Physiotherapy department CSR assisted me from beginning of my session till end for my appointment. The therapist are very accommodating though they are always fully book for a week, they give me a call for availability and accommodated me. Thank you for the excellent service.

If you have fever due to any reasons, protect yourself and go to respiratory clinic at GF. Although there is no sign board highlight this policy in public areas of this hospital, If you go to outpatient clinics directly as per your appointment, there is a high chances that you will be kicked back to respiratory clinic no matter how long time you waited in outpatient clinic, just because you have to report “I had fever”.I had acute tonsils, repeatedly, and I visited ENT doctors here many times before pandemic and during pandemic. But today I can only get in touch with internal medicine doctor who is on duty in respiratory clinic and spent two hours before I start receiving any treatment. Anyhow, no offend to doctors who helped me today. But their work flow in appointment and reception is really very very bad, be patient if you decided to visit.

When I arrived in Dubai, I was diagnosed suffering from Pneumonia. I was under Dr Mohammad Samir Khalaf - Consultant Pulmonary Disease. I got excellent care from all the nurses and caring staff including Maricor who was new in her job and nothing was too much for her. Dr Khalaf informed me about my condition and treatment every step of way and he showed a lot of care and compassion. The physios were excellent in helping me with my exercises . I can recommend Saudi German Hospital to anyone who may need treatment.

Doctor:First of all, my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Muawia for such good care and experienced consultation. He is the best pediatrician I have seen so far. Very caring, humble and explains everything in detail.Admission review:The admission process took almost 3-4 hours in this emergency case.INSURANCE CLAIM:There was no insurance staff who can submit the claim during night time and I had to sign the paper to take responsibility for payment in case insurance doesnt accept the claim.So, be careful while admitting and ask for all insurance claims to be done in advance.Lab review:My son got admitted with less than 10k platelets and given medication, not platelets, some medicine via IV which doesnt increase platelets.After 2 days, platelets count increased to 170,000. This is not possible that in 2 days platelets count can be increased this much.So, I asked the lab director to get the next blood sample tested in outside lab as well to compare the results and also to avoid pricking twice my son but it is not allowed as per their policy. They couldnt provide the exact reason, so management should think to change policy in such exceptional cases.Staff:My 1 year old son got pricked 8 to 10 times and staff were able to withdraw blood only 3-4 times.So always ask for doctor or surgeon to withdraw the blood for small kid as staff isnt experienced for small babies and one of the nurse hands were shaking while inserting the needle.House keeping:3 days, nobody changed the bedsheet and pillow cover.

Saudi German Hospital has been my healthcare provider since 2015 and I can say that its the only hospital I would be going to whenever I need a professional care. I had my delivery in there and it was an amazing service with a 5 star facility services. The doctors are just the best, been treated like a family.The call centre is always helpful and go beyond expectations whenever its needed. I highly recommend this hospital.

I did my Lasik Surgery Procedure last 3rd of August 2021, Exactly a week ago, and I am perfectly fine now. I would highly recommend do it in Saudi German Hospital Dubai, Hospital is very clean and well maintained. and they have the Best Doctors and Staff, very informative before and after the procedure, super accommodating, professionalism and well experienced. I would like to commend Dr. Mohammad Hadi my Ophthalmologist for doing a great procedure and taking care of me, to Ma. Theresa Asuncion my very supportive Optometrist who always answers all my questions and lastly to very caring nurse Anifa Fernandes. You guys are the best!

We have been taking both our boys (7yr old and almost 4yr old) to Dr Zaheeruddin (now at Saudi German Hospital) since my eldest was a newborn and we have never had to look elsewhere. He has always welcomed our worries with a big smile and so much patience, at every visit. His many years of experience is evident during the diagnosis and in his calm demeanor. My younger son has acute asthma and the way Dr Zaheer responds to our SOS is always reassuring and reinstates the fact that we are in good hands. We highly recommend Dr Zaheer if you are looking for a kind, trustworthy, responsive and a reliable pediatrician for your kids!

