One of the old hospital in Dubai. I would suggest to go there if you don’t have insurance as they don’t write too much tests and unnecessary procedures. However they should have worked on their customer service, I think they can do better.

My mom was rushed to emergency room. But the 2 ladies in the reception area kept us waiting in the Triage room. My mom was in a wheelchair and had mild seizure attack. Then it was around 2:00 AM. We kept going back and forth to the insurance and reception area. It was tiring and not helpful at all.Dr Ahmad Maleki and Dr Sara Ahrari are the doctors who catered to our needs. And the team of nurses that took care and answered all my questions regarding my moms situation.Later on we need, Dr Asad Abdi, Specialist Neurology. He is so kind to explain everything, even the medicine. Then we met, Dr Mohammad Reza Tabari the ENT who cleaned my moms ear.My mom had a mild seizure and bad neck, ear and throat pain. Thanks to all the team of doctors, nurses and even the other staff. They could do better especially the reception ladies.

I used to go there from childhood with my parents and still visit there. A very good and trustable hospital. Their customer service have improved over the years. Affordable than the rest of the hospitals.

Terrible customer service and even worse doctors.Many people had recommended Iranian Hospital for its good and affordable services. Went there for the first time, the receptionist immediately charged me full price without asking if I had insurance (which I do). Although I got refunded the amount to my card once I clarified, I thought that this was bizarre.I wanted to get a blood profile screening done due to a few of my direct family members being affected by blood clot related illnesses. The doctor, Dr. Mohammad Boostani, Im sure must be a good doctor, however, did not have the empathy or patience to listen to my concerns. He mentioned that cannot do the tests based on imaginary assumptions. I was shocked at this and left. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund for the consultation but will never go back here again.Very unprofessional and shows a lack of care to the patient. Would not advise to go.

Im pregnant 8 month.I have been following here since the beginning as my insurance cover only here.Today I came I have contractions. They kept sending me here and there. If they need to give u injection. They have to send you to insurance to get it. So I had to leave my bed and walk to other building to get it from pharmacy. Instead of calling them to diliver it. Same for laboratory. And admission and all department. I was told by doctor not to move or do any activities. Atleast they could have provide a wheelchair but no thing from that happened plus peopol rude in the pharmacy and admission

Today I visited the hospital to do antibody blood tests for covid. Unfortunately laboratory dud not accept the request and asked me to go to general doctor to write for me the test request!!! I had to pay the GP Dr charge for that although Im not sick! Plus the Dr didnt look at my face and it took him less than a second to write in his system for the test. The test was fully charged although I have hospital card. I have a friend who came earlier did the test without visitng the doctor and went directly to lab. I also called the hospital the day before and the lady told me no need for Dr request. Such a terrible customer service and rude staff. Doesnt worth even 1 star. Not recommended at all.

Badly broke my arm and was taken very quickly. Nurses and surgeons are nice and comprehensive.Surgery (twice) was great and other doctors say the recovery was exceptional.Definitely recommend!

Been there couple of times. Had an emergency travel recently which required PCR test and went there to get the test. Surprisingly got my results in 6 hours. Laboratory staff behavior was very good and they were so responsive and prompt in getting things done. Overall had a very pleasant experience with laboratory.

Customer Service Worst Experience, I made my Covid-19 PCR Test here.Received text message that i tested negative.I did not receive any PDF Copy on Email.I called customer service about 5 times, only answer 1 time and told me to send them an email.I sent them an email but till now i did not receive any PDF Result. Expensive facilities as compare to other government hospitals environment is good staff is mostly from Iran ,More convenient for Farsi speaking communityPaid parking around there but some of their cheep options are available as like if you have medical papers you can park in side hospital parking otherwise Out side option.

I had a horrible experience today with insurance department and specifically Edna, who is giving wrong information regarding approvals and does not do her job at all. I spent one hour and 20 min till i get the answer from the reception from her call that it is rejected. I had to leave the hospital after all this time and kept calling my insurance as i am a regular client in Iranian poly clinic with the same doctor.Insurance confirmed that it was approved but the request was sent at 12.47 pm only when i was waiting since 11.50 am and this lady kept me waiting and saying the approval did not come. The second request was sent by her at 1.07 pm while reception was talking to her but insurance confirmed duplicate. I spent an hour to reach the hospital and another 1.20 minutes to receive assumption of Edna that it was rejected.I will never come back to Iranian Polyclinic. I am traveling tomorrow and could not receive my medication prescribed by the doctor because of one lady who is sending request after an hour to the insurance keep lying to the customer that she sent the request and it was rejected.

