DON’T visit if you value your health. I visited on Monday for dermatology. They didn’t pay attention to my conditions and insisted it’s merely a side effect of the acne medicine, which I’ve been taking for a while. Now as a result I’m suffering from severe eczema. Couldn’t sleep all night for several days. Been trying to contact the doctor for some useful prescription but she’s either not available or left early. The typical answer I’m getting is that the doctor/nurse will call me later which didn’t happen. Hell expensive but terrible service. Not recommended at all. Shame that they only have one dermatologist. If she goes home, you wait till tomorrow, if she’s on holiday, you wait till she comes back.

I was visiting my brother at this hospital, from the way they were communicating with him and helping him recover from a successful surgery, giving him sickleave, general instructions and putting him on medication, the doctors, nurses and hospital staff were helpful during his 24 h stay and they were careful in how they treated him as a patient to help him achieve a full recovery.

Went to Valiant Clinic because of a slipped disc... with very painful and incapacitating consequences...I couldnt thank enough Dr Jacolino, for his observations and useful advice, and Dr Zbiggy (Zbigniew Brodzinski) for his accurate explanation, treatment, and follow-up. I will not give even 1 star, but there is no other option. I took the covid vaccination from here and its not uploaded in Al Hosan app and when I checked with the receptionist they are saying that they are not responsible for that. Even their staff was not ready to check the information was send to DHA or not.i took the second dose on 17 may 2021. At least they can guide how I can solve this issue, but they are totally ignoring. Its my mistake that I chose this centre to take the vaccine.

We have been to every popular rehumatologist for our teenage daughter and each gave us different diagnosis and failed to help us until we saw Dr Haroon.He helped us when we were so confused and lost trust on doctors .He has been so helpful in journey of treating our daughter. Not only he was able to dignose her he gave us a lot of time explaining each and everything. Not every doctor explains parents rare diseases like this and most importantly he was able to diagnose our daughter. He is a brilliantRehumatologist.

Terrible booking system. I was in the hospital last Tuesday on March 2 (when my cough was already for 1 week), they promised me an appointment with Dr. Fabrizio, the pulmonologist for March 8th ( and I re-confirmed it with the nurse several times, and I am calling them on March 8th to confirm, they say it is on 15th!!! They moved the appointment without even checking with me!!! And I already have cough for 2 weeks...Now I have to wait for 1 more week...!!! Terrible service!!!

Dont come to this hospital for anything serious. Yes, at first look its clean, new and looks good. But this is where it ends. Heres my experience so far and Ive been coming to Valiant Clinic for over 1 year: I recently met Dr. Rupinder and she prescribed me pills which made me start losing all my hair and this was only one of the side effects that were caused, after waiting for days to be called back I wasnt even allowed to actually talk to the doctor herself, but I had to talk to a nurse, who would then talk to the doctor, who would then call me back and say what the doctor said, but then had to go and tell the doctor what I said etc. You can imagine my confusion waiting for days to be told that I am NOT losing my hair because of the pills she gave me, even though it says on the pills themselves that Primolut- Nor causes hair loss as a side effect and if you search it up it has caused that for many other people too. My main problem that I visited the doctor for is still not solved, but I was told that I just need to do Pilates since Im fat and everything will be alright. This was the actual medical advice from the doctor, who also forcefully booked me an appointment for some tests for cancer, even though I said I dont want them and I dont need them. She kept insisting that I can kick her in the face if I disliked how she did the tests on me ON the booking she made for me against my will. To top that off, she never wore a mask and did ask politely if she could take it off since she couldnt breathe with mask on during my 5 minute examination (twice). At this point I am left not really knowing what to do, medications did not help, I am left with side effects of hair loss, constant sweating and goosebumps and shaking all the time after the hormones from the pills and I only went for something as small as my period being late. Needless to say, Ill be looking for another hospital where I can actually get the help Im needing or at least get a call back from the doctor.

I am very pleased to be able to thank dr Rupinder in public. Through the years that I know her, not only she has been successful in dealing with an objectively complicated situation from a medical standpoint, but she has been a precious, unreplaceable psychological support. Dr Rupinder is always available and reachable also outside working hours, goes out of a her way to offer sulutions and has an invaluable network of professionals to advise and refer to when I ask her. I have been truly lucky to meet her and i have referred several friends to her over the years.

Dr Rupinder , the ob gynae, has been my reason to return to Valiant. She is a listening ear . Touching how she follows up to make sure you understood the prescription. Not your ordinary doctor. I feel safe. My personal experience with her was a few weeks ago, and my reasons were causing me so much anxiety. I walked out of that room reassured, 3 days later i had my results which she made sure i was updated in detail. Calls and emails. I mean , the works! How a clinic of that caliber can decrease so much in service in one short year slips my comprehension. Before all was top notch, now every single of my last three visits was more or less full of issues. Not what you would expect from a place like this and I honestly don’t know, if I will go back.

I’ve had the bad luck of having to visit many clinics in Dubai and none has been up to Valiant’s standards.Not only the place is beautiful and never felt crowded with people to me, but also their staff is really well trained and caring towards the customer.I find that here in Dubai as soon as you ask someone in customer service to do something out of their routine they freeze and not understand what you want.Here people are well trained, the nurses and front desk staff know how to face a task that’s slightly out of their routine.Besides all that, the staff seemed relaxed and happy, I feel in many other clinics they are overworked and stressed, that translates to less care for the patient who is left feeling like they are inside of factory machine.

