Had my LASIK surgery with Dr.Adel a week ago and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!No pain during it after surgery, and I could see very well within the same day and within one week I had my vision almost in perfect condition.I highly recommend doing it with Dr.Adel, he was quite patient and made sure all information are communicated to me ahead of time.

Bilel from Patient Services was very helpful in arranging for my surgical procedure and made sure everything went smooth. The nurses on all shifts too were great and helpful.

I got my lasik (femtolasik) done a few days ago from Dr.Adel Badr, the best doctor. He communicates clearly and makes the patient feel very comfortable, he is highly experienced and very smooth in his work. I didn’t feel a thing while he did my lasik.Highly recommend

Two stars only for the excellent doctors I have met and were human enough to listen, understand, and treat effectively. Otherwise, it’s a straight zero stars due to occurring incompetency and irresponsibility from various individuals starting from the reception not transferring phone calls to specific departments, to nurses not functioning responsibly enough and giving false tips on medications, to doctors just rushing the consultations and not explaining well, and going on-leave for a period of time without informing the patients. My last experience was with the Allergy and Immunology department - specifically doctor (K)’s clinic, in which I don’t want to step in there again nor recommend it to anyone. Pathetic and irresponsible and a waste.

Having a poor eyesight had been my struggle for years causing me headache, but thank God and thanks to Dr. Adel and her assistant nurse Vanessa for helping we get back my clear vision. I am exceedingly happy and grateful. The rest of the staff who in the hospital (Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib) were very nice too. They were so nice and accomodating. The eye lasik surgery was just so fast, no pain during the surgery. Most importantly, the cost was affordable. I can now finally say “goodbye” to my eyeglasses. The sweetest “goodbye” ever. ❤️

The doctor and the nurses are really very thankful, especially Dr. Adel, who made me start my life again with a good look and everything. Very great service, I went to doctor Adel Badr a few months back for the lasik consultation and he recommended that I wait until I was 20 to do the surgery, I just turned 20 and went to him again for the surgery. It was quick, easy, and painless. The doctor also knows knew how to handle any kind panic I went through during the surgery, very knowledgeable and listen clearly to your concerns! Very highly recommend!

First of all the doctor and nurses are so friendly and helpful with everything , I was truly satisfied before and after surgery and they make sure I was treated good and a special thanks to Dr. Adel for getting rid of my glasses for ever and checking up on me after surgery. Wonderful experience with HMGUAE. Dr. Adel Bader is a masterclass surgeon and gets it. From his excellent treatment and the incredible results that was provided to me during my eye surgery ( Femto Lasik ). Terribly managed place, they triple book patients. It is extremely busy, I mean packed hence no social distancing and the staff are extremely unprofessional and slow.

I called today at 1am and wanted to ask for my file number just in order to log into the app and get my prescription because the hospital doesnt give it on paper. They send you a message telling you that to go to their pharmacy and you need to wait an hour to get your medicines - I always end up getting my medicines from a different pharmacy out of my own money without the insurance just to avoid the crowding. Anyway, I called their number The lady who attended my call, her name is (A) , she was unprofessional, she even made the call on the speaker , I was not happy when she said I cant help you its better to call tomorrow to call the dermatologist - I told her why I call tomorrow I need my prescription only. Just give me my actual file number Afaf hang up the phone on me!!!!!What a bad experience.Its my right to get my prescription, I dont need to go up and down or even call or wait with my 6 month old baby just to get this stupid paper I should get it right away as soon as I leave the doctor office.(A) and her friend , you are totally unprofessional 2 ladies attending one call and talking at the same time?? I cant believe it. , you are not allowed to put me on the speaker where the privacy policy???!?!? You get paid, so you must work properly not making me suffer just think why will I call at 1am. ! I have a bad eczema and couldnt sleep that day, all I want is my prescription to get my meds.FYI, my husband went to the pharmacy at night and no one helped him because they couldnt get the prescription.Im not happy at all

I would like to thank Dr. Adel..he did my surgery which is the best place ever for Laisk to be honest i did my surgery last week and the result are very good i didn’t feel any pain. finally i can see clearly without glasses.

Dr Adel Badr exceeded our expectations. His care and attention before during and after the lasik procedure were extraordinary!He was very thorough and took his time to explain every little detail. During the lasik operation he made my son so comfortable and was guiding him step by step.The operation was smooth and successful and we are so happy with the results and with our doctor.I can’t wait for my daughter to do lasik as well and will only go to Dr Adel Badr for that !!

