Visiting Mediclinic Mirdif in the pandemic is such a relief. Recently had a very good experience visiting the clinic for my child vaccination. The doctors , nurses and paramedical staff were very cooperative , professional and caring. Health standards of the clinic was amazing. Congratulation to the staff and the management for the high standards. Will sure recommend many of my friends and business group to visit the clinic for other health needs.

The orthopedic Dr. Haidar made me wait for 45 minutes because he doesn’t know the nurse station extension! hahaha. you could “walk” to their station it is two steps away, or call random extension and ask for the nurse station! or just open the door and call patient’s name. instead of wasting patient’s time.

I always have a brilliant experience when attending Mediclinc for my health appointments. The way that the clinic has been managed during the pandemic has been brilliant. The staff are friendly and doctors are well qualified.

I have visited Mediclinic Mirdif and took an appointment with Dr. Sandhya Gynocologist for a general check up. The Dr. is very informative and friendly, I felt so comfortable when talking with her and she answers all my questions regarding women body changes and the importance of regular checkups to keep track of our health. Defintetly Dr. Sandhyas clinic visit will be my choice for regular check ups.

Hire some staff to reduce waiting time. Each visit we spend at least 2 hours.. plus please arrange some English speaking courses to your staff members.

Not supportive at all .if the person is dying they will say it is MOH instructions not to help .they don’t want to help and they say MOH instructions.how come other clinic offer support and they are not .is the MOH gave instructions to few or to all clinics !!!I was only requesting to have B12 injection which I already have the prescription and it was the second dose .but the Said; no you should see our doctors 🙄 really funny

I have been to Mediclinic Mirdif a number of times and each time, the courtesy, helpfulness and attitude of the doctors, nurses and staff have been exceptional. Would certainly recommend.

I visit the clinic very often as I feel more comfortable n friendly atmosphere from the staff there. They assure that I get the needed attention and make sure I feel safe in the treatment.

Really disappointed. My son had appointment today at 6pm with Dr. Budoor. On 24th and 23rd they tried to call me to tell that booking is cancelled i was busy and called back but call centres say they will check and come back to me that why they called. No one called back no sms for cancellation. Today before coming i called call centre to check whether 6Pm appointment confirmed they said yes. When i reach after 45 mnts i came to know its cancelled. Why call centre not informed properly? Why message was not sent for cancellation? Why clinic is not having direct no to check such things? Management has to see such things.

I visited the uptown mirdiff clinic yesterday and I’m very disappointed with the services. After my visit to the doctor I went with my prescription to Life pharmacy and I was informed by the pharmacist that the prescription does not mention about my insurance and they would coordinate with the Dr Marie Joseph to issue the revised prescription. Until now I haven’t received my medication. When I called the pharmacy I was given to understand that the doctor was very busy and did not issue the revised prescription. This shows how much the doctor is concerned about the patient. I still don’t have my medication. Very disappointed !! Shows how much you care for your patients. Would not recommend your clinic to anyone. Completely unacceptable!!!!!

Be warned. If you are traveling get your PCR test somewhere else, as they take forever and I missed my flight thanks to them, definitely more than 24 hours (36 hours specifically and can go up to 48 hours) while almost every where in Dubai takes from 6-10 hours. The call center takes forever to answer and when she answered she was rude and sounded half asleep. Never again

I have been to mediclinic Mirdif multiple times. Every time staff in every area are kind and professional in their work. To tell you, insurance approval-related, lab results, and other follow-ups were informed me on time.

I regularly get SMS from Mediclinic by claiming they perform PCR tests within 24 hours which is totally a fake advertisement. Last week Saturday (20 March 2021) I visited Mediclinic Mirdif by counting on the SMS and once asked they said to me results to be delivered within 48 hours. It is really discomforting to deal with such kind of service and false information.Edit: Thank you very much for your very automated message. As i mentioned before I was not writing about delayed result but rather about false advertisement. I am attaching the screen shot of the email showing 24 hours delivery time for PCR test in Mirdif whereas reception desk in Mirdif Clinic said it to me as `48 hours. What you should understand people does plans as per your false advertimesements and facing hard time later on.

