Good service overallThe doctors and nurses Ive dealt with have been friendly. Havent had to face huge waiting time to meet the doctors, except at OBGYN ward (not all the time though). Its recommended that you reach at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment.Depending on time of the day, the pharmacy gets very crowded and it just takes a lot of time to get the medicines.

I have been visiting here since 2010. I think this is the only hospital which takes money upfront before even you go to consulting doctor. They are money keen. I remember my son treatment started with a 13k approval upfront before even moving to the room. Also they asked my wife to carry our sedated son in her arms to the radiology department in ground floor from the room. I had to stop and ask why no stretcher or bed provided for an unconscious child who was weighing around 13kg. They said the staff was not available. Still after ten years they are still charging you before you go to meet the doctor.

Another disaster day in this Hospital from my last visit and regardless of the follow-up call from the hospital and agreed that this will never happen again.I came to the 1st floor reception and seen customers are arguing with reception and security. Even there counters with free staff and they dont take anyone. But I have seen they do entertain the customer who came recentlyI dont think they will never learn or improve.If there is an option I can give less than one star or no star, I will give to this hospital. I have a very bad experience from this hospital. Only good service I had it from the Doctor.1. No covered parking for their customers and security lady is such rude and no manners to their customers. Parking is only for the doctors and not anyone else. Such a shame!!!2. Receptionists are pretending busy and poor communication and rude to their customers. I think they are concerned only about the money and not the service. This is the one hospital in my life takes the their money upfront and not giving any service. Such a shame!!!3. Insurance counter team also very busy and not willing to talk or look at who is standing in front of them.4. Another lady (Benazeer) who is sitting in the Lab, dont have time to even ask the person who is standing outside the door. Then I realized I need to take token to see her after myself moving around the area and figure it out. Why she dont cannot ask or say to the customer to take the ticket/token? Such a disaster customer service!!!Overall, these staff needs proper training how to handle the customers more efficiently rather than looking for their insurance and money.

Came yesterday for my appointment but ended up wasting my time. Didnt see the doctor because of the long queue and slow process. Spoke to total of 5 staff, mentioned to all of them the doctors name and time of appointment. 4 of them just said wait for my turn you will be assisted. The 5th and last said, why did you not go straight to the doctor, he left already. I was shocked and disappointed. I even said, will the doctor accommodate even if its late? And the replied dont worry).Its not my first time here so I know how busy the hospital is. But will opt for another hospital next time.

I had an appointment with dentist after a weeks time. When I visited the hospital after a long wait they asked me to fill registration form, in the meantime they will get approval from insurance company. After filling my form the reception lady is saying that approval will take time and I should follow up with my insurance company. I m surprised , I came to see the doctor and not to follow up with my insurance company .I was asking her roughly how long it takes with my insurance provider and she don’t have answer. Guys you work there and you should know all these and not the patients. Definitely not a worth to visit again. Note: Educate your receptionist properly especially the one in the first floor who takes care of dental reception. Worst service in my life time and that too in a hospital. Am shocked. People who don’t respect the patients.

Has a worst customer service relations manager in this branch!You are a customer service relations manager, you should know how to calm a patient instead she literally said to get the patient out of the hospital. FYI, it’s not the government who decides your prices/promotions, a group of companies has to have a unified pricing so do not reason out which Emirates you are located. And please always check the patient’s history for proper approach Ms Customer Service Relations Manager! I am personally not happy with your service.

Services very good in gynea dept, during admission i felt like iam at home , nurses are very friendly , food tasty , and want to appreciate Ms.Nour for her care and visiting us daily to make dure we are fine .

Hospital is very clean and well maintained, I have been visiting this hospital for consultation since past 5 yrs. The accounts team on mezzanine floor attitude is bad, also the customer service team & reception in gynaecologist dept. is below average. You need to train your team to behave and to treat the patient as its a hospital industry. They need to be more patient, polite & pleading which is lacking.

Very bad service. I book an appointment for my wife. When ever you call any hospital they will ask insurance or cash. If insurance which insurance. Is this to check if insurance is covering or no cover by this visitor will not waste it times they didnt asked me Anyway I booked appointment for dermatology and the dermatology reception is so unprofessional asking me to check with my insurance.The first time I called American hospital there so professional they did ask me which insurance before booking the appointment. I only visited because of doctor reviews were good. I will never visit this place I will also update my friends please do check before booking an appointment if your insurance is covering or no because there costumers service will never tell you so you pay cash.

