A reliable and excellent hospital. Dr Britt Clausson is an advocate for her patients when they can’t be, she really cares so much. I cannot begin to mention all the Kind staff working there but there is a lot of empathy towards patients and a culture of responsibility. Thank you City Hospital!

Mediclinic City Hospital is providing excellent service as the usual Mediclinic standard. The facility is old but service is very much up to the level.I visited Dr. Richard Jones - GP this evening after a bad experience in other clinic. I was impressed by his willing to help attitude and professional medical knowledge.The consult is very thorough and you can see the clear criteria that he is following. I used to work with an American Hospital so I’m familiar with those standards.He explained to me exactly what will happen next, when to do the labs and what will happen with the referral orders. His nurse is also being very supportive.I’d highly recommend Dr. Richard if you need assistance from Family Medicine/ Primary Care.

Mediclinc City Hospital.Information desk is Unprofessional,1) No Meet and Greet At all! The only word they have to meet and greet is - (YESS!!) and no eye contact at all.2) Not approachable At All3) Don’t have enough info about their services,4) Miss guiding clients to different places, (which is bringing a more problem to the patient)5) Not Helpful with clients needs. And very rude when they talk to the patient.6) Not approachable At All.During the 20 minutes of my staying next to the Desk and waiting my friend coming from the doctor i have observed this issues in the information desk.

My wife was not feeling well and we came in this morning to the emergency room. For us everything went very well, quick and organized. From the first check done by the nurse, the examination with the doctor everything was done professionally, clearly and quickly. My wife forgot her medicine at home she needed to take and the staff also took care and brought us the medicine, without us even asking. The facilities are perfectly clean and tidy. I dont know why other people have different experiences, maybe the distribution of quality amongst the personnel is not homogeneous and if so should be taken care of. But we would always recommend this hospital.

This review is for Dr Anna Harmon. Dr Harmon is an absolute asset to this hospital. She was so professional, has such a caring sweet manner did a thorough examination and explained things to me. After having an awful experience elsewhere, I was put so much at ease because appropriate tests were performed all on the same day, and she followed up immediately with the results in the afternoon. I highly highly recommend her and if I could give 10 stars I would for the peace of mind she has given me. ☺️

We have been visiting City Hospital for many years now. The quality of care we have received has always been excellent. When we were last in Dubai we dropped in to see if I could be checked out by Dr. Aleem. Luckily and with much thanks he was able to find a slot in his schedule that day for me. I had my check up and scans, he looked at the results, prescribed me some medicine and most of all put my mind at rest with its nothing sinister - all in one same day service.

1st time here:super slow service.We waited for more than 3 hours and still not get the test done. Terrible management!!!2nd time here: the reception gave me a number and email to ask for the report. Nobody answers the call and nobody replys the email. The management is a mess.3rd time here: I wait outside for more than one hour. its 40 degree outside. I dont know how long time I should wait for our turn to get tested.

The worst hospital with the WORST customer service, their attitude is If you die, who cares. I have been in the emergency at 11am and sent home without them providing me my blood results. They gave me an appointment 3 days LATER, which I refused and asked for my blood results to go to another hospital, which has doctors available. After 12 hours and 10 calls to the hospital with them each time promising me they will spend a precious minute of their time to send me the email sill NOTHING. Its so sad and infuriating, taking into account that it was the emergency makes it even worse. I have many more stories to tell, but my advice just stay away and go to a smaller hospital where they actually care for their patients!UPDATE: The doctor told me to stop the antibiotic, finally after 12 hours the results come and it turns out its infection and noone called to let me know!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst reception and admin staff are in this hospital in the dermatology department. I had my appointment at 12 (booked 2 weeks ago, cause it’s hard to find a spot) and then they decide to let someone else infront of me without any appointment.On top of that they don’t have enough parking and if you want to do valet parking they only accept cash.

