Bin Arab Dental and Medical CentreFirst, I would like to commend Doctor Faizal for doing an excellent job for my treatment.He is a remarkable dentist who is not just after for your money but making sure you UNDERSTAND all the procedure.I remember meeting him the first time & I was expecting that he will ask me to seat right away on the dentist chair buthe told me that he wants to talk to me first regarding my situation, asking me if I understand everything and lastly probing me..Do you have any further clarifications before I start?He is one of the best dentist I met in Dubai.. who will text you in the middle of the night and reminding you of the stuffs that needsto be taken care of. Im so bless to met him and the while Bin Arab team.Jennica, the receptionist is excellent too and very flexible as well as the nurses who is assisting Doc. Faizal.Doc Faizal is a multitasker I met him almost every weekend of the entire March & i have never seen him frown or become irritated with all the questionsI ask and he is so kind.the best thing about him is he knows what his doing and he is prepare for anything that might pop.Doc, thank you is an understatement and I hope that many people who needs help like me will encounter you.ALL the best,Risa

I’m from Chicago touring Dubai for the first time. Like every tourist’s (away from home) nightmare, I had to go to an emergency visit to the dentist. Even at home I always dread going to the dentist. I sort of have an obsession with making sure everything is clean, so you can just imagine how I cringe every time some foreign object comes near my mouth. Who likes getting poked and having to open and hold their mouth for long periods anyway? Plus this is a foreign country, I’m not sure what to expect. I dedcided to visit Bin Arab Dental- Al Rigga branch and I was pleasantly surprised on how so clean it felt in there , ambience was not too bad, sort of relaxing. I have to mention how professional and assuring the staff at this clinic are. They opened their sealed instruments in front of me, its comforting to know how they value this small gestures. The dentist was so nice too, I didn’t feel rushed, she took her time listening to my concerns and did a thorough job with cleaning and doing my fillings. So I’m giving this place a 5 star.

The Best Dental Clinic in Dubai, For a normal Kabayan, Its quite expensive but the service is more than what you expect. Thank you Doc. Lalaine for taking good care of our teeth and suggesting for our oral hygiene. keep it up!

Not happy as I was originally a patient in Jumeriah for getting braces. I was a patient for more than a year and required monthly visits. Then suddenly they transferred me to Deira 6 months into my treatment plan. The commute was terrible and stressful considering it was rush hour traffic as you could only see the Orthodontist in the evenings. It would take me 2 hours for a round trip. I have paid off my treatment and still it is not finished. I now have to see the orthodontist at another branch and need to pay additional for me to complete my treatment plan. Bin Arab have not hired a new Orthodontist and have a different excuse each time I call to ask for me to complete my paid treatment with them. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and appreciation for me as a patient. Especially a patient who always paid on time and stuck to my end of the agreement.Went recently (May-2016) to the new women orthodontist. Very disappointed with her service. Both times she arrived and has an unwelcoming manner. I felt that I was more an annoyance than a paying patient. The only positive from this whole experience is ALMOST straight teeth and the lovely nurses. I have now stopped going there and looking for a new dentist to finish my treatment.

Worst act to cancel or postpone a ( wisdom tooth removal ) operation before the appointment in 1 day...especially when you have alot of business trips and other priorities and all were arranged according to that time...