I had undergone proper treatment for my wound as the doctor handled the situation very professionally and helped me recover. I am very satisfied with the care and cure at this hospital.

I was at the Zuekha hospital for my MRI to be done, I come from Fujairah. Yesterday while I was at the hospital I was asked to get my MRI Done with a list of blood tests. However, I didn’t want to get to my blood test because obviously the bill for MRI AND BLOOD TEST was of nearly aed 4000 (I had my insurance pay the 80 percent, I still had to pay 20 percent which was still so much) While I came to the hospital for my MRI, the radiology department asked me to get one of the blood test mandatorily done. No body in the hospital was helpful to me except for MONA, she was really helpful to me. I was shouting, she calmed me down. I asked the hospital to give my refund of money, but she tackled the situation with so much ease that I didn’t take the refund of the money back. She is the best customer service that the hospital have while now body wanted to help me.

Although i left visiting zulekha-shj due to the unprofessional, untrained & rude behavior of staff specially reception desk also giving priorities to people of their native place. I was visiting zulekha-dxb since 2019, but last week it proved me the same specially their ins dept who have no work experience, lack of training & no clue on providing service. They simply ask us to speak to our ins directly with no effort from them at all… utter shame… it is more of a business hub than hospital.

This hospital is lacking basic customer service. It has nice building but whats the pointbif you have no respect those your serving and treating them like a trush. We had appointment at 9:15 with Dermo Doctor walk to 1st floor to register as we have been told but was total disaster as those at the counter didnt care who was standing infront of them specaily the guy who was sitting number 4 was completely rude and careless. Hope you guys give training to your front line staff or bring ppl who are qualified such position. These ppl were total careless toward whom they are serving.

My visit to zulekha hospital Dubai, wow is it really a hospital or a hotel where a patient has to die if by mistakenly they have been to zulekha hospital. I tried reaching a manager after having the pathetic service from the reception and continued till the manager.Miss Fatima doesnt know the basic of customer service and she is the manager of customer service,behaved very badly with me and my friend who was in pain. I request the management to take the strick action against such kind of managers who play with patients and their emotions and make fun of it. Thank you for your worst service Im not gonna visit this hospital in my life again and will make sure none of my family members or Friends visit.

We normally go to Zulekha Hospital because the service and to get an appointment with specialist is so easy. The only thing that we found uncomfortable and unacceptable is that if you have insurance coverage they would give medication and Lab test for many items although it is not necessary. Medications for pharmacy they give for 3 months and some of them with nearly expiration. Before the doctor writes prescription we have to tell them to write only the most necessities for 3 months otherwise all the medications probably would be for 3 months.

Very bad hospital with worst follow up procedures. My wife had scanning done and other tests and none even bothered to call and tell about the results. Ultra sound report still not sent. Doctor didnt call to analyse the results. But we called them 100s of times and no nurse or doctor is caring enough to answer the queries about the results.

I was referred to zulekha by another doctor who was my oby/gyn. And she specifically referred me to Dr Jasbir oby/gyn. At first I never liked the idea because of the reviews I saw online. But decided to give it a try. Dr Jasbir was not just a doctor but a medical mother, she was so caring and listenings to all my complains and answered all my questions. Its a year now and I want to thank her and also to beautiful Dr Gemma who encouraged me and took the delivery . Dr Gemma you are a SUPER HERO! But the nurses are really inexperienced as they were using my body for practicals.. I had to scream at the nurses because I was in labour pain and without the doctors content, they tried to sweep my passage several times...My honest review!

Peadiatrician doctor Dheeraj is very unfriendly and very unprofessional. He didn’t helped me to give opinion on the blood test results for my kid and asked me to call the same pediatrician at midnight 11.30pm once she is on duty. I am clueless and need to wait while 10hrs until 1130pm that doctor back to duty. As per ZULEKHA policy duty doctor can give comments on the test results if the patients called for the follow up. But this guy refused and didn’t care about the kids and very unprofessional

Very good analysis by Dr. Shyam Babu (Neurology), he diagnosed and found my block in 3 days and with in 2 weeks they did the procedure (Carotid angioplasty and stenting) based on insurance approval and now an an well all the previous conditions and symptoms(loss of vision in one eye, numbness, headache , Giddiness, weakness are gone. Just after one day of procedure they discharged me based on the observation.Zulekha is one of the good hospital in Dubai, they are very structured in terms of most of the actions, procedures and processes.