The true test of quality of any facility is when it operates at capacity. No doubt this is one of the premium Healthcare facilities, but more recently it has become overcrowded and inefficient. You see queues everywhere, at radiology, at pharmacy and at entrance! When taking appointments you upload Emirates id only to be provided again on signing in. Although its a hospital but many polyclinics in Dubai have far better parking facilities. Some even offer free valet parking. Unlike a true premium facility, the hospital is making money on parking. Its basement parking is cramped and almost always full with frequent double parked cars blocking way. The adjacent parking lot is another revenue making arm of hospital as they charge hefty charges for people coming in for health. Such is a way this hospital makes money. It really needs to invest in quality and spacious parking facilities consistent with its image.Also to avoid queues at every entry point, it needs to make things more efficient.

Another example of a hospital who would let people rather die than losing one single penny. Patients and their concerns are the least of their priorities, it is more important to explore on how much money they can take from the patients insurance to enrich themselves. I hope the government takes action on this kind of business practices soon and starts sanctioning hospitals for putting patients second. First and last time patient.

My mom fell down, we took her to City hospital by ambulance because her face had swollen and I feared her cheek bone was broken. Mom seemed well but during the ambulance ride, she was disoriented and was unable to talk. Once at the ER, they did a CT scan and notice she had a brain bleed. We insisted vigorously that surgery should be done to relive the pressure on Moms brain, but the Neurosurgeon, insisted that they should wait as she was on blood thinners and he could not perform the surgery. Mom kept getting worse and worse, until we demanded for the doctor to do the surgery.The Neurosurgeon finally, after tremendous amount of pressure from us, put mom on platelets and did the surgery, but by then, the hemorrhage had become quite large and had managed to badly damage moms brain. Mom can no longer talk, move or comprehend.I would not have thought a problem except that after mom was released and we brought her back to the same Neurosurgeon for her follow up he told me in front of moms nurse, and I quote, as I will never forget these words: If I had known your mother had such good family support, I would have done the surgery sooner.My mom could have had a much better quality of life (instead of being bedridden and completely incoherent), had the Neurosurgeon done the surgery as soon as CT was done and brain bleed was indicated. Instead he wait 3 hours and by then the damage was quite sever. His excuse was that mom was on blood thinners, but after we demanded a surgery, he gave her platelets, which he could have given her earlier and done the surgery when we brought her to the ER.Those critical 3 hours managed to turn a loving, caring mother of 5, into a lump of flesh laying in bed having her butt wiped by strangers. Of course other surgeons would say that it was a judgement call on the doctors side, but the Neurosurgeon judged wrong, even after we begged him to do the surgery ASAP, because he assumed we couldnt care for our mom. He did the surgery, gave her the platelets despite her being on the blood thinner, but those 3 measly hours destroyed our whole family.For as long as I live, I will never forget what he said to me: If I had known your mother had such good family support, I would have done the surgery sooner.

Ive been going to this hospital since 2012 and Im happy to say that the facilities, services and most importantly, the medical professionals are the best in the Emirate. I had 3 surgery / procedures done and have no complaints whatsoever. Pricy for most people yes but if you have full insurance coverage (a good one) then you got nothing to worry about. Stay safe everyone!

My name is Sonia Mzabi.My worst experience in a hospital.The gynecologist Alessandra was not able to explain me any results and was telling me she can not give any answer ,keeping telling me she is not responsible about the breast ..... she was very rude and wants me to follow with surgeon.The radiologist gave me a report completely confusing ( putting wrong date of my old exams) and not clear and explained me that she is seeing asymmetric pictures when a had a second exams and opinion in another hospital it was completely the opposite.( she did not even see one cyst in the other breast).I was very nervous and anxious for one week until I had a completely different diagnosis.( Every thing was fine)...Completely opposite !!!!Please dont go there for mammogram or ultrasound, It is not a good place.

