This hospital has got the best doctors in Dubai. I have been here thrice (once for myself, once for my wife delivery and once for the surgery of my 20 month old son) for inpatient service. All the 3 times, felt blessed to be in the hands of such wonderful doctors. Having Skilled Nurses is a big asset for any hospital and NMC has many such admirable nurses. Not to leave behind the admin staff, ward boys, ward girls, housekeeping staff, everyone has a smile while attending the patient and this boosts us and give immense strength to recover soon. No matter where I will reside in UAE in the coming days, will be going only to his hospital for treatment. Without any second thought, highly recommended place for the international standard treatment at an affordable price for those who doesn’t have medical insurance.

Very bad experience if you go for follow up meeting. There are very few specialists who are good here but you cant get their time for follow up as its free of cost and the support staff behavior is horrible. They must be considerate enough to understand that follow up means the issue is not resolved and they need to work on that. This review is for opthalmology department. My swollen eyes have not beencured after gulping down 7 antibiotics and inmumerous ointment and eye drops.

DR SHASHI TIWARI, the best for abdominal surgeries. I am a mom of 02 kids with a week, fat abdomen and hernia. I approached this wonderful doc, who not only repaired my hernia , also did a beautiful tummy tuck. I have lost 10cm in my stomach and happy with my new look. my insurance doesnt cover the outpatient of this hospital. but i dont know , from the 01st consultation to all follow-ups after surgery, I didnt pay anything. Recovery is fast and better than my caesarian experience. I will surely recommend this DR to anyone with my condition. The care by the staff and the VIP room I got was just too good for me. I cannot thank enough this DR for doing this job so perfect!

Thank you for your cooperation and treatment of finger plastic surgery for my niece.It was severely damaged because the finger got stuck with the door. Very poor admin and contact center.They took advance payment from me for dental treatment and promise to return balance with in 15 days if approved from my insurance.My insurance approved with 10% co payment. But they didn’t give my balance. I have called them more than 15 times no response.. every time they are saying it will come by evening..Really very cheap attitude

When I went to the PCR test at the NMC hospital al nahdha, Dubai 11/9/21 Saturday day, the security staff and the reception staff told me that the way they treat the patients who come there is very expensive. This method hurts a man. The hospital is there as a business. The UAE government say maximum charge of PCR test 50 to 85 AED, but NMC hospital staff say you receive PCR result within 24 hours you can pay 120 to 150 aed. Its not hospital service , its business.

Went to NMC for corona test but they took around 3.5 hours. I agree they informed 2 to 3 hours but the problem is they didnt have clear display or anything for the token number. We dont known whos going and whats happening. In the meantime whoever comes as a friend of the manager or someone works there they will fast track the queue. When you shout then they make it fast. Way to improve, thye have a display for token number so whoever goes will see how many people waiting and they can make the decision. Also they should consider family line as a fast track as its hard from them wait that long. I know its cheaper than other hospitals but still its not they way to treat the people.

I would give 5 star if they do this one thing.The in patient rooms are gypsum partition so the sounds from nearby rooms are disturbing if they make more noise. Otherwise this hospital is by far the best I came across. Almost 10 to 15 nurses including cleaners would have come to our room for their duties and everyone was very prompt and kind and patient to us. Not even one single person showed angry face right from the entrance valet parking,duty nurses,securities ,doctors and everyone you can imagine working in hospital.Best best best !!!My baby girl was delivered here and I would suggest all of them to consult at NMC for best care.Thanks to NMCAnd keep doing this awesome work.

NMC is a good hospital for affordable money and better treatment from my experience. The doctors here are very much committed to help patients in the part of right diagnosis and prescribing exact medicines. Inside this hospital all facilities are there . Staff members are very cooperative.

Doctor sanjay is amazing, did a really good job on my surgery when i got a small cut in my face, still healing but after removing the stitches the scar is not really visible. So happy about it, Kind and professional. He really is an expert. nurse nisha, is also nice and helpful she will try to make you feel comfortable and safe.