I am glad to have gone to Zulekha Hospital Dubai and met Dr Sunita Ghike( Ob/ Gyn).After one pregnancy loss in 2018, I had been struggling to conceive for a while. Dr Sunita not only diagnosed the issue quickly, she put me on right treatment instead of rushing for IUI or IVF.I concieved in a couple of months and she took my case very carefully right from day 1. I had the right treatment and more importantly the right advice.She is extremely busy but is always approachable on whatsapp for any concerns.I delivered a healthy baby boy few weeks back and I owe much gratitude to Zulekha hospital and my doctor.Recommended for all women trying to conceive. Good luck!

5 stars for waiting!!It took 2 hours for one PCR test. That too in night.And more than that we were shifted from one floor to another floor and on each floor we got a new token number...Worst experience...

Specialized doctors with good attitude & experience, but unfortunately hospital is into making money only. In my case Insurance providers have been dealing with them a day prior to day care surgery centre & insurance was also approved 100%However when I came to hospital, I came to know that everything will be under out patient services with exclusion to all medicines required to perform desired procedure.Long story short, Zulekha had a name in one of the best hospitals 2-3 years back but now its getting worst at all.I would highly NOT recommend this hospital to anyone.Save your Money , Save your Time & visit some other hospital instead of this one!!

I had my neck surgery done from Zulekha Dubai, I must say all the doctors are very efficient and have positive attitude in handling patients. I would like to thank Dr. Shivaprakash for handling my surgery so well kudos to the team of doctors & their assistants. HOWEVER the billing department is really pathetic and slow and will make you go round and round for 1 single bill that you have to pay. To get a detailed bill is another headache from them, hence please clear about billing and the surgery amount first as later you will be just trying to reach them but in vain. I would really appreciate if the finance and billing improved in their service to patient as not every patient is having the money for whatever they are consulting or getting admitted for, it is everyones hard earned money and they have all the right to know what they are BILLED for. I would like to thank Mr. NAEM & Mr. BLESSON for helping me and sorting out my billing issue.

Great nursing staff. We have been serviced by 4 nurses so far and all are excellent in taking care of the patient and his needs. Right from the moment we had contacted Ms. Lamis (Co-Ordinator - referred by our Dr), she had been prompt and responsive in arranging the services on schedule and other related formalities. Thanks to Lamis and all nursing and support staff.

I want to thank Dr. Srikanth Varma Racherla (Specialized Orthopedician) who helped me in my tough times with my foot pain. He is very interactive and keen to understand our issues and suggested me in a right direction. His effective treatment and prescription helped me in reducing my pain.He is very approachable, explains us the treatment which needs to be taken and why it has to be taken. Dr. Srikanth Varma Racherla is an expert orthopaedic surgeon in Zulekha Hospital Dubai. My son recently got a severe injury in his finger and we consulted him for that. It was a complicated case and I must say that he handled it brilliantly explaining each procedure that he did on my sons finger. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality orthopaedic treatment.

I had been going to Zulekha hospital from so many years and i never had any problems before but what happened this time is un acceptable by any mean they have an eye doctor called Mahmoud yassin hejab this doctor is a shame on such organization as first of all he is very rude and he kept talking to me as if i am working for him with out even bothering him self to listen to my complaint its started two months ago when i had a problem in my eye and kept on insisting to make an operation for me to avoid repeating the same problem again so I accepted because I don’t want to suffer again from this problem and after two months it happened again and when i went to him he said its just allergy while i told him its the same issue and he gave me some medicine and i told him that i will be doing another surgery in 10 days so if there any problem we need to solve it immediately as i can not take medication like antibiotics or something strong and he said no need and not to worry the second day my eye got bigger so i went to him he even refused to see me saying that he is busy

Dr Rajan Maruthanayagam is a life saver and a true example of life saving doctor, he is so humble and down to earth and such a gem of a person. I am lucky to have met him and would refer all my close acquaintances to him. The amount of care and concern he shows to patients is remarkable. I called twice every week from last 2 weeks. Regarding vaccine 1st dose. They took name and contact details. And told us that they will call in next weak. But still the next weak hasnt come. I guess they themselves dont know what is happening. I hope its true that zulekha hospital dubai is giving vaccine to people on appointment. No followuos from them. Sad.