I recently had the Visumax Femto Lasik at Suliman Habib Hospital. It was performed by Dr. Adel Badr and the entire experience was more than I could have imagined. The nurses were really helpful the entire time, kind and accommodating. They were very thorough with the tests before the procedure. Dr. Adel was extremely professional and reassuring during the procedure. He explained everything to me in detail and the procedure was very quick, completely painless, and went exactly as he said it would. The service the doctor and nurses provided was great and I would definitely recommend anyone to come perform Lasik with them, or for any other ophthalmology concerns.

Some doctors are very goodHowever very crowded very poorly organised lack of patient follow-up and seems to be a place where their biggest interest is to generate the maximum amount of money rather than to help their patients.Poor communications with patience

Very bad customer service, came to my appointment 10 minutes early and they made me wait 40 minutes to get inside. The consultation took about 30 seconds to a minute And When i came out to pay there was no girl in reception and so they made me wait even more.

Poor patient services with extremely poor follow up and communication!!Even our case was escalated to their quality and complaints department without response!!

I went to their dermatologist to remove dark pigments from my knuckles and I met the doctor for consultation, I was explaining things to him he didn’t even listen, ended up getting a facial, they don’t care about you or what you want, they only go for stuffs that’ll save their time and make them a lot of money, they even forced me to pay for three sessions ahead, even the facial they gave me made my face worse, caused me a lot of breakage,

Two days to give me a copy of my cd for my xray I came back to collect still not available had to wait for more time. A better service is needed some patients are from abroad time is of essence and who’s paying for the Uber each time you need me to come here for administrative reasons ?!

The worst hospital ever, worst customer service is there is any!! Have been waiting for a call from them after the approval of my insurance to do the tests needed but no one even called or cared to check on us as PATIENTS, what do u guys think we visit you for a staycation, very unprofessional and careless, zero follow up and commercial and unfortunately they dont have a complaint section or someone responsible to listen to patients issues to get a solved!!! Wish there was zero star to rate it

Hospital management/ reception is very careless about the service they provide. Went in for gynecologist as my wife was pregnant. As it was first pregnancy we were unaware about the insurance benefit. They overcharged us with copayment of 20% for all the scans and tests they made. Later when i double checked with my insurance they informed us that we only had to pay 10% of consultation and nothing else as it was covered by insurance. Very sad and disappointed with the service as even after informing them they did not refund the money we paid extra and did nothing to help us regarding their mistake. Would bot recommend to anyone and not worth even a star.

Good doctors, this is the only bright side. Almost everything else is negative. Very inefficient process. Although you go on appointment, every time you have to wait long for everything; seeing the doctor, the pharmacy, etc. literally everything. Bottom line, if you are going there for good doctors, be prepared that your day will be eaten up!

Dr Fouad Al Barri is the best ENT doctor in town.

Unbelievable!I booked an appointment for 3:30pm few days in advance. Took leave from work and got there 30 min in advance to make sure Im being on time ! After one hour and a half of waiting I was informed the Dr. Has to leave ! When I asked I had an appointment and I was waiting the receptionist simply told me see another Dr. !!! So I left without seeing any Dr.This is unbelievable that hey have no respect for patients whatsoever !!!

If there is less than one star i would have given it, no punctuality, no patient respect, no professionality!

Level of Ethics and care about the patients from this Clinic, the Blood and Radiology testes were approved week ago from insurance and they don’t even bother to call back the patient for appointment, so patient has call the hospital and need to wait for 5 minutes till the receptionist answer then she put me on hold to transfer the call to the nurse, again it took them 3 minutes to came back saying that no one is answering!!!The receptionist on phone have no manners and the moment the patient steps out of the hospital they clinic will never care about his health and don’t bother even to call to inform about tests approvals and appointments.

The nurses were caring & helpful. The rest were confused & ignorant to be honest. Not as professional as it should be at handling of emergency to admission in to hospital & arranging insurance approval. So went to hospital next door emergency, for hassle free admission!

Dr Elias Rahall carried out my spinal fusion surgery 6 weeks ago. Prior to surgery I was in constant pain due to a compressed nerve. All the pain has gone away and Im back to work within a short time. Im extremely happy with the results of mySurgery. I cant thank him enough. The staff at the hospital were wonderful during my stay and follow up care. Id highly recommend Dr Rahall and this hospital.