Very friendly staff but little slow online service! We did the covid test for our flight. Results should come within 24 hours and they were ready within this period (less then 20 hours). We asked the recepetion to send us the results. At the end we had to drive back to the hospital because we were a little but in a hurry. Anyway still a good hospital!

I was torn between the German and the Iranian but the latest was cheaper .My doctor was simply Amazing I love love love him he seems extremely knowledgeable and give me that peace of mind i so desperately need. The entire endoscopy team was fabulous so caring my anesthesiologist kept reassuring me. Why always waiting for no reason ?There is no other patient and two doctor available in paediatric (no patient inside the closed door) but still we waited 20 min. Pushed nurse 3 time but still ...You know this is in the no insurance period due to worse relationship between government and hospital, so barely customer is here, even like this they dare to make patient waiting for nothing ?????vWe came like more than 10 times , there are good part and bad part. Contact Lens Stuck In My Eye -One of the worst experiences I have had.I use hard contact lens daily and I remove it before I go to sleep. Today early morning at around 1 30 am, when I was trying to take it off, it got stuck in my left eye.I went to the Emergency to get that removed and here are the events that followed -Emergency reception - Told them what happened and told me to go to the reception inside.Inside Received - Told them what happened and they told me to go to the triage room.Triage Room - The lady checked my eye and bp and sent me to the cashier with the name of the doctor.Cashier - Gave my Emirates id and health insurance card and waited there to complete the registration and went back to the triage room.Triage room - She checked out my payment receipt and told me to wait outside. Waited for a while and finally took me to the doctor.Doctor - Checked out my eye and saw the lens stcuk in it, asked me if I have insurance and then sent me to the insurance department and waited there for a while. They sent me to the cashier.Cashier - Did some entry in the system and sent me back to the doctor.Doctor - Checked out the forms and sent me back to the reception.Reception - I show the paper and the lady at the reception is asking me what am I doing there, I was almost at the end of my line and was about to get angry but I held my composure. She checked out the paper and told me to wait and then took my signature and took me to the mild operation room. The doctor came a couple of minutes and removed the lens.Just remember that they made me go from one department to the other all the while I had my contact lens stuck in my eye. No value for the patient and feels like they are more worried about the insurance and money.I learned my lesson and I will not be visiting this hospital again.

We ran departments to departments just to be seen! If there is less than 1, that would be more accurate for the Customer Service. Absolutely NO Customer service and not client service oriented people.1.Not even 1 staff can give a clear information or guidance to a patient for an urgent procedure.2.Will ask the patient to come to schedule the procedure, will not even book the procedure online.3.Rude attitude of almost everyone who answers the call, because other, did not even bother to answer. Will lift the handset and put it back.No one is approachable. I took my 5 years old son to emergency as his breathing was not normal , it was early morning and the nurse suggest us to see the general doctor Dr.Arash hazegh jafari. While waiting my turn the person next me said pls check other doctor , He will make you upset with out moving from his chair , I said well as he is the only available let me check. I wish if I can put my experience in words while son heart was very high he simple said kids breathe this way all the time with out any hesitation and I was this is my son if every day breathing was like this why I need to be here even and he said I don’t know much so u can cancel ur ticket . How the 19 years experience doctor lack medical ethics even if he don’t have information what he’s doing . Um sure people who visit him will feel this experience.

I traveled quite often during the COVID times and Iranian hospital was of the only hospitals which delivered the PCR results early and urgently. Especial thanks to the COVID section/laboratory which answered my questions Kindly and professionally.I saw people who rudely speak to these hard working people and write bad reviews, without considering the fact that the Health Care Workers there try their best to guide thousands of people everyday. The Worst service ever Whether you have an appointment or not they are extremely slow and takes forever. Extremely slow staff and drs you wait at least 1 and a half hour for your turn if not more.

Iranian Hospital offers most medical services. They offer dermatological services, which I consider is very good. Their orthopaedic department is also good.Majority of the staff are friendly.The location is also very convenient. Its near a bus stop, places to buy food when confined. The parking needs to be improved, they should put covered parking area.

One of the worst hospital. They can literally harassed you and forced you to pay the money for which treatment you did not consent for. When you ask the doctor to stop treatment they just ignores you; doctors are very rude and all they know is about to make money.Stay away from this place.