I did the pcr test using the drive thru. its fast and the results are fast but then the update is al hossn apps is takes time. like in other clinic the do it at the same time. why mediclinic can not do it? The worst hospital in the UAE.Remember, the whole emergency dept.is attended by one disqualified doctor who can not diagnose a simple infection.I went to the emergency complaining of weakness and body aches,I paid 600 dirhams only to be attended 2 minutes by doctor Muna who requested a full body ultrasound and xray to diagnose my condition( which was diagnosed as a simple infection by another qualified doctor in another hospital).She was so impatient to listen and quite overloaded,she came 2 minutes ,listened with no attention or care and disappeared again.She never put any efforts to diagnose my condition.Finally she prescribed me panadol(which kept me weak and sick and did not treat my infection)I went to another hospital and again paid more money and the emergency doctor confidently and in less than 2 minutes diagnosed my condition as an infection and gave me antibiotics.I got better in one day afterwards . Please do not be fooled by big name private hospitals as they operate for money and hire disqualified doctors.I am wondering how such disqualified doctors operate and they can not even diagnose a simple infection.I noticed that Dubai health care city hospitals are the worst in the UAE and they are greedy for money ,they hire disqualified doctors with low salaries.One more thing,the nurse who guided me to the cashier before discharging me was so rude and was I n a hurry and did not allow me to ask questions about medications , she treated me violently.I paid huge money to be treated carelessly.Their call centers sucks,they do not help you unless you get angry..The man who took my call,an Arab, was so careless that he did not bother to give me the hospital number until I got angry and furious.Please if you are feeling unwell,go to Rashid hospital,doctors there are the best in the UAE and you leave the hospital with accurate and correct diagnosis and medication.Hope you stay well.

The service is very slow. No proper care in emergency department especially. I brought my sister in an ambulance and no doctor moved to check on her although she was shivering. I had to beg doctors to see her and they were rude to me. When my sister was admitted and did a surgery we paid for her sick leave and it took us 6 days calling every day to ask for the document and nothing we received. We raised requests and called every day and nothing happened. No respect for people right no service no body cares to call back. I do not reccomend this hospital for anyone

Had a surgery at Mediclinic in Dec 2020 which went with difficulty. Im grateful to Doctor Jameel Akrash and his team for professionalism and handling the unpredicted situation on a very high level. In addition to being professional as a medical staff Dr. Jameel and the team treat the patients with humanity, sharing care and attention which so important when one is sick. I am giving two stars not for the doctors or the quality control but quite simply for the facilities which are great.My family and I have been either misdiagnosed or inadequately followed up by multiple doctors in various specialities.The call centre is literally luck of the draw, you might even find agents that cant even register an appointment with a doctor or even if they do and you head to the hospital the appointment might not be there!An Orthopedic Doctor didnt seem confident to read an MRI, or even knew how to handle a case with a potential tumor, with promises to follow up and nothing but empty promises.Multiple attempts to reach the hospital quality control / complaints division seem to be in vain where either we are transferred to non answering line or we dont get a call back.Avoid the hospital if you can as it seems to be more of a commercial facility than a medical one.

I dont know if I have so much luck or others do not share positive feedback, but I had a best experience with that site regarding PCR testing. After failing in quite few places all over Dubai since Friday morning till almost midnight (closed, appointment needed and first slot on Tuesday, ridiculous waiting time etc.) I accidentally spotted this place. Waited 15 min tops, very gentle procedure and result in 7 hours !!! They saved me from 10 days of isolation when I almost lost my hope for getting results by my requested deadline. Great thanks.

I believe this is one of the biggest hospitals in Dubai and I visited there not for seeing the doctor but to purchase medicines which could not be bought in other usual pharmacy. That tells me how amply this pharmacy has for the selection of medicines!