I have been admitted after emergency. Adivcw: if you have to sleep here be warned that its Not comfy at all! I felt like I was in middle of a call center between all those beeps and rings... not possible to sleep peaceful.

Dr. Khaldoun Osman is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a neurosurgeon doctor. He was very caring! He explained everything so I could understand. He told me all my options and helped me with everything. He was amazing and his nurse was also amazing!Great customer service and professional staff members. Amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

Government ordered to have COVID test for 50AED! Why 150?! STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.

I saw many hospitals regarding Covid test, this is the worst and I regret that. I need the test for traveling and they said it will be sent to my email after 24 hours . Guess what, more than 2 days and only sent after I contacted them. In addition,the process for taking the sample is longer than surgery preparation . You have to fill application through scanning two codes and then you have to wait for long period even if there is only one and I do not know why . This is my first and my last visit to this hospital

First time to visit this hospital and most probable the last one. The receptionist couldn’t care less. They are slow, inefficient and have bad manners.Also there’s long waiting time although there are no patients waiting. My experience was that the nurse was not aware that I was waiting for the doctor! Then, doctor was asking me what kind of analysis and study I wanted to do. How can I know? I am not a doctor…

The facilities and services of the hospital are excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. The waiting time is less and they were keep on following up and were in touch for all the necessary procedures. I recommend the services of this hospital to all my friends and family thank you.

The hospital design is so good and nice. They have good doctors . I went twice for COVID test but it took me each time around 2 hours to get tested . Maybe it is due that they are cheapest in Dubai. They charge only 150 dhs through drive through and the hospital is well located in middle of dubai. You will get the result on the next day morning .Update: now it is taking between 30 to 40Minutes to get tested .

In patient services is terrible and the number they provided for patient relationship officer number no one picks it up.The time they take to discharge (even after the doctors approval) is just too much.They also try to add as many uneccery charges to make the increase the fee.

This hospital on 2021 deserve less that 1 star. Sadly the quality of all the services, (from emergency to in house patients) became very low. Is a shame!The staff, the treatment, the knowledge of the people, all is so bad that you must to avoid.Disappointed, frustrated, paying high prices for a terrible service.Not even the attitude of doctors, nurses, all careless, useless and unprofessional.Only the security team are nice 😔 and do properly they job.Is a shame this place now. I live in Dubai since 2012 and used previously this hospital many times. But now is a nightmare came here for any service.

Dr. Jency Samuel Johnson is by far the best pediatric dentist weve ever met. My two daughters had their teeth worked on with extraction and fillings and they have been comfortable and pain free. She makes sure that kids are comfortable first and foremost, gaining my kids trust.

I did PCR test today and to be frank, i was a little intimidated by comments before coming. When i arrive at 11am, there was 8-9 cars ahead of me. Whole process took half an hour approximately. Staff is well-trained and able to manage the process. I received the result in 12 hours(even thought it was the 1st day of eid). Kudos to entire team!It might be busier as they are located at center of Dubai. Besides, timing also makes great difference on crowd i assume. So try to be there at early times if you can.

I am rating it low because of multiple reasons.1. The Front end staff at reception is really annoying and they do not shaw any good gesture, they behave as if they are doing favour on you if they are attending you.2. Usually its much longer waiting period before you can be seen or attended by doctor3. Doctor are just okay and the challenge is about language. Not good English speaking Doctors.4. Pharmacy really troubles you. Just stay patient and you will surely be attacked at least in an hour time.Good luck friends. 🙂

Very bad handling. If you want a pcr test, you never go there on a normal day. There are dozens of people, and each test takes more than 25 minutes and there is no place to breathe in the narrow corridor. The worst service and worst treatment you will find there.