NMC Dubai, hospital with best doctors, but worst nurses those who are busy in reception chit chatting and dont car about patients with or without appointments. And the Valet parking is the worst saying sir we are booked already with customers so you have to park in RTA parking. Then whats the point of taking appointment??.With appointment hospital says come 10 minutes early. Even if you reach 30 minute. Still they wont care about you.Sadly, good hospital, best doctors but the worst staff ( nursing, admin in reception, valet)

I am rating this from the nmc hospital itself.Even after appointment there is a huge delay in the time. The doctor is not on time and the service is bad.No corporation and poor management.I am extremely disappointed. I had to wait for 2 hours for the doctor to arrive and extra 1 hour for my turn.

We must truly thank NMC Speciality Hospital for taking really good care of our toddler when she was admitted to the hospital due to a severe stomach infection. Thanks to Dr. Kuldeep Dhariwal and the Nurses and for their timely treatments and impeccable service our daughter is now stable and recovering well. I underwent a total knee replacement surgery. Within 3 days I am able to walk without a walker. I am very happy with the result. Dr. Krishnadas Nair is a brilliant doctor. I am grateful to his work. I would recommend NMC to all my friends.

PCR testing process is extremely disappointing and slow. They don’t even do 2-3 tests per hour. We had to wait for hours holding on to the token numbers they provide. Only 4-5 numbers are called every one hour. Also there is so much documentations needed with multiple forms to fill

Very bad pharmacy system! They dont know how to communicate with insurance and the pharmacists attitude is very bad. Especially PHARMACIST JAISAL. I hope the hospital to see this rewiev and talk to him! I kept telling him excuse me while I am standing and carrying my sick child. Absolutely he was hearing me but he didnt answer even! Then after 5 times he answered by a looking like he wanna kill me why I am asking question!

We went to get a PCR test done for a friend who was travelling to the US. We met Mr.Ambadi there and told him about our concern. From the time we reached the hospital, he was with us throughout until we left the hospital. He even followed up with us to check if we received the PCR test result on time. Very supportive during these tough times. Will always recommend this hospital to everyone.

Unprofessional team with very bad customer care, i had been calling since a week to get an appointment with Dr. Ajit (Neuro), every time I was told hes on leave and the schedule is yet to open, please call again by the end of the month, and now today I called again and the reply I got is appointments are fully booked till 10th Sep. why dont you have simple list of callers and call them back, to make sure they are updated that the schedule is open and ask the patient when do you want your appointment, since the dr. is back and here is his schedule for the week. you guys are zero at customer service and Hospitality. customer care manager, call center manager shall be looking into whats going on there.

Thanks to NMC staff my best is feeling well after 15 days. He was admitted in one of the Sharjah hospital (dont wana name that hospital). He was discharged after 13 days from that hospital after having acute pancreatitis. Even after discharge he was having fever and upper abdominal pain. I rushed to NMC AL NAHDA DUBAI. They provided best care ❤ and best medical care.Due to unavailability of rooms he was given semi private room but that was also good and had all required facilities.Thankyou is a very small word to appreciate their dedication towards humanity and their work.Bless you all. My wife was taken for a surgery , emergency, Dr Sanjay Saraf - without appointment- allowed us , at around 12noon- he tried his level best to get the COVID urgent, but couldn’t, and spent almost whole day with us , finally agreed to do surgery next day morning at 5 am.From 12 till late night he was in hospital, along with his scheduled patients, still checking on our progress. Again next morning to come and do the procedure - it took almost 3 hours - SIR - a BIG Salute - it’s professionalism, passion, dedication?? NMC speciality hospital is one of the best hospital in Dubai. The Hospital is well equipped with modern technology. Waiting time is not too much comparing to other specialty hospital in the region. Doctors and Nurses are very cooperative. I visited NMC in September 2019 for my Upper endoscopy and the treatment was very supportive. Some of Staff from Reception are not really treating customers well but this not a major concern for a patient. I highly recommend this Hospital for every one who has Insurance card or Enough money for treatment because this Hospital is little bit Expensive comparing to other Hospital in region.

