Staff and doctors were very helpful and shown professionalism in their field of work and assisting on every step. Dr. Benazir Ansari specialist Ophthalmologist performed my eye cataract surgery in extremely professional manner. I highly recommend Dr Benazir Ansari and Aster Hospital and Day Surgery Center..

I can’t tell how the doctors are because of how bad the Administrative staff are. Had an appointment but was delayed at the reception entrance by their staff just idling (3 people are at the desk but only 1 is working on processing). That in turn made me late for my appointment and they started letting other people with later appointments inside.When I pointed this out and I challenged them about the reception making me late, they promised to help me it but kept they pushing me further back in the line. In the end, after 1.5 hours of waiting, I left.I will give my patronage to other hospitals.

Procedure to see a Doctor and leave:1. See the reception and wait2. See the nursing station and wait again3. They check your blood pressure and height and weight which should be connected to their systems from Aster Clinics but theyll waste time doing that anyway4. You wait again to see the doctor5. Once you see the doctor --- she is great- listened and answered everything appropriately but has too many back to back appointments it seems.6. The nursing station receptionist doesnt really know how to communicate in English --- you ask her a question and she gives you a different answer. (You wait again for insurance approval and when the nurse was asked approximately how much time she was answering something totally different.7. To get a blood test done that was given to you by the hospital requires you to come back to the main reception again- collect some paper then head to the MAIN hospital which apparently Im supposed to know which one it is.8. Your prescription from Nurses desk cannot be taken to another hospital, it has to be taken to the pharmacy in the hospital itself. If you want to take it somewhere else you have to waste more time going to the pharmacy anyway and getting a prescription slip or something.I took time off from work to quickly see the doctor and this was unacceptable. My appointment was for 1045 and Aster the customer service CLEARLY told me as long as I make it by 11 it is perfectly fine. And I was there at exactly 11.This is the most absurd system Ive seen --- how complicated can it be to just see a doctor and leave?? Ridiculous.

Dr. Rohini and her nurse Simran are a fantastic team. I have been treated with the utmost of care and professionalism. I highly recommend this team if you have any dermatological issues. Dr. Rohini takes the time to listen to you; those are hard find. Take care when you choose a dermatologist in Dubai - believe me, I have experience.

I was searching for a dermatologist who would do a certain procedure adviced by my gynaec but couldnt find one who was willing to do it on a 9months pregnant woman.And I finally contacted aster day surgery centre where Ms. Srividya coordinated my visit with the centre and addressed all my doubts before my visit. I got the procedure done with specialist dermatologist, Dr. Moutusi Audh and her Nurse Simran.Dr. Moutusi is a very welcoming person and made me feel comfortable instantly. She clearly explained all the treatment options and suggested the best one for me as I was heavily pregnant and didnt have insurance.Both the doctor and the nurse treated me with utmost care and they made sure the procedure itself was completely painless for me.I am really glad I found this team to get my procedure done and would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Hello.I had a horrible and embarrassing issue with both my feet. I had somehow gotten warts - big and multiple ones . And, Dr. Rohini Mathias saved me and now my feet are pretty again.We had 5 appointments. I was given a tailored treatment starting with medications and then finally the cryo therapy.Dr. Rohini and Simran were both very patient and helpful during the whole process.Highly recommend to book an appointment with Dr. Rohini and her team in case of any dermatology related issue!

Worst service and worst, rude doctors

I went to visit Dr.Rohini with my niece for her skin issues. I will recommend all that Dr. Rohini is the best dermatologist. And her nurse Simran is such a Angel, she is always smiling and bringing smiles on patients faces. I never saw any nurse in Aster like her, working with too much passion. .On the other hand I am very disappointed with the reception people , they are very rude. Especially the boy and girl doing registration. Both are so arrogant......👎👎👎👎

Would highly recommend Dr. Rohini due to her vast knowledge in this field. Thanks to nurse Simran for helping and appreciate her effeciency however if you are visiting make sure you get an appointment otherwise you might end up waiting for 2-3 hours. No priority for elders or those with kids if you are without an appointment.

I have undergone cataract eye surgery at Aster Day surgery center, the overall experience was very good, right from the reception staff warm welcome, nursing staffs comforting approach, anesthetist Dr Mahesh, surgeon Dr. Vikram each member of the team made me feel at home. No one is happy visiting Doctors and Hospitals but assure you that you will get best service in this Aster unit. Had a very positive feedback about Dr. Rohini ( Skin specialist) and Simran, her Nurse. Dr. Rohini was very patient listening to my wifes problem and Kudos to Simran for all the follow ups with Insurance company, with my wife for her health and to coordinate with Lab in Aster hospital..I wish all the best to Simran.