Excellent hospital and super caring doctor. I saw Dr Avakian for an intestinal issue and he was attentive and prescribed the right medication for my problem. The next day I was feeling better. Also the wait time was minimal for the doctor but longer for the pharmacy.

If youre planning to have a baby then Dr. SHARDA Ghosh is the best Gynac you can go to in Dubai!! And she always tries her level best to get your baby delivered naturally!!! She has helped mothers with C sec as well give natural births and that was one of the many reasons we went to her. We were trying to have a baby for 1.5 years but she helped us welcome our bundle of joy within 5 months of seeking active assistance for getting pregnant. My water broke at 38 weeks with no contractions but she gave me and my child all the guidance and time to come into this world naturally. Her vast knowledge, experience, calmness and positivity helped us welcome our healthy baby within 5 minutes of pushing!!!! Along with being the best doctor in her field she is an exceptional human being who guided us like an angel throughout out our journey. We thank Dr. SHARDA from the bottom of our heart and highly recommend her to all couples who wish to be blessed parents.

I am appalled by the service I have received or to the point the lack of service.My doctor has referred us for a Gastro emptying study. I have been trying to get through to speak to someone but the call centre is so dismissive that I don’t get anywhere. I have now been trying for weeks and don’t know what to do. Tried what’s app , calling , emailing. I have run out of ideas. Phones hve been put down . Chats closed because they can’t helpWhat is the point in what’s app when they tell you to call .My ill daughter said to me , just leave it if they can’t even be nice on the phone what will they be like in person.This was heart breaking to hear form my daughter.

Had my cyst (sebaceous cyst) removed last year with Dr Issam Hreirati - General Surgeon. Relieved after Dr explained the procedure very well and told me that this is nothing to worry about.The Dr andNurse were very professional in handling patients before and after the treatment. I wish i could give it a 0 star Main points for patients to focus on- First and foremost THEY are extremely hungry for MONEY, so Be extreme aware of what you are receiving in terms of medicines, treatment and bills. an example to that: days ago my son was admitted and although its clearly stated in their form if admission that the patient should be told if medicines are covered under insurance or not however my son received medicines without the parents having a clue if the medicine is not covered under insurance. (first scam)- Second APPOINTMENTS, im 100% sure that this hospital does not know the meaning of appointment, literally if you come early or late there is no difference at all, your will either wait or your session will simply get rescheduled (happened 2 times now)- Not saying all but some staff, ive never seen such rudeness of this way amongst all hospitals ive visited, so what happened basically my wife went to her appointment and asked for admission the staff kept telling lies in order to cancel the appointment, luckily another staff came in to tell us the true story behind cancelling the appointment however this rude staff kept talking in a foreign understandable language which from what i understand is (i told them bla bla bla and tell them nothing).- From my side, i would never give this hospital a visit ever again, not worth at all, + i would highly suggest patients visiting the hospital take what is written above into high concederation.

Doctors and service are very good.. the only thing that needs to improve is getting the medications from the hospital pharmacy… why patients cannot get directly his prescription from the doctor?? The patient should have his own option whether getting the medications from outside the hospital, instead if waiting long time to get them from the hospital pharmacy….

The best hospital where you can do your PCR test either Drive-thru or walk-in. They have Antibody/ Spike test. And one more they have Covid Vaccine as well🙂. You can do Self-Registration thru your smartphones so that you we will not touch anything, so that we cant spread the virus and we can protect ourselves. , What a Great Hospital!!! 👍 👍👍

PCR test drive thru took me around 2 hrs waiting time with cost of AED 150.Very bad experience because its not organized well like Seha test centers and more costly than Seha centers.

Had a pleasant experience with the drive through COVID test and the staff was very helpful. Spent approx 20min in and out on a Sunday morning.They are open 24 hours, so I will definitely use them in future.

