab and I didnt feel pain.

Ok , seeing all the past reviews I was worried, went at 9 am for medical fitness for Saudi Arabia, security guard guided me to the typing center, token was given, 10 minutes wait, gave my details , paid fee, was then directed to pay medical fee, then directed for X-ray counter, then to blood collection, all in all out by 930 am

I should have checked the reviews here before choosing this as my medical app facility. 2 major reasons why it was a mistake:1) Process and due diligence issues.I just came back from rejection of medical. Reason? Because of my photo. I had a haircut after my photo was taken and today, I was wearing a headband so my shorter cut is noticeable. At first, the receiver and the guide said that my photo should be 3 days to 1 week old and insisted I had an old picture. I explained about my haircut and tied my hair and smiled like the picture but they still insisted I have to change it because its not the same. Also, because its already rejected in the system (meaning they cannot/will not reverse it). I checked the other applicants and found 1 who had a totally different hairstyle than the med application also and asked how come they are approved. I asked for a supervisor to check their process. The supervisor said it should be 1-2 months old (different already from the answers of the first 2 staff encountered). I told him I had it only done end of December and I can show proof of receipt from photo shop to show that my photo was recent. If they were insistent abt exact photo identification, shouldnt they have installed a same-day photo rule like when you get a passport? I had the opportune time of experiencing medical from Al Quoz end of December (not choosing this proved to be a mistake because service is not the same for all centres) and I finished within 30 minutes. My hair was cut also by then and the photo was the same.I lost my job and applied for spouse visa hence these activities. I have been following the governments guidelines but these reasons are very challenging to accept because they are just adding up to the unfairness of situations rather than helping. I wasnt asking for alms, I was paying where its due. I just hoped that the processors would have treated each applicant fairly.2) this is also a Covid-screening facilityNeedless to say, going in poses a risk. There were people around the facility coughing and whatnot so I dont want to be mean but I just find it weird that a medical testing facility for visa applications will also have the Covid screening in the same facility.

DHA Team...Thanks for the support you have given us always.But this time I was truly disappointed with the Al Refaa Health Center as they are charging AED 20 extra for standing in queue for medical fitness test. When asked why I was being charged for what service, very rude and no answer. In fact I had paid in full already for medical test i.e. AED 320/-DHA team can you please look into this matter as this very unfair and unlawful. Its not been updated on your website too for the additional charges.DHA Team this is very unprofessional...please advise the customer for what are you going to charge for as you pay VAT too.

First time using this center. i was in shock. very unorganized. during these times there is no social distancing at all and no one seems to care.says the center opens at 7.30 but someone showed up at attend the the waiting queue later.staff, security and doc arent very courteous. nurse asked when my last period was i said i cant do the xray coz i maybe pregnant she refused to do the medical asked me to come back.if you have a choice dont use this place

Its very fast service .normal in DHA medical center if we type normal application it will take 5 days. service still have to improve. specially u have to take latest photo or else they will return u back. u have to pay 20 aed service fees. staff not bad.there is VIP service also available.corona test available for 75 aed

I visit in 16feb 5pm for medical test report. The guy which is took my blood he didnt find my veins he just put without focus to find it .after he took blood my bandech become full blood and i still have pain on my hand .

COMPLETE CHAOSUnfortunately a friend told me to try it and I took my parents there for their Medical. There is no respect for Queue or for seniors, Rude staff, No social distancing, no system. I havent seen similar atitude since I moved to UAE.The lady in phlebotomy is inexperienced and panicked while collecting the blood (bleeding was everywhere) and start shouting to call her colleague for assistance.Very disappointed.

Extremely mismanaged at entrance. It seems the 2 staff at entrance are only interested in collecting AED.20 from applicants. No social distancing guideline, no que management, staff busy on their Mobile at entrance and anyone going inside without numbering system.Doesnt stand to standards of Dubai. Especially when its in Bur Dubai area and not at Al Quoz or Sonapur.

I went for a medical test. First time the nurse tried to take blood from my right arm and she could not get it as she missed the vein. She inserted the needle but the blood was not coming out. She apologised and she asked me to let her try in my left arm. She moved the needle in the vein while she was trying to get the blood, not only that I experienced a lot of pain, but after this procedure I experienced numbness in my fingers and my arm is now still painful and I have a huge bruise and trauma in my arm. The person who took the blood was for sure not experienced. I want to complain. I hope someone from the management will get in touch with me.

Had been dreading to meet this requirement due to COVID scare as I was going to expose mummy to so many people at the hospital.It is unbelievable experience... we were done with the whole process in less than 5 minutes with literally no contact with anyone.Security allowed us to take car inside the hospital, another security guard was there to assist with wheel chair, he took documents from us and we went to reception, quick scan of docs and straight to sample collection room.Got attended the minute existing patient finished. Gave sample and we were out of the place.Thank you team and Management of Al Refaa Health Center (MOHAP) for this experience and treatment to senior citizens.🇦🇪🇦🇪🙏🙏👏👏👏🇦🇪🇦🇪

Took a Swab test here, I experienced a confusion on what to do next after paying for swab test and it took me 3 hours before I finished for swab test but receiving the result is fast.

I would like to request the management to provide more professional staff. I visited around 6 pm and the System was not working , no reception staff and security guard keep on telling everyone to come tomorrow. At last one local staff requested to come tomorrow. If there is system overload it need to restored immediately not to delay it to next day. Disappointed with the service .
