Finest hospital experience in Dubai. Greeted by friendly receptionists, handled by friendly nurses, and expert doctors. I have personally been for several appointments and surgery. Other family members as well. I recommend Clemenceau Medical Center for the professional yet very empathic treatment that puts any patient at ease. Dr Kobbar is an outstanding pediatrician. Not only she has a sharp mind but she is amazing with kiddos. Cherry on the cake she speaks 3 languages : English, French and Arabic. I strongly recommended her.

Not a good experience in the emergency department.I came to the hospital with my daughter. She was sick. The lady who sits in the ER reception is just a secretary. we were waiting and waiting and nothing happened. I asked her 3 times on when we can go inside to see a doctor, she said that she called them inside and they still did not come back to her or if we are allowed to go inside.We waited for exactly 25 minutes and then left to American hospital.You CMC have to put a certified nurse to assess the cases. Also you have to respect patients. Bad quality people are dealing with us.I will never go back there

I don’t think I will be going to any other hospital in the mean time. Tried it twice and both were great experiences.The doctors are great and very caring, the service throughout the hospital is world-class and the facility itself is quiet and spacious making you feeling better already.

The support team “ nurses , operations and receptionist are very helpful and well trained also to be honest and fair with other Doctors we had an excellent service and experience with them “ Dr Toufic Eid specialist gynecologist Dr Antoun Ghanem specialist Dermatologist , Dr Hassan Adul Aziz consultant Ophthalmologist , Dr Grace Nehme Pediatrics and Dr Fouad Berri specialist ENT . We are confident with 5 stars rating.However we had an extremely bad experience with Adba Frangieh, my wife has a miss-carriage so she had to do curettage under the admission of Adba on 22/08/2021, supposedly everything went well and my wife discharged on the same day, we went back for check up on 4 September where we were surprised by Adba again that the womb is not fully cleaned , so Adba response was that she doesnt know why this happened and told my wife that she might need to do the curettage again , or she might take a medicine Cytotec which we cannot find it UAE , so we have to bring it from lebanon, and to do a cleaning in the clinic which my wife did and she was exposed to severe pain bodily and psychologically .We had the feeling that ADBA is not doing the proper thing to do ,so we took more than one doctor opinion and their response was clear that the curettage was not done properly from the first time and it is a doctor mistake, this a simple operation and the chance of error very minimal because usually they do ultra sound after the operation to check that everything was done properly and clean “ was this done???” I am not sure it was and in both cases it is huge mistake from a doctor with 25 years of experience ???? . Now my wife should do another curettage and to be exposed to anesthesia again , in addition to psychological effect she is suffering and the waste of time we are into now.

The worst medical center in Dubai. They care about their fancy piano and furniture more than their patients.First of all, on my first (and surely last) visit to this what-so-called a medical center; the doctor was an hour late and I was just waiting in the reception with literally nobody to talk to.The doctor arrived and she was rushing did not apologize for wasting my time.1. She prescribed a medicine that does not exist in the UAE and now with the insurance complication; it cannot be revised2. The prescription for other medication are still incorrect and the quantities do not match the dose which led the insurance to reject the claim3. I have called the call center over 10 times with literally nobody in charge to talk to. Their managers live in their ivory towers not knowing whats going on in their own floor.If you are really keen about your own and your loved ones health; go somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL-CONVERTED-A-HOSPITAL

Last aug 17, i have consulted Dr Basma, she was so professional and has thoroughly examined me. It was like i have been seen by a real doctor.The medical center called me the same day, to inform that they will send my lab reports by email, but i have not received any, i had to call the next day, and i was told that i dont have a registered email which was absurd since i have provided this from yesterdays phone call. I have provided my email and I was then reassured, but until 21st (4thday) i have not received my requested lab reports and i had to call back again and request for it.The call center operator and the concerned department, does not even apologise or sympathise for their mistake and shortcomings, they will just inform that they will send it and end the call.

Not even a star. I visited the hospital for a consultation 5 days ago. They did the tests and everything was okay. And then I waited and waited for them to call me and give me the results. And I was in so much pain. No body bothered to call me although the test results were out the same day of my visit. I had to call them on the second day evening to ask them about my tests. They were so lost. It is disappointing to see this kind of treatment from Clemanceau. I know they are very professional. This was my first and last visit.

PCR much delayed. Called them 4 times and sent email. Tried to called one of the officials they said will inform customer service to call me which never happened 34 hours to come out although I informed them I was in a hurry for travelling!!It is empty which was the reason why I used to go. They connected me twice to lab which kept ringing with no reply!!