We have been in Dubai for the last 7 years and Zulekha Hospital has been our stop for all medical needs. Have been to various specialists across different disciplines and would like to write about Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Srikanth Verma Racherla today. I had two experiences with him. One with my daughter for her wrist fracture, which he had dealt with utmost care. Recently I had been suffering from severe pain in my toe which went undiagnosed after repeated tests and scans. I was referred to Dr. Srikanth after seeing few specialists. He studied my case thoroughly, concluded few things out of his experience and decided to operate on me, only to extract couple of tumours in a very weird and never before seen location. My nail had to be removed during the surgery. He did a cosmetic bit by placing the nail back on its place, to make way for the new nail to come out, which wouldnt have grown normally. I have recovered well after the surgery and am pain free now. Dr. Srikanth is very experienced, empathetic, all ears to a patients woes, clarifies all doubts and doesnt rush into taking decisions. In my case, his experience counted when the machines couldnt diagnose. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Srikanth!

Worse experience ever, lab people never picks up the call. Chashier and insurance staff donot know what they are doing. Charging extra from the patient even though the insurance approval clearly says the patient share.And nurses, how can i forget. They dont even understand english. They cant communicate or greet properly.Management really need to focus on the staff trainings and communication skills.. seriouslly..sometimes its so frustrating.My overall experince besides the doctor is the worse.i would never recomend this facility to anyone

We had met Dr.Sunita Gikhe for getting conceived in 2019. Dr. Sunita identified and diagnosed and suggested proper medication and got conceived in 2020. Throughout the pregnancy period we had very good experience with Dr. Sunita and guided us well . In May 2021 we are blessed with a baby boy. I strongly suggest Dr.Sunita Gikhe for gynaecology and Zulekha Hospital has all state to art facilities. Nurses are also very kind shown very good support during the delivery and recovery period.

I had my sinusitis and septo plasty surgery on Jan-14-2021 with Dr.Naveen Gupta..! I am so happy post surgery all my nasal problems are now recovered and i have not experienced any difficulties throughout the procedure. Doctoris very patient and cooperative.! From Dr Sunithas excellent treatment my high risk pregnancy went very smooth. Delivered a healthy baby girl on 29-04-2021. I immediately felt at ease. And the staff was always helpful and kind. Horrible service. My daughter took her maid to emergency. Security asked her to walk with maid to front entrance all the way at 45 deg ambient temperature. Why is it called emergency then? It took 2 hrs after getting into emergency for a doctor to attend.

I thought that since you are charging us with 60 aed for registration, the services will be outstanding. But then, to my disappointment even though I have tried to visit your hospital several times because it is near to my place and thought that not all departments or doctors or nurses or the radiologists are the same but still I have received only frustrations even more. This time around, I will never ever visit your hospital nor recommend your hospital to my friends, colleagues and all. You are the only hospital that I have ever visited that is charging for images even though we have already paid for the xrays and ultrasound. And to add even more, I have visited your hospital but none of the issues were resolved, all the prescribed medicines were only pain killers, am i going to get cured by the pain killers alone? Thats why never again.

This hospital has the worse and the most unprofessional staff, some of them are so rude. The waiting hours are crazy. Even when you approach customer care there is no action the feedback taken is just for casual formality. Wellness package is a business here where the hospital takes the money first and provides no help or guidance on how to go about the process. Extremely disappointing service.

Stay away from the wellness packages offered by the hospital its just a money making business. For the well women package they had offered both abdominal and pelvis scan, but after paying them for the package they refused the pelvis scan. We met the customer relations and they were extremely rude and offered no help. Never going to this hospital again.

The worst experience I encountered with Dr. Sahar Elsabky the pediatrician. We had no choice but to see her as the other doctors were busy. She was unprofessional and the way she spoke and behaved was shocking as a Dr.

1) Administration staff are really unprofessional. they dont know how to talk to Customers.2) The main issue is that they Change AED 60 for registration. and they are saying they are keeping our medical record thats why they charge. I think thats their responsibility and DHA rule. #DHAThen I called their PRO to check about their unnecessary charges, he dont have a proper answer for that, its our management rule we are keeping your data etc.Doctor was good, and that the reson we went there, there are So many other Hospitals better that Zulekha.To conclude: I will never recommend or go to @Zulekha Hospital anymore.

The worst service ever ,booked appointment and after reaching and waiting on reception for 20 minutes they told me that dr left , we asked for the manager he didn’t show at all , the receptionist called him 3 times and he refused to come and solve the issue , we went to his office he didn’t even show any interest in solving the issue .In addition there is No social distancing the hospital is crowded .

Dr. Venkat Ramanan Subramaniam is the best urologist. I successfully Underwent Cystoscopy for Kidney Stone Blockage . The doctor was very explanatory and caring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Worst customer service ever. I swear getting registered in the main reception is big challenge. Peak hours serving 1 staff and others are around useless and not ready to listen at all.Spoke to customer manager with no use.