This was my second pregnancy under dr praveena saraf....she is excellent and does not stress out her patients during pregnancy...and most importantly she does not encourage a caesarean unless and until it is genuinely important....unlike other doctors who refuse to be patient and opt of a rushed c section delivery...would definitely recommend her if u want a smooth stress free pregnancy...next i would like to thank the entire maternity ward...sister leena,shanti,beena....MONA.....they were all so supportive....And lastly and most importantly...Dr Kishwer...thank you sooo much ...This is the staff i may hav forgotten some names...but on the whole the entire staff was amazingly supportive throughout the pregnancy and delivery...Next is unfortunately my child got jaundice and was in NICU FOR 3 days...the NICU doctor Rafique Memon was his treating doctor and was very patient with all our queries..made us feel comfortable as we had so many thoughts about our new born and how quickly could we take him home...also i would like to thank all the sisters at the NICU ...

Went to NMC speciality hospital for a knee replacement and they were fantastic.The doctor that performed the operation was Dr Krishnadas Nair and he was superb throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Nair and NMC speciality hospital. Well done.

Excellent Experience with Dr. Manohar Karabasappa Mamani Urology Department Done circumcision to my son its a great experienced and take care of him from the start until finished procedure done, a soft touch from the Dr and team and who encourage the young boys to be strong will lead them to be a young man now with courage😎!I highly recommended Dr Manohar and her assistant Ms Sarita in your young boys journeys!Well done!!!

Hi everyone, I was suffering from a hoarseness(dysphonia) from last 4months, when I came across doctor Sanjay Kewalramani who is specialized in ENT...He diagnosed me and advised me for micro laryngeal surgery to get rid of my Polip on my vocal chord.. After the surgery I took one week voice rest after adviced by doctor for my surprise I got my original voice back... I was overwhelmed when I met the doctor and he told I was completely healed and need not worry about my communication anymore...Thank you doctor for making my life easy.

Horrible staff, horrible service. Extremely disappointed. Their CSRs dont know how to speak politely and even the nurses and doctors treat you rudely.

Im here just to put a review and recommendation to my Doctor/Surgeon Dr. Krishnadas Nair. Ive got an accident and broke my left arm and Dr. Nair did a very good job in connecting my bones and to my recovery. I recovered fast. After 1 and a half month from my surgery, now i can do things on my own again (except for lifting heavy things). He is a good doctor and friendly as well. He will make you feel comfortable and not worry too much. Highly recommended orthopheodic doctor.

Very professional caring atmosphere with qualified doctors, my experience with Dr. Amit Nagpal and his staff sister Rekha is superb. Sister Rekha really caring and helpful during regular visits and at surgeries times.

My mother was admitted for 10 days due to Covid-19 infection. As she told me that nurses in Covid section was careless and when she asked for something they took too long to provide it or request more than ones in addition of that they provide one dinner at 7pm after that there is no snacks and stay most hungry for long periods of time and there some nurses are rude to elderly people due lack of understanding for elderly also when my mother discharged from the hospital none of the nurses helped her or at least to put her on wheelchair. Also I would like to thank staff who where nice to my mother and take care of her. but due to individuals attitudes I will not come or recommend to anyone to go to NMC Specialty Hospital .Thank youRegadsMubarak Al.Qubaisi

I really recommend this NMC Hospital. All staff are polite ,friendly and very helpful. I did my arms surgery last week and the doctor Krishnadas Nair did a great job ,his very professional and he explained everything you need to know about the process before and after surgery. even my wife like the hospital, shes now 4 months pregnant and we decided to deliver our second baby in this hospital. Keep it up NMC,.. :)

Worst call center support. They never pick or attend your call, need to wait for 1hour to get the call connected. No proper reply or response on time. I called the call center for my pcr result, being the report is ready they didnt send a message or mail. even after my call they didnt send the report.

Happy with doctors and supporting staff,But everytime pharmacy take very long time due to huge cues. They need to increase manpower to serve the patients faster.Its not covinient to sit in hospital and phamacy for long time for several reasons.Hope NMC will look into it soon.

Excellent Service !! I went for my PCR testing and it was done within minutes…Staff is friendly well coordinated and maintaining covid protocols.Highly recommended.

