I was suffering through chronic lower back pain, and was taking Physiotherapy for good 10 months. I tried everything possible to avoid surgery (which clearly was not the best decision)It was then that I was referred to Dr. Sebouh Kassis, Specialist – Neurosurgeon at Emirates Hospital, Jumeriah. From my first consultation, I was completely satisfied for being in safe hands.I opted for minimally invasive spinal surgery. The admin, the staff (including the nurses Robin and Meenu) were amazing, the hospital’s facilities and all procedures were timely, hassle-free, and flawless. I felt at home.I am recovering extremely well under the instructions of Dr. Sebouh Kassis, and I am thankful to him for his support and guidance on every level possible.

Did an appointment for skin tags removal. From the reception area and the assisting nurse Leonila was very accommodating and helpful. Also. Dr. Manal Abdelghany did a wonderful job. My Emirates Hospital experience is always excellent. It starts from booking an appointment and I am always greeted by friendly helpful call center staff. The care starts right from this point. My time requests for appointments are always accommodated which is necessary in my very busy work life. Appointments are immediately confirmed via text and the day before I get a friendly gentle reminder. It’s the people on the other end of these calls that make this hospital exceptional. Even the security staff and receptionists make the effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome on arrival elevating any anxieties you may have.I have known this hospital go from strength to strength over the years and as I have said it’s the doctors, nurses and support staff that make this hospital excel above others.I have received exceptional care over a number of years from Dr Roger Batrouni (Specialist General Surgeon) and nurse Natalia. I have just recently started going to Emirates Hospital Jumeirah, and the service was amazing. The staff is kind and very helpful, but specifically one lady I have to mention Alaa Saad in the pharmacy who went above and beyond to assist me. She showed genuine concern and put in her greatest efforts to ensure that I got my prescribed medication on insurance because I had not been covered when I deserved to be. We need more people like her to assist those of us who are not familiar on what our insurance covers and to insist on helping when it should be. Thank you so much for your care

Today I went to the emergency at Emirates Hospital as I had a nerve inflammation in my hand due to muscle spasm.As I entered the hospital, I was immediately assisted from one of the nurses and they managed to get me an appointment with a doctor within minutes.The doctor booked an X-Ray appointment, then I went back to him after as the results came out immediately.He gave me a prescription which I got from the pharmacy in the Hospital itself.This whole process took me around 30 minutes which I found very efficient.Highly recommended hospital for their service and professionalism.

I went for my covid 19 vaccination. I was surprised at how quick the service was as booking from another facility is difficult.. from making appointment thru the call center... Kudos to Jay for the kind assistance and for booking me at the earliest availability. I was late for my appointment but thanks to Ms. Frances I was able to get my vaccine done. He is the reason i came to Emirates Hospital.He has a wonderful nurse, Robin Mendonca. Always ready to help, he welcomes you with a smile anytime you visit the hospital and sort you out . He also checks on your welfare afterwards.They have wonderful staffs at Emirates hospital. To mention a couple of names, Jaiye and Rita are superb. Loving and caring.

I’ve had and amazing experience here, throughout my pregnancy journey and felt so well looked after during my delivery and maternity care, Id like to say a huge thank you to Dr Siham Bouazza who is an amazing doctor and took care of me throughout my pregnancy, at every appointment she made me feel so relaxed and reassured, such a kind and caring doctor who really does love what she does and her all her patients.I feel very lucky to have found her. Thank you also to all the staff in the maternity unit. Midwife Khawla was amazing and took great care of me right up until the birth And Dr Jelena who along side Dr Siham helped to deliver my baby safely, and a huge thanks to the nurses and nursery staff who are so helpful and attentive, and since then we have been seeing Dr Gamil who is our babys pediatrician who has been fantastic on our visits, extremely helpful and reassuring. couldn’t ask for more, would highly recommend Emirates hospital definitely 5 stars

My husband & i had apprehension about surgery but dr answered all our queries very well. I am glad we got the surgery done & am getting better. My left hand is already functional with sensatio

By the time I got my sample taken, there are many places in the world that would have handed me the report already.Extremely inefficient place. They said they would email me my report, which they did not. I contacted and no response and eventually I had to come to get my reports.

