I attended the Complete (Platinum) Medical Checkup at Medcare. The package was very comprehensive and the attention afforded to me by the doctors and nurses was superb. Praveen was my host and made the whole process extremely efficient and had a detailed schedule prepared for me before I arrived and guided me around the hospital to each of the doctors and technicians like clockwork. Dr. Jamil has been nothing short of an incredible human and a phenomenal Doctor. Beyond experienced and knowledgeable at what he does but moreso his care for his patients is like nothing I have ever experienced before in the medical field. From the moment I met him to this day I am incredibly amazed at how he works with his patients and myself included. Without mentioning my procedure, it was a large and invasive procedure that took 7 hours but he provided all the information, guidance, support and care that really gave me comfort and peace to be his patient. From the consultation, to the procedure and now post-op he is always there, attentive, caring and supportive and the best part is always responsive. By far the best Doctor around and would recommend him and his LOVELY nurse Neethu who is an absolute gem and sweetheart. She is AMAZING and so is Dr. Jamil.

I visited this hospital for the first time this week to do a surgery, and what surprises me that me and my friend did the same consultation and she did her operation before me, which costed her half of what they quoted me? same dr. same procedure, same tools? but because we have different insurances the hospital quoted double price for my insurance versus half for my friends insurance? i hope audit checks on this because clearly medcare is ripping off insurance

I only go to Medcare for two main doctors. Dr Emad and Dr Khaldoun. The two best doctors I have ever come across in my life even if you compare them with doctors in the US. They both go extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of and super talented.Especially I should also mention Reshma who is a super friendly nurse and takes good care of you. The admissions office needs improvement and they need to upgrade their documentation system.

Praveen was our coordinator and he is very professional. We did our full body checkup and the process was very smooth and it took approx 4hrs without much waiting time. All doctors are humble and the entire staff provides prompt responses.

I go to this hospital expecting them to help to which the doctor didnt she did X-ray and checked my heart then tells me book an appointment with chest and heart doctor at 9pm at night!!!!! Completely useless and she never gave me anything to help my breathing and chest pain. I went to Park View hospital and they helped me and gave me medicine so I can actually breath. If you want to pay AED 41 for a doctor they will not even prescribe anything for you go there! This is the last hospital I will ever go to Park View hospital has higher standards and procedures than this hospital.

In 20 minutes they took pcr test. Very fast and friendly here! But!!!! Lady didn’t give me in hands printed medical card! They made mistakes writing my email in a system! I called from 8 am to 2 pm next day asking to change email correct! And they didn’t do that. Saying yes yes we will do it urgently. And they didn’t! Online support is very bad. Assistant who writes down your information makes mistakes!I had to spend 100 more dirhams on a taxi to coma back because of this situation! Very bad!

The comprehensive health check was really great and very personalized especially with the communication with Mr. Praven who guided me all through the process. Have followed up for one report that was extremely urgent 100 times. No one sent an email. Every time I call, they say sorry we will escalate and report still doesn’t come. doctors casually using mobiles while patients are waiting. medcare is usually empty but staff so useless they can’t send an email for urgent matters???? Portal??? Lol portal is a joke never works.

All good so far. The rooms are hygienic and staff are friendly and prompt. Just one thing, it would be great to have more channels on the TV. :)Regards,Swapnil

My Daughter visited Medcare to have 4 teeth removed under general anaesthetic. The registration process was very easy and we were quickly taken to the day surgery ward. The nurses were brilliant and friendly. They made a scared 12 year old girl fell at ease. The surgery went well and the aftercare was exemplary. I cant recommend them enough