Used to be one of the good hospitals in UAE.Recently they got really bad, under trained staff, wait time is too long, pharmacy queue is too long. Managing patients affairs is bad. I still go there. The only reason is they got good doctors. Honestly, this about to change, as I cant stand it anymore.========in response to the bad response from SGH: other wise this review is not valid and we request you to remove it - First, you shouldnt talk to a client like this! Your role is to improve SGH branding, not have people hate you. Its an average place when it comes to personal care. I would prefer smaller hospitals over such huge ones because you are just a small dot amongst 1000s of other patients.If I didnt have insurance, I would go broke in a month honestly. They are really expensive

The worst PCR test experience I could never ever imagine. I waited more than two hour for the sample to be taken, I already paid I cannot change my mind. The drive-through line is never moving. They next day they sent me a link to the result that’s not working and I had to go to the hospital medical reports section to collect the report myself!!!

It’s been 5 hours for Covid PCR test and we are still waiting. We was told the waiting was 1 hour. Spent our evening in the hospital. I do not recommend at all!

My daughter got sick so I took her to Saudi German. They took a nasal swab and it came back negative. Medicines were prescribed but condition worsened and she developed a cough. So took her back for a follow up 2 days later and the new doctor also took a swab of the nose and throat to test for virus / bacteria. I informed her that her colleague had done the same test 2 days ago and it was negative. So instead of retesting the doctor tells her assistant to discard the sample. Luckily I heard and insisted that she test since they already have the sample. Good I did, turns out my daughter has Strep A which is dangerous for an infant to have! Knowing how dangerous it is I would assume the treating doctor would get notified and call but she didnt. So I called the hospital to speak to her but she had left for the day so they gave me her number. I messaged her but she didnt reply. Then I had the hospital call her and she didnt pick up. The hospital said theyd have a senior nurse call me right away, and of course she never did either.

I had a further visit at SGH and I can only say I always enjoy the care and gentleness of the paramedic personnel and the professionalità of the medical staff.

Their covid test service is the worst on earth. One nurse and each car has to wait for 30 mins minimum. Never never do ur test there. The worst in the universe. I waited for 3 hours and had to coz I already paid.

Very baaad covid 19 service . Dont go for the test. You have to wait more than 2 hr .only one nurse doing the swap .very bad very bad management. Its better to close the tent instead keep people waiting for more than 2 hr for a piece of plastic.

I came 1:30pm for my 2pm appointment. The doctor was IN but failed to see me until i complained, i got inside at 2:50pm. I can understand if she’s out for emergency for help but she was just there inside! And when she see me, it only took 10mins and im done without giving me a smile on her face! (Given her attitude, i will not say any names but i am opt to see another OB or hospital)Also, everytime i call your customer number nobody answered, esp in the laboratory even if its morning , noon and afternoon. Poor service for such (i thought) a great hospital.

Absolutely fantastic experience walking in for a COVID test. When our original planned clinic (American Hospital media city clinic) was unexpectedly closed we chose this one as a backup in a panic, needing to get our test back fast for a flight. There were only 3 people in line ahead of us, we went in first thing in the morning, and they were clean and respectful and efficient. We got our results back via email that same night (within 24 hours guaranteed). I’m an American and I would even choose this hospital over the American Hospital Dubai in Healthcare City because the wait time there would have been 3+ hours just to get tested.

Never do the covid test there. Worset service ever. U have to wait for 3 hours or more. Each car needs around 30 mins to finish the test. Terrible Terrible service. Never again

Reaching out to your physician after a visit is a mission impossible. Despite calling the hospital and relevant nurse to connect you with the physician for more than 4 times still I weren’t successful.I am disappointed with the level of engagement and priority given to the patient

Always had wonderful experience. Doctors are very good and supportive . You can ask them all your questions and Staff is cordial to give assistance whenever needed. I been visiting Saudi German hospital past so many years. Becoz of past good experience I have confidence that I am in safehands and there’s no element of doubt or fear. Ive reached out to the hospital to file a report against a surgeon who not only made a simple surgery (bunionectomy)complicated but caused permanent damage to my foot. The doctor became very defensive towards the case and the hospital failed to answer to all my emails.This complication has brought me a lot of ongoing problems and I want to bring to attention that the doctor had not been transparent about the procedure. The hospital is also not taking any action on this.