Edit: They had done a very professional follow up after that and the doctor(s) were very detail-oriented.Previous comment: I would define this clinique nice from far but very far from nice. They are too slow in all of their processes that you need to follow up continuously. To illustrate, I have done the blood test and CT, 8 days ago and nobody bothered getting back to me. I am calling every day and they say the department would call me back and guess what nobody cares to call back. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Turning down a 81 year old who has high fever, headache and has circulation problems is not very customer friendly specially when you have as expat private insurance and hes visiting as a tourist, for me it is refusing help. She knows everything there is to know and has a thorough understanding about most aspects that one goes to see a specialist internal medicine practitioner. She diligently goes through reports, evaluates the prognosis, and is not one of those trigger-happy doctors about tests and procedures. She does not believe in an invasive, lets-jump-to-it kind of treatment.Dr Iman is both confident and caring, and one comes away feeling re-assured and comfortable. Dr, Fabrizio , pediatric pulmonologist is by far the most talented and expert in his field. My son was suffering from respiratory issues for the past 6 years, he is 8 now, been to almost every facility in dubai, and we finally found cure. Dr. Fabrizio diagnosed and cured my son. God bless him

I called in needing to do an important scan next day. They asked for doctor prescription (i had) and an explanation of the situation (i wrote a full essay) for an evaluation.They clearly did not read my prescription, neither the lenghty email i sent, because Ive been given a consultation appointment to discuss the tests needed, in 10 days.HORRIBLE service, they could not care less.

Great care & good service

The clinic is very hard to reach and don’t return calls as I requested for a medical report of the consultation, spent almost 600 Dhs on a 5 minute consultation and yet have to call them several times to have it done. Asked for a medical report to provide it to another clinic and have to follow up for the past 2 weeks, still haven’t received the report.

I am being treated by Dr. Fabrizio for my cough problem. I visited him after receiving treatment from four specialist for 8 months. All previous doctors failed to diagnose the issue.This doctor spent a lot of time and investigated my case for around 90 minutes and as a result of comprehensive tests, he has almost reached the root causes of the issue.This is the first doctor I met you investigate in such a detailed and through manner and work with so much dedication.I highly recommend him and I wish I get other specialist with same attributes.Thanks.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone because of the attitude of the pediatric person in charge. We had a very bad experience two days ago as my 10 months old baby was sick and had high fever that reached to 40C but the pediatrician “dr badi “ who unfortunately WAS my baby’s doctor was on vacation. We truly understand that he was on vacation so in order not to disturb him we chose not to call and we texted him twice asking for a medical advice and we were shocked when he read the message and didn’t even bother to reply. Specially when we specifically stated that our baby has puked six times. Plus we never got the feeling that the dr was really involved or cared since we first visited him. No wonder why the clinic had always been so empty.

A good and specialy clinica

Not going to lie, I was extremely impressed with Valiant Clinic that I have been gushing about them like a little schoolgirl.The first thing is their facility; I have not yet seen a more visually impressive clinic with such high quality and dare I say, fancy interiors. It doesnt have a sterile, bland and depressive clinic feel like others but rather it feels like you were entering a luxurious 5 star centre. I felt like a superstar walking in there! :DThe second was their staff: I was greeted by 3 staff members at the entrance front desk who helped me register and offered me beverages. I was then guided to the elevator to go to the first floor for my appointment where I was immediately greeted by another front desk member the moment I stepped out of the elevator - and by name! How did they know! I think my jaw dropped because I could not believe it! They definitely made me feel like VIP! :DThey then guided me to the Gyn/Ob area for my appointment, which also had another front desk where again I was greeted BY NAME! I could not help but feel like I was a rockstar running along the stage and high fiving my fans who call out my name!! Haha. Never had this kind of service before!I met with Dr. Susanne Grothey and her nurse for my gyno appointment. The nurse first took me to check my vitals and asked very detailed questions to obtain my medical history (the nurses are never this comprehensive). With Dr. Susanne, she was exceptionally warm, kind, professional and helped me with my problem (which 3 previous gynecologists in different clinics could not). She has great bedside manner which women will understand - very gentle. She made alternative suggestions and tests to what I have never received previously, which further impressed me. Dr. Susanne also did a breast exam which is part of a gyno visit (never ever had that performed in UAE with previous Drs, however that is standard in Western countries) to oversee my COMPLETE female health. Most importantly, Dr. Susanne and her nurse took the TIME to listen to me, to review my health, perform the tests and to answer any of my questions - all the other gynos always rushed me and never gave me that time I really needed to be heard. And this was one of the most important things for me as I have been battling a problem for a long time and never received that level of time, care and commitment.Once I completed my appointment, I received the same level of treatment with the warm goodbyes. And they have free valet!Valiant has an app to help track your appointments, results, appointments and such. I usually have to argue with my previous clinics to get any results in print form, but here you get everything on the app or by email.I have lived in UAE for 18 years and I sound like I just stepped off the boat as everything has wowed me - I have not had such a great experience in healthcare like I have in Valiant.Definitely found the clinic for me: High quality healthcare with exceptional Western-educated/certified and qualified staff.
