You have staff that doesnt wear face mask. It is the second time that have come along with your staff inside a lift with other tenants and your staff does not wear face mask. Your company name is pure health and your staff does not mind the health of other people. Your staff is staying here at V11 Russia cluster International city. I have asked him why he is not wearing face mask and he dont mind he just laugh. What an attitude for a staff who works for a company who was engaged in health provider. If this is kind of staff who does not follow health and authority rules, why should I patronise pure health? I know you dont have control of your staff when outside your company but again they have to be mindful for the health of others.

I did my PCR test last 18/8/2021 and received the result on the same date through SMS but unfortunately Al HOSN App is no updating until to this date (22/8/2021/ 4th day). Just noticed in SMS that they send, my emirates ID# is wrong and they advised me to do the PCR test again since they are unable to send the result to AL HOSN again, a big disappointment.

I had very bad experience yesterday from Musafa 12, kindly advise your team who is doing PCR, not to insert too much as it was in beginning stage without experience, now adays its all very simple with all center and my 15 year old son and wife couldnt sleep well due to that bad way of inserting the stick to nose. A good advice can really help all peoples to be safe side from these pain.

Dear authorities, I had done a PCR test on 12th July Monday because I wanted it for my vaccination appointment on Wednesday , But I havent received the results yet. The nurse who took my test was frustrated because she wanted to go to smoke but couldnt.. I knew it that she hadnt taken the test properly as I have done tests earlier too and asked the authorities that the nurse has not done it properly but they said its all ok and not to worry. I m really disappointed and all my efforts and time is wasted as my results didnt come. Hopefully u would look into the matter. Thanking you.

I did my PCR test on 23/6/2021. My result took more than 48 hrs after continuous follow up and even after that it was not updated in DHA or AL HOSN app. There is no direct number whom we can call and the number mentioned in the website doesn’t work never pick up by anyone. Worst experience would not recommend to anyone.

However, i would recommend the team to be clearer on the turn around time especially with the laboratories delays with the results and turn around time, as the validity of hours with the rules and regulations of different countries vary and it can be inconveniencing. Apart from that, i am happy with their service! I will therefore give them a 5!

First experience was when I went for first dose. Excellent service , great team , extremeley good.For 2nd dose, I went on scheduled date. i was told to check after a week , i went after a week , i was told to check after 2 days.After 2 days, there was a queue that started at 4AM . SO i was told to heck in afternoon.At afternoon, i went back and was told todays quota has finished.Finally, i reached the customer serivce over mail, and they helped me to inform when there was availability. I went and got my vaccination done

Worst managed vaccine center in Ras al Khor. People standing in line from 3 a.m in the morning while fasting because they have limited stock daily. So if u have this much stock why u booked appointment. And even more, they are booking appointments and when u go there by travelling more than an hour, security is not allowing to enter by saying its a family day. So why u people are booking appointment of singles on family day. They are literally making people suffer more than the virus.Never heard from anyone about this much worst managed vaccine center. Pure Health is top of the list managing worst in whole UAE.

I got my 01st Dose of vaccine on their Ras al khor / Al Aweer center on 17th Mar now its 25th Apr & till now I have not been given 02nd dose after queing up here for 05 times on such hot summer days. Today also I queued up there around 0730am to ensure I get it today but they first told us at 0930 after making us stand for 2 hrs , that all will get vaccine after 1130 am so I chose to wait but still at 1130 they took 4-5 guys in & told all remaining to come tomorrow. There are people waiting in que for so long on such hot summer day , people are fasting as well but this center doesnt care & treat badly.The funda of appointment is still not clear why they scheduled for 07th apr when they are not able to provide till 25th Apr as well . Now its more than a month but still no 2nd dose & I dont know shall I keep going standing in que ,taking out time from our office hours or just leave the 02nd dose.As this is pure mismanagement.

Upon traveling back from Ukraine to UAE you have to present PCR test results from clinics listed on their website and although the price of a PCR test is approx 107 AED purehealth.ae charged me 331AED! Hey guysGreetings this is to bring to your notice that *the qusais health center* vaccination drive is been run by pure health health care solutions company, i and my friend had taken the first dose of sinopharm vaccine on 15/04/2021 and today is the 26/04/2021 and we still havent gotten our second dose of the covid vaccine, this is solely due to the irresponsibility of the management at pure health, they have no sms system Whatsoever and they tell you to visit them everyday for an update which is absurd because most of us have a busy schedule throughout the week. the operations manager along with his team sits inside in the AC tent sipping on tea and coffee while we stand outside the centre with all the gates closed in 40°C heat.If anyone of you have faced this type of behaviour from the pure health organisation please do share.Just wanted to know if there is any other alternative to get the second dose of the vaccination from a different center.

The worst of the worst. They will deduct the amount when you pay online and then ask you to pay again. Complain and you easily get another persons delayed result. contacting their support more than dozen times for a week to recognize your issue. Make the PCR elsewhere and ask for a refund and they will tell you the refund policy is 40 working days after they recognize your claim and not for the full amount.

The worst and unorganized service.Unfortunately i opted pure health for my 1st dose vaccine. I really regret now.for the last 4days i used to go there hor al anz to get my second dose. According to the date given in my vaccine card today was my last date to get the second dose. Securities informed me to try the next day to get vaccine. WHY CANT YOU START APPPOINTMENT SYSTEM?. Everyday i have to go there to try my luck. Its really annoying .On top of that i must have to take the second dose from the same center because my 1st dose record is with pure heath system. Really dependable for covid tests in India. Good network with labs in most places and quick results. Received the result same day when the test was in the morning. My experience of “Pure Health” was just smooth and seamless. They took my passport and checked for my travel details and guided me to my COVID test counter at which another staff was super friendly and told me to relax. Their staff and services provided at Dubai International Airport was just too good. Even amidst the pandemic they have trained their staffs to be well calm and informed about the latest updates and protocols. My wife and her brother reach dubai at same time and same flight. Now it is third day her brother got test result first day itself and my wife still under quarantine and waiting for her result. She is really desperate and tensed. It is her first visit to dubai. It is almost spoiled. I tried to contact pure health customer care several time. But it is waste of time. Results not in after 3 days, phone calls not responded.The IVR was off throughout the weekend, on Sunday the calls started going through and after waiting for someone to respond the robot told me that they work from 9am to 6pm *(call happened around 11am) and dropped me. Every other call that I have tried showed it was either busy or was continuously dropped on the other side.Are they hiding? I just dont understand how is that possible to be so irresponsible for such an important case. Terrible service.

Disaster customer service for the task they have been assigned. No sense of responsibility, you can’t contact by the phone as nobody is picking the calls. You get directed to a useless chat that can’t fix your problems. We did the test in an approved lab in Spain which has confirmed the results have been sent to pure health. However pure health doesn’t know anything about and we are about to go to the airport to get back to Dubai. We might not be able to get in and who is going to pay for the test again and booking changes? They got the 500aed already, there was not delay on that.....

Paid for two tests in August, after payment went to choose a suitable time slot and they didn’t have any slots prior to my flight.I cancel the requirements and am told to expect my refund within days. I get a refund for one test weeks later after multiple follow ups. Two and half months later and still no refund nor any response to my numerous emails.Ridiculous service