Two weeks back I happen visit the cardiology department of NMC Al Nahda. I was really satisfied with the kind of care and diagnosis done by Dr. Ala Elden and his team. Will have to take the name of his team especially sister Anita and Sheryl Lobo as the team was very supportive and cooperative. Waiting time at registration desk needs lot of improvement. In my many visits to NMC Ghusais hospital it takes about 10 - 12 minutes per person. With a queue of 5 person it is almost an hour at registration desk.Please increase staff or have another fast track system to register.

I had a covid test on Friday at 0900. I had to call them so they could send me the results after 24hrs;ended up rescheduling my flight. Good thing is the charges were low.

Good doctor advise and comfortable patient care

Thanks to Dr. Krishnadas Nair and nurse sarita for making my procedure so easy and relaxed. I visited here for my knees and after months of diagnosis and proper treatment i have taken the hyaluronic acid injection for the treatment. 👍👍

PCR test result delayed too much. I dont recommend to do your test there. Yes. It is cheaper price and cheape service. High risk not to get your test results in 24 hrs as promised.

My brother and I went for the PCR Test and the Laboratory was very accommodating and it was very quick too. I spent almost 10minutes only for the fill up and the swab. They were very fast to entertain patients. Special mention to Ms. Zinat for helping and accommodating us. 🙏🏻

NMC is a good hospital and I have visited many doctors who are very experienced and proficient in what they do. I generally tend to avoid negative reviews but we had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Kalpana Sengupta who is the paediatrist in NMC speciality Hospital. We had visited many paediatricians in the past and we have found them to be very gentle in handling the baby during examinations. But in our experience with Dr Kalpana, we found that the way she handle the baby was a bit harsh and without any gentleness. Our baby was just two months old and she was overturning the baby without giving a neck support whereas she could have asked us or even the nurse for additional support rather than handling the baby that way. The baby was in a very calm mood when we visited the doctor, but the baby was very disturbed by the way he was handled and started crying (the sort of cry when he’s in deep pain). The way she spoke with us was also not very courteous.I had tried to look for reviews of paediatricians before visiting this hospital, but I couldn’t find any reviews that could help me. I thought of leaving this review as this could prevent similar experiences for someone else when you bring your lovely baby here. Every parent would love to have their babies handled in a very gentle manner.We truly believe that regardless of the years of experience, it’s all about how you deliver the service and care to the patients. We hope that this review will be taken in a very positive sense and the necessary improvements would be made to improve the service delivery and care for patients, especially when it’s a baby Who could only cry back and can’t express his sadness in words.

I just want to share this experience with nmc. While i am writing this I am still in hospital and waiting for my turn I just want to let people know how great the customer service that Philipino lady in orthopedic One patient is too rude on her and did make a scene about some thing that I really dont know but how she handled it was really great she steyed calm all throughout the shouting scene. Only if all customer service is like this. Nmc really have done good training on their staff. I am hoping she would read this great good job

They just careless low quality.. i went for PCR for travel.. and i didnt get my result on time im trying to call but no answer on all phone no. . Once they answer they declare they mix my data with someone else but till now they didnt rectify this .. if i lose my flight i will complain them .. not recommended to deal with them .. maybe tomorrow they mix my lap results

This review is particular for the emergency room pharmacy service.My experience with the staff of NMC emergency was smooth until the pharmacyThey have a system to ring the bell for pharmacy assistance. There were no other patients waiting for assistance with meds except me. Rang the bell once, waited 10mins, rang the bell again waiting 5mins and then had to grab the nurses attention for some response from the pharmacist. Then he proceeds to say he will need insurance approval. That was 35mins ago. I am still waiting for the metlife insurance approval for my antibiotics for a chest infection and fever.With all due respect to the staff. The pharmacist attitude on duty at 1441H on the 11th july 2021 at alnahda branch and their approval process is extremely disappointing .I dont think any patient need to wait almost an hour for antibiotics assistance.

Went there for a Plastic Surgery for my Kid. Quick response. Doctors and nurses were very humble, friendly and caring. Especially DR. Sanjay Saraf. He is so nice and friendly. He did a great job. My kid liked him so much so that he made a gift for him as well.