Very good hospital. My wife delivered our both daughters here in excellent conditions. The rooms are 5 stars. We visited several times the ER for different reasons as well. Even if for us was a long distance to drive (from Al Barsha MOE) and even if there are other hospitals closer to us we choosed all the time City Hospital.All the time we have been well treated by the personnel from the door man to the doctors.The hospital is clean, well maintained and secured.The equipment used for diagnosis are from the latest generation.We noticed a good improvement since the City Hospital becomes Mediclinic in terms of maintenance and quality of service.Thank you for taking care about us!

The hospital facility, nurses and doctors are great but I had an upsetting experience with the dietician, Sara, who has the gall to tell me about how unqualified the staff are at the OBGYN clinic i go to. That is totally unprofessional. And for her to assume I just eat white rice and fried food is just completely dismal. I had recordings of my meals and she did not even bother to understand my side and just steamroll the whole conversation. Extremely poor attitude, she has no right to assume such. I think a dietician can advice ones diet without having to be so condescending. Upsetting.

From my experience this place stands head and shoulders above any other facility that we have seen so far in Dubai! right from the doctors to the staff have been cooperative, helpful and professional. The worst emergency department ever!It was my second time in this hospital yet nothing changed.I have to write a review based on my experience.10th June 2021, I had breathing difficulty and pain on my right rib cage when i move in certain position. I went to the emergency department Dr. Samia Yunas suggested that I have to take Blood test, Muscle movement scan, X-ray and CTscan. I was waiting for 5-6 hours in the emergency room to take those test. Once I have completed the test there was no proper explanation by Dr.Samia Yunas and I havent seen my X-ray Test.She just briefly said everything clear and I book appointment for you with another Doctor next week.The result of my pain is still unspecified. I had to leave because I havent eaten anything from 10 AM - 4PM.Before I leave I asked for my X-ray result and my Medical certificate (Sick Leave).One of the nurse told me that it will be emailed to me.However, I havent got the result and yet I just received a call today that I need to pay for my Medical Certificate or Sick Leave.It is a disappointment.

My husband had an accident and needed so wrongfully we chose City Hospital. The treatment plan by the surgeon was totally over treat and when we requested a transfer it took a whole day to discharge the patient. I went to take PCR and IGM test this morning. It is surprised and disappointed that the security guy Farouk forced me to sit in an un-sanitized seat when I waited in the queue. He took my application form and asked me to get outside when I refused to sit. It is really embarrassing and unsafe to force people to sit in an un-sanitized seat! Everyone will touch every seat during waiting and you don’t know who might be positive. Moreover, I don’t know why this security guy has this right to force people to sit and get outside if he refused to sit. I believe I have the right to choose sit or stand when I wait in the queue. I hope it is not racism because I am Chinese.

Its just a clean and nice building. I did not have good experience there. I did a brain MRI in Mediclinic City Hospital and found the surgeon and the radiologist very incompetent to give me a clear picture of my condition. I visited them twice to understand the MRI result but I received inconsistent information from their surgeon and radiologist. Even, their interpretations were not confirming each other!!! Then, I had to refer to another hospital to see another radiologist to interpret the MRI to understand the condition. After consulting with the other hospital radiologist, I learned that City Hospital both surgeon and radiologist interpretations were incorrect.Also, City Hospital surgeon did not contact me after he passed me to the radiologist to double check if his diagnosis was correct or not and to discuss the path forward. He did not care at all.I do not recommend this hospital if you are concern about your health. Period.

Pharmacy at Mediclinic City Hospital is a mess! They give you a serving number but they dont serve patients/customer in this order. I was patiently waiting for my number to be called but the numbers after me were served before me. I heard the staff saying that they serve whoever gets insurance approval first, so i told the staff at prescription drop off that i will pay instead coz ive been waiting for half an hour! He told me to wait just a bit coz they probably already got the approval. Soon enough my number was called by a pharmacist who just came back from his lunch. I remember being serving by the same person on my previous visit there, so i asked him if they are serving according to insurance and he confirmed my hunch. The staff at the prescription was actually lying to me about waiting for insurance approval, when in fact, i was made to wait while the pharmacist in charge of serving my insurance is on his lunch break!!!! Cant they at least inform patients this so we can decide if we should wait or not?! It was a complete waste of time because you didnt even have sufficient stock of the medicine i require!!!!! Now i understand why one customer was shouting his lungs off your pharmacist!!!!! And i thought he was just being impatient....