My experience with the doctors was fantastic, all of them. There was a difficult situation that happened with a procedure reservation department that was very upsetting for me, within less than 12 hours from the incident, the customer service department and management contacted me and the concerned departments simultaneously & resolved everything momentarily. The management across all concerned departments contacted me afterwards to make sure everything was resolved & I was no longer upset. Superb customer support even if issues happen, & naturally they do. Kudos & thank you.

I came to the emergency in a very bad conditionThe angel nurse Mangu received me and calmed me down I was crying from the pain! Coming to the Emirates Hospital Jumeirah for a surgery at 6am is like entering a ghost town. Valet parking is not available until 8am so good luck if you are driving yourself to the Emergency. The main reception is absolutely deserted without anyone at the reception to assist you. After being taken to the room, you discover that it is facing a gossipy reception and the ground floor windows lead directly into the street; so unless your passion is to become an object in a shop window, forget about any daylight. At first sight, the room seems clean but pay close attention before using any facilities. For example, the shattaf nozzle had a layer of disgusting black dirt aka infection waiting to happen.The nurses make an effort to be friendly but lack confidence and experience. The attempt of trying to insert a cannula was extremely painful, prolonged, and at the end unsuccessful so the anesthesiologist had to do it in the operating theater, thus delaying the doctor. In addition, the nurse denied to provide me with water for my extremely dry and scratchy throat after the procedure insisting that I have to wait 4 hours even though the doctor said it is fine.The emotional well-being of a patient is not taken into consideration either. Sending a heavily pregnant nurse to assist someone undergoing an involuntary miscarriage procedure may be really traumatizing for some patients. Moreover, the nurse insisted that before the trip to the operating room, it is not allowed to wear socks even if you are freezing to the bone due to an extremely low temperature in the room; not even your glasses for long distance! It is confusing that it is allowed to wear a face mask that will have to be removed in the operating theater and then replaced after the procedure, but an item like glasses that allows you to absorb the environment and feel comfortable is not and may be removed and returned the same way as the face mask. Luckily, the staff in the operating area was very understanding and helpful, which I highly appreciate and would like to express my gratitude to.Having the word Emirates in the hospital name implies that you represent the United Arab Emirates and you should take this into consideration in order to maintain a good name of this country.

The hospital is great but the pharmacy is horrible!!!Always having to wait for so long even if nobody else is at their 7 counters!Edit:There is no need to call. You guys should just do some costumer service training with your pharmacy staff.Im coming to your hospital along with my family for at least the last 3 years and everytime I had to go to your pharmacy was a terrible experience.Those people act like either is their own hospital or like they are forced to work there.The other departments of the hospital are great! 👍🏻Pharmacy doesnt match the rest of the hospital standards!👎

If I could give 5000 stars, I would! I have been seeing Dr Elie Al Ahmar during my high risk pregnancy and he was in charge of my delivery. He is a doctor who truly goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered (even for the nervous first time parents). He works with you to address any of your concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. He goes out of his way to care for his patients (I was admitted in the ER two times in the middle of the night and he came right away to look after me). I could not be happier with Dr Elies approach and professionalism during delivery and even after, while my babies were in the NICU, he will go and check on them every other day. Once again, a huge thank you to Dr Elie and to his entire team like Dr Maysarah- another great example of professionalism and dedication!

Most of the staff are super attentive and amazing which made my wife delivery very smooth. Thumbs up for all maternity department as they were really amazing and very helpful with us.The only thing that prevented me from putting 5 stars is the billing department which were totally unprofessional. Whereby they were trying to make me pay for things which were pre-approved by my insurance. I called my insurance in front of them and they were surprised to hear that the hospital is doing that whereby an email confirmation was sent to them two weeks in advance with approval on all the delivery requirements. What made things worst is having the manager of the billing department coming and raising his voice in my face rather then appologizing for their mistake. When a manager is acting in this way what can you expect from his team. Totally dissapointing.

The reception team is fast and well-informed. Even with so many patients to look after, the hospital team was impressive in its operations and management. Keep up the good work!

I have been visiting Emirates Hospital for Dr. Prem Nanda. I have had the privilege of taking three of my kids for the past seven years. During this time, I have had the experience of witnessing him wonderfully conducting braces, dealing with emergency fall leading to damage of permanent teeth and lately a very difficult surgery for wisdom teeth extraction. He is not just a passionate orthodontist but the most humble human being with the best attitude. It is tough to find a genuine doctor like him. All my respect to Dr. Prem Nanda.