The worst call center service ever!I tried to call in 4 different times from 2 different numbers and no one answers!!I was waiting for more than 11 minutes and still no one picked the call, and btw this was their main number which is 8001999Am not going to deal with this facility again.

Thursday at about 5 pm tried to book an appointment and found out there are no doctors available.This is not the first time that I get this answer from Mediclinic Mirdif branch. Moreover staff over the phone couldn’t care less to help. Instead of saying there are no available doctors and appropriate answer would be to check other clinics and try to book an appointment there such as garhoud etc.

Mediclinic.ae emails are rejected by their security and it is impossible to reach them by email which creates bad situation while trying to communicate with their doctor from overseas (their phone never responds as well). Mediclinic Mirdif: Provide a working email address in your response here that does not bounce or block incoming emails and I will change my review stars here to something better then.

I booked an appointment and went 10 minutes earlier, but there were only 2 people doing cashiering and registration with perhaps 30 patients waiting (some sick and coughing in a very small area). I spent 20 min waiting without anybody even taking my ID to send me to my appointment.No ticketing system, packed room, and understaffed administration. Horrible experience, will not go there again.

Booked an appointment there. When I went there, they informed me that there’s no appointment. Then they told me that they will be put me on the waiting list but I might have to wait too long. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating.

Mediclinic mirdif deserves more reviews! my family and I always comes to this clinic for any check ups from pediatrics, general/family meds, opthamologist to ob-gyne. They have the great doctors who will assist you through. All Staffs and/ or nurses are very helpful. I love the fact they always keep the place well maintained and clean.

Pediatrician Dr Medhat requested for a stool sample for my infant however is not bothered to call me back with results. Its been more than a week that I am calling to ask for the tests results with always the same promise that the Dr will call me back with the results. I called about 3 times and until today nobody has ever called me back. To make it easy on them I even said that if doctors are so busy, I dont mind a nurse calling me. I am honestly disappointed with the carelessness of some staff in this clinic.

20 years in Dubai and we had the worst medical diagnose/experience ever, the doctor was careless and was not able to be a medical consultant/expert rather than thinking that ALL is OK and health issues happen sometimes for reasons we do not know; we did the same check back home and in 5 days we realized that the problem is big and it is somewhere else.However, i do not mean that all doctors are not good there... however, i assume that all doctors supposed to be good as they deal with humans ...- few days after i posted the above, the management of the clinic contacted me and they were open to listen to the issue i had with their clinic and it seems that we are on right track now with another Dr ..

If there is no intention to come back to us why tell us so? From tge reviews it is common from many doctors !!!

The Sonographer named Gagan was down right rude over the phone and showed that he had zero concern for the patient who was on her way to see him and was going to be there before time. After the phone call experience I decided to not go to him as his tone of voice on the phone was nothing short of arrogant. He had to rush out of the clinic and due to that reason he decided to take on his patient for no reason whatsoever. Not going back to Medi Clinic Mirdif. Poor management including the managers and patients are not a priority.

Today I visited Mediclinic Mirdif to get a cotton piece removed from my ear. It was a very small procedure and took less than 30 seconds.On enquiry from the reception they sent me to Dr.Nizamuddin Gulsha who promptly removed it with a pair of tweezers.DR charges were Dhs 587.00 and the above procedure charges were Dhs 1052.15So for this very trivial thing Mediclinic charged me a total of Dhs 1423.62I feel this is a total abuse of patient trust and unethical and unacceptable medical practice.How can such a reputed medical chain do this?

I am always satisfied with their services. Today I entered the clinic after 3 years again, and nurses still remembered my name. The gentleman at reception desk was kind and helpful. The best part of the clinic is the Dr.Nizam, who is the best doctor I meet in 17 years being here in the UAE. Thanks for all your knowladge and humanity to us.

The worst timing and appointments I have seen. I had to wait for one hour to see the doctor even I have made appointment.

Very poor service...no any kind of respect of patients, their time or any notion of appointment...they made me waiting for 30 minutes for the orthopaedic DR. Oussama while their excuse was because that he is talking to his manager😳