I visited on 27 feb for orthopedic doctor and had xray. today i went and asked for the CD of xray. on reception they asked to fill the form and come again after getting the message. just imagine i drive 1 hour from sharjah to dubai to get the CD and have to drive again. MDCH is still in the age of stones. you people must learn from americal hospital. they give CD or report copy with in 10 to 15 mins. got it ? with in 10-15 mins.you guyz dont have brain to keep 1 small operator to do this task to improve user experience. you people really brain less and expert to give curse to customers.

I visited Mediclinic on March 31st. I had three appointments in a row. Even though I reached the clinic 30min before my first appointment but the first dr visited me with almost half an hr delay (because of an emergency patient). I requested The dr’s nurse to contact my second appointment’s dr which was Dr.Amal Aburawi and inform her my delay. She said she will. But apparently she didn’t. once I reached the Obs/ Gynaecology department, Dr.Amal Aburawi refused to visit me because I was 20min late! They said I need to reschedule my appointment. This is while I was traveling and rescheduling wasn’t an option for me. They made me stressed a lot and at the end Dr.Amal accepted to visit me. She had such an attitude that I didn’t even feel like to share my problem. Very uncomfortable! The entire visit took maybe less than 2min . She wrote an ultrasound for me and never got back to me to inform me about the results( what usually mediclinic doctors do! Better to say dubai mall branch doctors do!) On April 15th I contacted Mediclinic and requested for a call from the doctor for the results. The Nurse called and said She can only share the results if you come for a follow up visit. I’m already out of country and they know it!!I’m a patient of Mediclinic Dubai Mall and visited city hospital branch only for Dr.Alexandra Economacos which is the best. But overall, City hospital branch disappointed me! NO ORGANIZATION! Staff have an attitude, as if they’re doing you a favor doing their job, they put no effort to help or even listen, they hardly smile!! I had an issue with their radiology department as well which made me transfer to Dubai Mall for my test! Not only this, they have two buildings with no convenient passage between the buildings! My first and last appointment were in one building and the 2nd appointment in the other building. They have even closed the shortcut door which means you have to walk around the two buildings to exit one and enter the other. Imagine how difficult this is inDubai heat and my appointments were between 12-2pm. the only thing that might bring me back is Dr.Alexandra Economacos who is really professional in what she does, she is the best in Radiology, plus she knows how to comfort you, listen to you and explain everything.otherwise my overall experience in City hospital was SUPER BAD, NOT RECOMMENDED! Not even close to their Dubai Mall branch.If you ever decide to visit Mediclinic , visit Dubai Mall branch and feel the difference. They are kind, helpful, they do follow up on you, they CARE!

I was very pleased with the care,courtesy and warmth of all the staff( mainly nursing staff ) at Mediclinic city hospital during my several visits and while being admitted as well.However, after 2 surgeries, which were to correct very minor issue, I am in pain on daily basis and my condition is worsening daily. I was told, that’s it’s “nothing”, although I did not experience any pain prior to my surgeries. I started to doubt the competency of my doctor. Will go for second and third opinion and will consider legal action for malpractice if necessary, on international level.I requested my medical records and bills, which were not provided either.I still believe that the matter will be resolved and I will get the proper treatment.

Did my covid test, when they were promising 24H, now it has been almost 48 and no news, no sms, no email. I am trying to call, no one is helping and no way to get any support. Id recommend you to go somewhere else definitely. Mainly if you have a flight to catch, which is my case, and I have been postponing twice already.