I have been going to SGH for the past 6 years in UAE & 15 years in KSA and I unfortunately have to say it is getting worse by the minute. I went in with a slight fever and had an appointment with the ENT doctor (Dr. Adil) which I was even allowed to see due to my Fever which was 37.5 btw. Then the nurse just advised that I go to the ER instead. I went to the ER and again they took my temp., then the nurse in ER asked me why theyve sent me to ER as my temp. is not considered high. After waiting for around 40 mins, they took to the assessment room and the doctor came assessed me and said I needed injection due to my headache and high fever! Also I will need a thousand other tests, if all those tests are required to know exactly what I have then there is absolutely no need for a doctor in my opinion, it is like everyone in the hospital is pushing you to do all the tests possible. I clearly told the staff to Kindly check if it is covered in my insurance before giving me anything as in my humble opinion an injection was not that required. They assured me that everything is other than the PCR test, so I agreed to proceed as long as it is covered. Once I was done ( LITERALLY after 4 hours), I received the bill with : consultation fees from the ENT doctor, doctor fees for GP (ER), the injection, solution, the intravenous push initial drug and the secondary drug ( there was only one intravenous push not two!) and the sick leave. When I asked why am I being charged firstly for consultation twice, they did not have an answer. I had to show the bill that I already paid however did not get any consultation (took them around 30 mins to verify a very simple piece of information). Then I asked why am I being charged for the injection when they already said it is covered. They said they apologize they have not sent everything to the insurance at once so they did not know! And that the doctor had to give me the injection right away given my condition and very high fever (37.5)!!!!! And of course let us not forget the terrible terrible COVID arrangements. There is no social distancing what so ever. The halls are beyond crowded. Treating your patients as if theyre idiots is such a shame. We come to hospitals in our worst conditions to be taken care of in safe hands not to be taken advantage of to make profit out of us and the insurance. Those are not the core values of the Saudi German Hospital that I know!

Staff are very friendly and service was efficient, we seen a dermatologist and a pediatric and both were very satisfactory.Registration took time due to high queue. But overall experience was good.

Very bad, horrible experience at saudi GermanCustomer service, lab,reception every where not organized, no customers satisfactionI went to do lab test, the technician did it wrong can imagine that and sent to me wrong result even without explained to me that there was some mistake happened and they throw my blood collection in the garbage!!!After i realized the result was wrong i went to the lab, what they did only is to repeat the test with the same result of fasting from 2 weeks where is the professionality?? Not recommend this hospital to anyone be sure you will get very bad service and not honest result.

Hospital is like big city, however we booked for IVF and were given appointment with Dr. Lou. We did not require any other fertility services, we were really suprised that this service is still under process, Dr was very good, however please do not desinform patients regarding your services in order not to loose the time of people.

A third class arrangement for COVID test drive through, the staff on duty is quite confused to make que. Need lot of improvement to bring quality of service. Thus left the place without test. SGH Dubai must work on customer services in City like Dubai. 👍 better to go for DHA, Mediclinic or American Hospital.

Painfully long wait for new registration and horrible experience!!! People visit hospital because they are sick not because it is fun!!!My son was sick with fever cough and cold. We took appointment over the phone. At this point no information was given about self registration or where can we get the registration done! We reach on time and stand at the reception line for 20 mins. After this we were told to go to main lobby for registration, where the receptionist ask us to register ourself as they have long queue of patients waiting to be registered??!!Finally after 1 and half hours we got the registration done and ended up staying in hospital for 3 hours.Please improve your service and make the patients your priority rather than making a hard process that is causing extreme discomfort to your customers.Dont even get me started on the extremely long waiting queue at the pharmacy lasting for more than an hour.