I present this review on behalf of myself and my family as all of us have an extensive history (which spans for several years) with the Iranian Hospital in Dubai and speaking from our personal experience(s):All of the specialists that we have been admitted to and visited were professional doctors who took diligent care of us during examinations, which was quick and hassle-free. As for presenting the medical diagnosis and its respective treatment, we have never faced scenarios where a wrong diagnosis has been placed or given large quantities of medication.To solidify, the specialists that presented medication for treatment of our conditions ensured that it would not cause adverse side-effects or conflict with any other pre-existing health conditions.In addition to the above, upon arrival at the hospital it is usually easy to find parking spots and then be dispatched to either a GP consultation visit, laboratory or specialist. Moreover, the hospital itself is always clean and all of the staff that I have encountered were polite and understanding.

Insensitive and apathetic ob gyne and looks like she does not want to help my fiancé. Even though she has gone to 2 doctors and got the same advice and even the radiologist in this same hospital adviced the same as the 2 doctors from different hospital adviced but she gave different advice which is not convincing and screwed also report to insurance now my fiancé cant get approval anymore.

The hospital is ridiculous. I did a PCR test, they said they would send by sms but same as for many others they didn’t do that and instead expect you to go pick up the results. This is so irresponsible! At the same time when I did the test yesterday, everyone who was there to make a test stood next to each other super close. Even the chairs to wait for are not even half a meter apart. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This place doesn’t deserve to be able to conduct PCR tests if they are not responsible with the pandemic in the first place.

The nucleic acid and serum test at Iranian Hospital in Dubai is the best hospital in Dubai: first, the price is cheap, 249 dirhams, three projects can be done: PCR + IGM + IGG, although IGG embassy does not need it, but you can give yourself a reference! Second: The report is fast, usually within 12 hours, the report can be issued, and special circumstances can be dealt with specially. It is a good hospital that can help us solve our difficulties! Third: The service attitude is good. All the doctors, nurses and nurses greet each other with smiles, and answer all questions. You seem to have entered a hotel instead of a hospital. Especially Mr CENA, who is in charge of nucleic acid tests, helped five Chinese people. , So that they can get the embassy green code smoothly and return home smoothly! The Iranian hospital is a good hospital!

I visited Psychiatry Department in that hospital. There was only 1 information assistant and 18 people waiting. The assistant is only one and at the same time she is answering the phone. She is obviously can’t keep up the productive work because she is only herself. Please be smart, adding 1 additional assistant is not that much difficult for this kind of Hospital. I waited 55 minutes until my turn comes. All other customers were not happy at all, they were frequently asking someone to assist. (Saturday, Feb 6, 2021)

I have done CITY SCAN- MRI and X-RAY Process in Iranian hospital Several times. Their service were excellent and staffs were very polite and helpful.I was very comfortable in the machine and their charges has been reasonable price and much better than other hospital and clinics.I have really appreciate of all staff especially Dr. Samzadeh the manager of Radiology Department.I will use their service again and recommend to others also.

I went for my kid vaccine, Nurse order medicine from outside. now in my insurance its covered 50%. i am not sure why she order from outside even inside two medicine stores are there. if she have been ordered from inside medicine it should covered 100%. i loose due to this act 200 AED almost its fraud i dont know why she is doing this if no medicine call us another day but why make us in loss even though i clearly said i have submit for claims she told here invoice its same bla bla now i am in loss. never took medicine from outside.

The person on phone is so rude and doesn’t want to even answer my queries when i told him to talk politely why you are angry he said he answered already and disconnected phone on my face. Be prepared to first make a line to get paperwork and get a number, then wait your number to pay, that go to another line to handover that payment and paperwork and get another paper, with that paper you go to a small line to get the sample from your nose, it goes until your eye! And you are all set. In 24 hrs you go back and pick up the results, also another line. Come with patience!

The 4 stars is for Dr Ebrahim Vahedi, Zahra - Internal Medicine and SPECIALLY FOR Dr Ahrari, Sara - GPShe is very accommodating and friendly towards her patients, she listens to her patient and just loved her in general.This is the first time that I visited Iranian Hospital, although the process is painstakingly long, and the Laboratory Department people are a mess (where can you see a person in the registration suddenly gets up and close her counter without any notice and we are like 6 person in the que?) but the doctors definitely make up for the lapses of the admin staff

The worst experience of my life!!!!Reception staff dont know who Yous re even when you spent time in the emergency unit crying with pain. Then the nurse jabs you in the hand because she has no idea how to put a drip needles in, later she wispered loudly in her own langauges and walks away without apologising. They let me leave the hospital without my pain medicine. When you you call them they are half dead or sleeping or dont want to help you by playing games on the phone and transfering u to different people..they play with you are already unwell.