56 hours and still no result of PCR. Please go elsewhere if you need the result within 48h.They should consider closing down this tent. Have spoken to 4 different employees in their call center and they keep saying that there is a technical glitch only this weekend.I should have read the reviews prior to my visit. There are atleast 10 reviews about a delay. I dont see any action being taken.

While I’m happy with my doctor and have actually followed her from another hospital to this one, it is really a shame that they consider themselves a “healthcare” facility. Unbelievably bad in managing patients. It’s impossible to get to them over the phone. The pharmacy is very slow and don’t care about patients. I have been trying to get in touch with the pharmacy to check the status of my prescription refill and insurance approval for the last 10 days with no luck. Directly and through call center but both didn’t work. Just unbelievable.

Complaint against Dr. Ibrahim Abdulrahman, specialist ObGyn in Mediclinic City HospitalReviewing the worst experience in Mediclinic city hospital Wednesday 3rd March at 10:00 AMToday and after two month of heavy bleeding I was supposed to go to Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Rahman the OB Gynaecologists to sign consent for surgery which was taken on emergency basis because of my medical history of diabetes and heart problems.My husband who is also a doctor accompanied me.As soon as we entered the consultation room we were inquiring about the surgery approval- if it is partial or total hysterectomy since we hardly know what will be done to me to stop the bleeding.( I didn’t even know that it is possible to do a partial hysterectomy )Dr. Ibrahim answered that I have decided to go for total hysterectomy - I interrupted him saying I didn’t know that there are two possible surgery options and I definitely don’t know what are the pros and cons of each. Therefore I can’t decide and I shouldn’t decide unless I was explained both options first.My husband tried to explain that if partial hysterectomy could be safer for me, and yet asked dr. Ibrahim to explain his point of view based on his experience of many years جمله زوجي بالظبط كالتي: عدم ازاله عنق الرحم اعتقد يحميها من مضاعفات مستقبليه عن الازاله الكامله للرحم ولكن نحب نسمع راي حضرتك يا دكتور لان عندك خبره اكتر… that’s when Dr. Ibrahim exploded in our faces stating that it is up to me (the patient) to decide and not my husband at all in a very arrogant and rude way.My husband thought that he should remind him that he is a doctor too and as a husband he was just discussing the best options and asking for the doctors opinion not deciding at all or forcing the doctor to do the partial hysterectomy.Immediately Dr. Ibrahim stated that he will not do my surgery and that he will refer me to any other surgeon, followed by a ” PLEASE “ which later we understood that he is kicking us out of his office.Please note that our consultation took less than two minutes before we are kicked out.We spent few seconds in shock then we thanked him politely and we stepped out of his office.Still under shock my husband told him that he should not have treated a colleague in this rude way.On the way to the elevator I was commenting to my husband that it was unnecessary to be that rude to us- all what we wanted to discuss my option in surgery and choose the best one.قولت تحديدا: مش شايفه سبب لطردنا بالطريقه المهينه دي احنا بس سالنا عن العمليه.My husband agreed and told me he was extremely rude and that he might place a complain against this doctor.We didn’t know that he was right behind us so he went few steps ahead then turned around shouting in a very loud voice that my husband is impolite and he insulted him in many words.This Doctor ignored the basic rules of patients rights1- didn’t allow me to know my options or possible complications of the surgery he opted for.2- Plus he humiliated us in front of all patients and staff in inappropriate words with no reason,3- he canceled my surgery just because he doesn’t like that my husband is asking about the other options- to get the safest option for me4- stating in a rude way that my husband has no right to talk.5-he did not abide by his role in the patient and family education about the condition.6-He did not do any informed consent process for the patient and the husband.7-He didn’t do the needed lab test the Hemoglobin in the first visit although he said he ordered it and his nurse called the patient saying that everything is fine, only when I started having palpitations and irregular heartbeats they called me in for a 2nd visit and ordered the hemoglobin blood test.8-The lack of informed consent is a big issue that can be a clear negligence.9-To refuse to discuss with the husband is unheard from a decent health care provider.