By far the worst medical facility I have ever experienced, it is a wonder how they keep such a polished name of big player in the medical field while things from the inside are so rotten.I came in with my 2 years child through emergency, he had an eye infection after having an operation in other place few days back, he was in fever and the eye was discharging what we believed to be blood, our insurance provider covers us there, ADNIC, and I know their approvals are very fast, when they given excuses that the insurance approval may take time, I immediately deposited 5000 AED, still it has taken 3 hours for us to be checked in, with his temperature getting to an alarming degree.When he fell asleep finally they came to us at 12am saying they wanted to take him for CT scan , he will be given a sedative dosage so he doesnt move while performing the scan, have requested to consult an anesthesiologist as he was so fragile and weak at that point, not to mention he was under full anesthesia just 2 days ago for the operation, they argued that they cannot provide one despite having one on duty, after complaining they agreed, so we woke him up and took him down to the scanning room but the anesthesiologist was not there, they asked us to wait, one hour later while waiting on the chairs they came back and told us he couldn’t come but he will be there at 8 am, we returned to our room and were asked not to feed him until the ct scan is done, he woke up at 4:30 lam hungry and we kept him crying till it was 8 am but no one showed, we kept following up until 10am , only then they told us he is booked for 2pm and we are not to feed him until the scan is done, also told us they cannot provide anesthesiologist advice again, I called the CEO number posted in our room only then things started moving.The staff were dealing in a rough way with him every time they are to check his eye or to apply drops, there were bio hazards as the metal devise used to open his eye just kept laying on the room fridge and was used every time without being replaced or sterilized, it was changed only when we asked them to.One day before the discharge we were told the doctor will come at 8am for final check and to authorize the discharge, in the morning no one showed up, we kept following up until it was 10:30, the opthmoligist came in and said she will return back with his pediatrician at 12pm, 2:30 they showed up and said the discharge will be processed immediately, at 6pm we were still following up and we were told this is still going to take time, our son was exhausted and was eager to go home.Really horrible, wouldnt come back here even if I have to, people in the health care industry need to have a human touch and put their patients at the heart of all they do, we felt neglected and the staff often did not seem to know what they are doing.

The ease of use and service provided was second to none. I lost a filling from my tooth 4 weeks back, due to my job it was impossible to get seen until I reached Dubai again. A friend put me onto this hospital as he had previously used for similar issues. I now have had filling sorted and a full mouth service from the dentist. Highly recommended for any issues with teeth.

The sister who has done PCR was very polite and with smile which is missing nowadays from many Hospitals when we go there for PCR. Also the way she did swab collection in a way that comfortable. Really she is well trained and asset for you! Thanks

Thanks to everyone who helped me after giving birth to my baby.. So much thanks to the nurse who works in the nursery in the night shift .. My baby was crying at night, and I was very tired to a level that I cant even move my hand and press on the calling button, so she just heard my baby crying and she entered the room and took care of my baby until the morning. I was touched with such a kindness and service that exceeded my expectations.Thanks also to the nurse Elizabeth who were very patient despite tens of calls i used to send her.Special thanks to Shaima in the admission office, may Allah bless her always and protect her from all harms

Worst service ever starting from the moment you step in and go to the reception. I already heard alot of bad reviews from family and friends however I thought to give it a try. I actually did twice in Sharjah and Dubai and each is worse than the other. I didn’t even had the chance to get any info or help from the reception so I can’t imagine the doctors!PS: this includes the “emergency” as they treat everyone like there’s nothing urgent!I would never recommend to any one , so if you are a person who read reviews before you visit please don’t risk it not even 1%. Go to any other clinic/hospital or even a vet !

Excellent facilities with zero patient services and zero communication and feedback. Hospital system is out of order. Called chief executive officer and chief medical officer and no one replied. They just post their contact details just for a show