Booked an appointment over the phone for clinic, when I reached 15 minutes before the time they told me that I have to go to emergency because my appointment in in emergency and not in clinic, had to wait their 45 minutes before seeing the doctor, and they let walk-in patients go before me, Doctor was careless, he just gave medicines without inspecting my child because he was afraid and crying. definitely its the worst hospital in Dubai.

Unfortunately, I have to give a minimum of 1 Star on Google Reviews, Otherwise it should be no stars at all.What an awful place, absolute nightmare when you have to deal with them in every single aspect, total disregard to the Patients time (why care about the patients time when you know the patient is already here and waiting and will most likely not leave), the most important thing is to pack the doctors schedules with appointments in order to milk every ounce of their day. If you book an appointment and think this will make your life easy when you get there, dont! Booking an appointment means absolutely nothing to this place as you could still easily wait for over 90 minutes beyond your appointment, and nobody will even bother to come and inform you that you will be with a doctor anytime soon, you could easily wait for another hour if you dont go to reception and pick up a fight, you might as well save yourself the hassle and go for a walk in because there is no such thing as an appointment and a clock at the hospital. I have been visiting every now and then for over 6 months for my 2.5 year old kid and not one time we could leave without fighting over something or another, and its is always related to how little they actually give a damn about any patient, as a patient. They will happily take your money or the insurances money though, that they do very well. what a waste as they have some really good doctors (and some who have attitude problems going through the roof).

When you call hospital landline the people in call center cannot hear your voice.I tried many times from my mobile and from other mobileseither phones need maintenance or those people acted they cannot hear

Dr. Mufeed Raoof Hamdi is a psychiatrist and psychologist and totally amazing at his job. Hes professional enough to not let an appointment go over its time and to not answer his phone DURING an appointment unless he asks first, which is way more than I can say for some other psychiatrists around here.

Dentist services is a disaster..They send you back and forth to others dentists.. I had 3 appointment with 3 different dentist for something they didnt manage to do a correct job... so disappointed.. dont go to souleyman for dentist job! I dont recommend at all

Visited the ENT doctor last week.. and he request to do MRI and need insurance approval ... the week passed by and still waiting... i kept calling the hospital and ask if they submit the forum to the insurance ..their reply we submited and as soon the insurance approves we will call you .... i called my insurance and they said that there is no file submitted for MRI from the hospital .... i am not sure do they want me to pay full amount of AED 2600 ???! .. or stop visiting this hospital ... ????

Very bad hospital in everything

Horrible horrible horrible.The worst experience ever, and possibly the worst hospital in Dubai. I called to book an appointment with ENT it took a week to give me an appointment, and when I went to the appointment ON TIME, it took 3 hours to see the doctor. Terrible patient relation assistance. Terrible nursing staff. Unprofessional reception staff and unacceptable waiting time. I advise against the use of this medical centre.

I had a very good experience during my delivery due to the excellent work and services of my doctor Basema al Jaber who showed me the dedication and kindness of the human be from my first month of my pregnancy till the delivery of my baby girl. The connection was built on trust, love honest . I ll recommend any woman during the wonderful pregnancy experience with doctor. Basema ll be unforgettable heaven journey.

The hospital has an excellent facility, doctor and with great location. However, i am giving the star to their pharmacy who has a very inefficient staff and slow process.During our stay, we were not the only ones who complained. The staff even laughed at the people complaining after they left. Very unprofessional.

The worst service I have , no one will answer you and the staff have no clue of any information.. dont recommend if you have serious issues as you stay half an hour just trying to reach the concern person in case they pickup the phone..

Dr. Sami Farhat did an operation on me. I am so BLESSED to have gone to him. He removed two hemorrhoids and he did such a good job that 2 hours later i was out of the hospital with zero pain. everyone was shocked on how good of a condition i was after the operation. This is a good clinic which has a mix of good doctors and less good as well. Parking is a challenge - mainly during rush hours.

4 th appointment in a row where doctor does not respect patient time and I was made to wait 30 mins before they decided to tell me that I had to wait even longer ... Doctor happily took his break when I can in and expected everyone to respect that but did not respect his patients valuable time .... this happens too often to excuse - and is easy to resolve if patients were valued

Very unprofessional!!! Terrible service! I’ve arrived for my appointment on time but over one hour later the doctor still wasn’t able to see me and I was given very little information on what was going on and why is it taking so long, in the end I just left.