City Hospital in Dubai Health care city has the worse call center and Doctors appointment and the biggest negative is the pharmacy they don’t have professional staff and they did mistakes in dispensing my medication several times and the latest one I have received my approval from the insurance and the pharmacy staff canceled it and no one are willing to solve the mistake , I personally don’t recommend city hospital for treatment

The drive in covid testing is very disappointing. They inform you that results will take 48 hours and than the result comes in 12 hours BUT FALSE POSITIVE. I took the test for travel purpose and got a positive result. I called the hospital but was connected to call centre with no medical staff . I wanted some guidance as I had suffered covid just a few days ago and had also completed my 2nd dose vaccine 12 days prior. Called DHA helpline again no doctor was available, the operator just insisted I do a 10 day quarantine. I went straight to another testing centre did a express test and in 8 hours got a NEGATIVE result. Very disappointed as no medical staff is available for talking and they just say call DHA like a recorded msg. No supervisor was available. Had to undergo trauma for 10 hours and changed all my travel.plans resulting in loss also.

Worst service ever. They even not deserve this one star. No one pick the phone when you call them. Covid19 results took more than 48 hours. Up to now 50 hours and still I didnt receive my result for travel purpose. Totally not recommend any one to deal with them for the above reasons. At emergency you have to wait an hour to be admitted and then 20 min for a gen dr. And he calls another dr for advice and tells you the ultra sound people are off today and doesn’t tell you what to do next ..?’ So you become their property ..!? Last one to know what’s going on ..!?

Long term patients of this hospital. However, Absolutely terrible hospital if you have covid. My father went to the ER with covid symptoms - clueless doctor wanted to send him home with some medications - pending the swab result. After I insisted they do further testing, turned out he had a silent pneumonia and was admitted. Understandably, they dont let anyone stay with him. On the covid floor - they were hugely understaffed - 1-2 doctors for 30+ patients and 4-5 nurses. Infection control was terrible because the mentality is everyone has covid. The Dr would pass once a day and when he asked to consult again with him - they said he was busy with another patient and never showed up. They are hugely understaffed. I felt helpless because he was alone and we couldnt do anything. We assumed that they would be giving him the best treatment. They billed the insurance company 45k for sub standard quality of care.

All members of staff completely misinformed delay in test results even when promised maximum 24 hours. Sending me further to different units who still know nothing and cannot help. Didnt even register the right number so who knows when that test result will come. DO NOT DO PCR TESTING HERE. they are completely useless.

Every single experience at this hospital has been bad! The hospital is being managed extremely poorly. They cancel your appointment and tell you about it when you are already at the hospital. The pharmacy takes ages to give you medicine and there is no home delivery option. It’s always hard to find here parking unless you pay them 20 dirhams for valet parking. Hospital staff is poorly trained. Never coming back to this hospital!

I called many times (04 - 435 9999) to get an appointment for radiology. Very weird experience. One employee was very helpful (Justin) and understood all my requirements. After that call only weird experience. The lady calling back hang up .... saying that she has to refer my inquiry for an appointment for radiology to another department... I never received a call from someone else. I called again the main number ... and the person I talked to did not really understand, did not take my number or name, transferred me and I ended up in endless waiting ... until I hang up. 3 times I have been not able to leave a message although the recording said so .... but nothing was recorded. Another number I called 04 4359626 had a recording (!!!!! again!!!!!) which also ended in telling me I can leave a message. This time I succeeded. But no one calls back!I have today been requesting an appointment via email. Lets see if this is working.I absolutely agree the comment and experience from another customer who rated the experience with calling the hospital:Shocking. I called the number, you get 4 minutes of non-stop adverts, in both English and Arabic. Absolute irrelevant nonsense. Someone finally answered and transferred me to a voicemail where there was no option to leave a voicemail! Im now listening to the adverts again.