Went to ER for ear infection only to see the ER doctor pulling his mask down when talking to me and checking my ear while breathing in my face. He also pulled my mask down to check on my sinus while his mask was down. I was frozen and took me some time to ask him to put his mask up, he got offended and walked away. Im assuming this wasnt a one time incident, it doesnt seem the hospital is enforcing any safety standards. That negligence and lack of professionalism is not acceptable anywhere and definitely not in a hospital

Went there for a routine check up and blood work. Efficient check in. Thorough doctors. Got my results in less than a day and the dr called me personally to give the results and discuss.

1- Dr. Elias Abi Khalil combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss, especially that I was new in Dubai and approaching my due date!Dr. Abi Khalil went beyond the duty call and made sure to followup with me in order to have a safe delivery (before being administered to hospital, during labor & delivery, and post delivery). It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient with outstanding quality of medical care.I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the whole medical staff that took care of me, especially Sheri and Afshan who did not leave me not a single moment while I was having my contractions. They offered me their care, support, and affection with dedication and devotion by standing the whole night and massaging me while I was in pain.Dr. Abi Khalil and the medical staff are super friendly and thoughtful. I can not speak more highly of them!2- I would like to express my gratitude, appreciation, and admiration to a very professional and dedicated Dr. that works with passion, efficiency, and devotion. Dr. Olfa Koobar goes beyond the limits, and she is ready to answer at anytime whether it is day or night. She always provides me with assurance, especially that I am a new mother. Her caring attitude towards her patients leaves me speechless. For example, she makes sure to follow up with my child and check on him if he is sick even if it is late at night. I am very lucky that we have met her during my delivery day at CMC, and that she is the pediatrician of my child.

Just did my first mandatory PCR for teachers. PCR TESTS ARE IN THE EMERGENCY AREA. The staff was so friendly, from everyone at reception to the nurses who did the swab. The nurses were so gentle. Cost was AED 150.Results withing 24 hours via email.

Very bad experience with this hospital starting from their hotline number you spend 30 minutes on the phone to answer, till the exit time from the hospital, We spent 1 night they are not professional at all, nurses don’t follow up with their patients if you asked something they don’t get Back to you, even they forgot to put the serum back to my wife after going to the toilet, I don’t recommend at all.

This will probably be the longest review someone wrote here before but I would really like to share my experience at CMC and with the best Gynaecologist in town Dr. Elias Abi Khalil!After visiting several doctors in Dubai I was finally checked by Dr. Abi Khalil and felt safe to do my endometriosis surgery in Dubai.Dr. Abi Khalil unlike all others in Dubai took his time with me to explain to me everything about endometriosis , the surgery procedure and all other relevant information.He was reachable before and after the surgery . I didn’t even need to call him he was checking on me every few hours. When discharged, the next morning He checked how was I feeling. His experience , ethics, follow up and passion to what he does made me trust him blindly ! I highly recommend him!I want to also take a moment to tell you about the service. To be honest before checking in I read few bad reviews about the hospital and it is fair to say that my experience was nothing like that! Nurses Rania Asaad and Melissa took care of me all day long and Melissa literally spent the whole night in my room helping me . She even walked with me in the hall at 3AM as walking is recommended after the surgery. Extremely professional , friendly and nice nurses!Thank you CMC team!

The worst staff ever!

This was my worst experience in UAE regarding healthcare facilities they left us standing outside the hospital until they finished the Regesteration then they led us to a room and told us to wait for the nurse maybe for another 20 minutes. Really very poor service. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Dr Fouad Al Barri is the best ENT doctor in CMC. He is a very caring professional doctor and attentive listener.

Had an appointment with Dr. Rola Ali Hassan, an amazing Doctor the care and attention i received from her was brilliant.

The Medical Center parking charges you 20 AED to park your own car in their parking lot. I feel if you are paying a doctor already to be seen why should you pay an additional amount to use the parking.

We came here to pass PCR test, and office was closed! But we called office in advance and they says that it is working....

Came for a simple flue and basic meds. Waited one hour at pharmacy cause system mistake , Was asked to pay the prescribed medicine and than he will call me to give me money backAbsolutely dreadful experience and hats off to Mr.Yassin whom I owe my gratitude for not coming to this hospital again.

You have invited customers for hospital tour, we went there and no one said at least how can we help you, we wasted 1 hour at your reception, waiting for someone to come and introduce your hospital to us, it’s really a shame, your staff eating laughing and looking to us!This was really shame and bad experience, for sure we’ll never ever visit such a hospital with a zero customer service experience!!