Very rude staff Laboratory counter: 1,2,3 on 5th september 2020, very unprofessional staff time 14:41, we paid for blood tests and they told us it will be ready in 2-4 days, we come in 7th day and they told us: what u want is not ready we will send now come after 6 more days. Not recommending special for women.After seating for 2h hours at hospital they told us : sorry we misplace your resutls they will give you now.

I’m giving 5 stars to Dr. Arian Abouk. Thank you doctor. I was so sick when i came to him. And dehydrated due to vomiting. When he assessed me, i said to myself I’m with the right doctor to consult.. And also 5 stars to the male Nurse at the injections areas. I never felt how he injected me... i dont know his name but his old,. But very gentle.. keep this employees in your facility.. Thank you.

I would like to thank sincerely Dr. Lily Assadipour for giving an exceptional healthcare all through out my hospital admission. She is an excellent physician in her field and will assure you that you will definitely understand everything about the procedure. I am grateful as well to all the staff nurses in OR and ObGyne ward for the hardwork,patience and support they render to us. Truly all of you are amazing.

Each time I go to this hospital I have to waste 3-4 hours just going from insurance to insurance to general doctors, here, there.... what is this poor sistem?? Basically until you see a doctor you can die! Never saw something like this in my life. I have no words, DISASTER!

Have been visiting this hospital for 4 consecutive months now for my monthly steriod injections in my head. My doctors, Dr. Abdur Rahman and Dr Heidary (Dermatologist) were amazing doctors. They were open minded, Calm and caring doctors. Specially to Dr. Heidary who is so kind and gentle to patients.

I recently had an ovarian cystectomy surgery done with Dr. Setoudeh at Iranian Hospital and was extremely happy with the service & procedure. Dr. Setoudeh was extremely helpful, supportive and trustworthy throughout the process. My surgery went very smoothly and I spent 1 night at the hospital where the staff were very attentive, kind and helpful as well! I was then released to go home the day after. Even after going home, I was in contact with Dr. Setoudeh and he was following up with me to see if I needed anything throughout my recovery. The hospital overall truly cares about all of their patients and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Please get a better receptionist. The response from the lady on this extension 0097143440250 does not do your standard justice.Horrible attitude!!

No emergency PCR test facility...sad

1. Came in on time for an appointment in the OB section. But my ticket says Walk-in. waited hours.2. OB sat with me for 3 minutes and done. sent me to tests i didnt know what for. didnt explain clearly what she has in her mind. just slurred through words and bye bye, LAZY3. At the radiology section. Radiologist and one doctor gossiped about another doctor the whole time. and talked about a problematic patient. THE WHOLE TIME.. NO WORK ETHICS AT ALL.4. HR should perhaps put these employees on training.

Worst hospital ever, they are still living in 60s, bad service, bad employees, bad doctors. Yesterday my wife visited the hospital and she faced the worst experience ever in dealing with doctor, employees can you imagine they checked her temperature using oral thermometer 🤒, plus She did the Covid-19 test and blood test but till the moment, we dont know the results, we are trying to call them but theres no any reply from them. So badddddd no recommended at all.👎👎👎👎👎

We came to the emergency room with 2nd degree burn and they didnt want to accept us, saying that they dont treat burns in Iranian hospital. When I asked them if we can at least consult any dermatologist, the lady on the reception said that dermatologist left already - and it was1 PM !!! How the doctor can leave in the middle of the day?! Unbelievable!! My brother was suffering from pain and they refused to provide any medical treatment or at least send some doctor to have a look on his severe burns.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I was amazed when I stepped into the hospital, it was as if there was no receptionist to assist. You need to walk up and down and ask around before someone that actually works there points you into the direction of a random reception desk or even assists you. They hardly direct you to the proper room, you just need to play find the treasure and hopefully you find whatever room it is for you to go to. There is no communication at all.Secondly the lady doing the PCR test, stucks the stick so far up your nose, you could swear she’s digging for mines because it hurts really bad and she doesn’t only do one nostril but she does both. I was told I would get my PCR results within 36 hours, via text or email and it has been more than 36 hours.I do not recommend this hospital for any check-up whatsoever, it was surely my mistake going here, since every other hospital had technical difficulties but I am still waiting on my results and I am disgusted by their customer service.