Extremely disappointed with the slow response and non care for patients condition by Mediclinc City Hospital’s Lab and their call center.I had to follow up for a lab test report for 7 days which should have been received maximum after 2 days.Despite calling so many times and writing emails to the Dr. and Nurse, I never received report, nor a call back apologizing for delay or explaining the cause of the delay despite assuring this on each of my call.All their service is about the loom and gloom of their hospitals to attract money!

My husband has been waiting for his PCR results for over 56 hours and the hospital is not able to give any timelines.The hospital should consider closing down this tent if the promised timeline is not met. We have tried calling the call center atleast 10 times from this morning and they keep saying that there is a technical glitch only this weekend. We have also sent an email to the address mentioned by one of the them - and there is no response yet as well.We should have read the google reviews prior to my visit. There are more than 10 reviews about PCR test delays and this is unexpected. I dont see any action taken by the Hospital.

Horrible experience overall. I went to the hospital around 5 weeks ago and was diagnosed with calcified tendinitis on the shoulder tendon. It took them a week and a half to schedule an MRI. And it’s been 3 weeks now since I did the MRI and until now they have not sent me the report. I had to go back to the orthopedic doctor to review the MRI and tell me the diagnosis. The doctor recommended a treatment - the nursing staff later called me and told me that it was rejected by the insurance company. I asked the nursing staff to send me the submission by e-mail so that I could talk to the insurance company and that did not happen. Overall really bad experience and definitely do not recommend this hospital. The doctor is good. But overall I have had pain and lack of mobility for more than 5 weeks and so far no proper treatment plan because of this hospital’s complete incompetence. Find another hospital

Worst experience, we had our covid 19 test on 7th Jan 2021 at 3 pm but it took More than 36 hours for us to know that we are covid positive since last 12 hours we are following up to get the report but everytime we call we are getting false promises that we will get a report in 10 to 20 min. Even small clinic would have better service that such so called best hospital in middle east, it is highly recommended to avoid going for any kind of service to any of the mediclinic facilities

Went to see a dermatologist there, simply to remove a wart from my daughters foot. He called the nurse, who did everything while he was browsing for cars online!!!!!Very rude doctor, as soon as I said: Hello doctor, how are you? He replied: Calm down, sit down. Not even hi. It might have been his English level (I think hes originally from Libya) but anyways, the cost of this intervention was 1,500 Aed, while he browsed online for his next car!!!

If you need a mammogram or an ultrasound, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have never ever come across such unorganized and sloppily run clinic unit that this one. The right hand literally does not know what the left does and I feel very sorry for thos women who have to go there with serious health issues, because this clinic makes it not an easy and convenient experience, but difficult and chaotic one, which ruins every trust

Dear All, kindly note that please do not proceed to do the COVID 19 PCR test from MediClinic group. I was really sick past two days and I have visited Mediclinic Park View Hospital for PCR test around 11:30 AM on the 6th January 2020. Today is 8th January 2020 at 1AM. I still have not received my PCR test result. I have followed up several times after 24 hours , now more than 37 hours after the test. there was no proper reply from the hospital side. Please , I would like to advise everyone no to do the test from Mediclinic Group, It was a worst service I have ever seen my life .............

Visted Medclinc tent to do Covid-19 test and it was a horrible experince. It was 45 min process per car which is a ridiculous duration for drive through service due to the lousy management, manual work, and lack of staff. You have to fill paper for each visitor using unsanitised pen used across all visitors. The paper are then passed to admin who manualy need to type the info for each visitor and then pass it to nurse to do the swap. The system should be smart enough to automatically get all info from Emirates ID instead of the manual work that takes forever and open for mistakes. It is now pass 24 hr. and did not receive my results yet. I recommend closing down the tent as the management is not proffesional enough to handel and offer this service.

Never go there it’s a very bad clinic !! You will just get problem they don’t care about you ...I ask since yesterday to send me the PDF of my covid test because i have a flight and because they put the wrong details but they do want to send it to me, they just say, wait until the evening....
