Totally recommend this place since its doctors are really friendly and kind. I had a bad pain in 4 month ago and doctor maged decreased the pain that I have now I was so super grateful of having this doctor and nurses that let me enter fast. Literally highly recommended since it has a excellent service with amazing lifesavers.

Takes more than 10 days for blood report.The Doctor calls back after multiple call back requests and tells to call her back between 2 to 3 pm.After trying to call the incompetent receptionists tell they cannot connect you directly and can only place call back requests.They call when you are busy and expect you to be free when they call.

Great doctors, very polite and excellent service. Their pharmacy has mostly short expiry medicines and they prescribe the most expensive brands. Be careful before you leave pharmacy and check the expiry always before accepting medicine....

My son has a surgery and was quite frightened. From the dermatologist Dr. Manesh to the surgery department with Dr. Maen everyone helped with professionalism and heart to let him feel comfortable. I am a huge fan of this Emirates Hospital branch and don’t find a single point to complain about. Dr. Rima is a great and exceptional obstetrician, Dr. Rekha, dentist, is amazing and helped me to “enjoy” dentist appointment, my physiotherapist Atosa is just great and ENT Dr. Basel very thoroughly. What else shall you expect?? I hope this branch will continue like this forever. Also a huge thanks to the reception and nurse team. They let you feel at home and are very helpful.

Their service is deteriorating and the amount of disrespect shown to the patient is unbelievable, giving wrong appointments, not following up on the insurance approval, nurses promise to call and update but they never do. I went for knee and neck pain and extremely happy with results in just 5 sessions with physiotherapy with Dr Atosa. My previous experiences with physiotherapy have not been great and had to go to osteopath/ chiropractor after. But this time it wasn’t just vibrations and some exercise but significant improvement to the muscles around the joints though multiple treatment techniques. Exercise added slowly to add strength. Highly recommend Dr Atosa Erfan.

DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I dont really leave reviews but this time i cant let it pass. I had the worst experience getting my blood drawn in this hospital twice. Very unorganized and its obvious that staff dont care about their patients.First incident - they made me wait 1 hour in the lobby just to get my blood drawn. I had to complain at their front desk in order to be seen. They dont realize is that I was fasting and dehydrated. Making a hungry and thirsty person wait 1 hour is just unacceptable.Second incident - doctor and nurse told me that they are open on fridays and i can drop by for my blood draw. When i got there nurse said they cannot take my blood because doctors order requires lipid profile which requires fresh blood. The lab was closed so my blood sample was not taken. Doctor denied he told me that they take blood sample on fridays. Where do you think i got the information that they are open to take blood samples on fridays if he did not tell me? FYI they DO take blood samples, but if it requires lipid profile they cant do it because lab is closed on fridays. I am moving to a diffrent clinic and will never come back here.And thats not all. They also do not follow up insurance approvals. I found out my insurance approved physiotherapy but hospital will never call you to inform you. Youd be waiting forever till the approval expires and they will never inform you.

I had a great support from the staff right from the registration desk. Insurance, to ENT specialist.I was suffering from breathing problems from past 8- 9 years. Was briefed about the procedure by the ENT specialist.All my breathing and snoring problems are resolved now. I can breath freely without sound.I cant thank you enough Dr. Devendra, ENT Specialist. As my wife said to me it was complete personalized homely experience at the hospital. I had a great result for lower back pain treatment/physiotherapy with Atosa Erfan at Emirates Hospital. She is super professional and focus mainly on posture correction/re-education, much better than simply having some electric stimulus or just manipulation (like a massage) that is a “normal” procedure in other clinics. Besides that, clinic is fully served with modern equipments and all kind of resource for physiotherapy. This was the best result/improvement I have ever got for lower back pain after many years of lombar hernia diagnostic.

Terrible doctors who do not know how to diagnose a patient. I used the services of a urologist, gynecologist, ent. Terrible doctors.Especially a gynecologist who does not know how to take a swab, but prescribes therapy on occasion.

One of the best hospitals in the area, they are helpful and they have professional doctors, I had an experience with the best physiotherapy doctor there (Dr. Atosa), she was the only doctor who solved my muscles pain problem using multiple techniques, along with Dr. Majed (General Practitioner) thanks to the all stuff for being very organized and helpful.

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and after a particularly bad flare up , was referred to Dr Atosa Erfan for physiotherapy. After the first session, my pain was significantly reduced. Dr Atosa is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly her treatment plan is effective. I highly recommend Dr Atosa and Emirates Hospital Motor City.

I visited hospital on 28 th of December to see general practice doctor because I felt sick and had some symptoms. After spending 4 hrs and 30 minutes in hospital and getting different medications intravenous for as doctor concluded was just and allergy they dismiss me home without doing Covid test or indications that my symptoms may require testing ( at that time I reported, chest pain, cough , dizziness and lost of taste - everything except fever) Doctor concluded that test was not necessary even with all symptoms displayed above and she dismissed me home with few different medications for allergy aldo I did X ray in same time in same hospital which showed , stains and marks in lungs .After 5 days my condition was not better , as obviously drinking medications for allergy didnt help me to recover , I decided yesterday to visit other hospital and request to do Covid test as same symptoms last few days - test came this morning as POSITIVE. .When I called hospital Emirates Hospital Motor city and asked to talk to my GP doctor same which I visited few days ago, they told me that Dr Mira is not available today , as well they told me that he nurse will call me back if she can .I explained to receptionist who answered call that I tested Positive and that I would need some instructions and guidance from doctor it self or any hospital professional, this is exceptional situations and people need sympathy and help and who can be better person to understand and guide than your doctor or hospital which in this case disapointed in first professional than human level.

This is a hospital which is very professional with a great team which I can recommend very strongly. Their level of hygiene and comfort is extremely high. I had recent procedures and visits with Dr. Maen, Dr. Manish and Dr, Naveed and their service was outstanding. Well done!!

I recently had a minor surgery for my plantar fasciitis and Dr Mohamed Kandil was nothing short of excellent. The surgery went very well and the doctor did an amazing job. After the surgery i started doing physio therapy as there was still a bit of pain left due to my foot healing; Dr Atosa Erfan was also nothing short of excellent. She knew exactly what to do and with every session my foot is getting better. Dr Erfan makes you feel relaxed and in good hands. Highly recommended

Amazing experience. All small details that they pay attention to, like giving wet towel and bottle of water to people who just arrived - wow! Haven’t seen anything like this in any other clinic. And what really impressed me as well that they give out reusable bags at their pharmacy! This is such a game changer given all those plastic bags almost everywhere.

One of the best hospitals my wife and I have ever been to. The staff are all extremely friendly and skilled at their work. The nursing staff is first class. Very bad service, i did a Laboratory test and iam waiting for the result for more than 4 days, no one called me, i decided to call them they keep on promising me for 3 times we will send the report to your email immediately, and no one does...Now i called 5 times they don’t answer my call, they just run for money they don’t care about the patients....I advise you guys not to waste your money in this hospital..!

Five years in Dubai I haven’t been to such a bad bad medical center. I booked appointment for my son one hour prior to my visit to see a family doctor. When I reached there I waited and waited and waited after waiting for 45 minutes I went to reception to ask when the doctor will see us. The reply was very very soon they will call you. After concluding one hour I had to leave with the duty manager patronizing me about how right I was... zero stars and my hour back and of course no complaint filing

He immediately puts his patients at ease and it helps that he has 30 plus years of experience behind him. Nurse Jia ably assists him and is efficient and kind. Nurse Binu was a very reassuring presence and looked after us right till the moment we left the hospital. My review would be incomplete if I didnt mention the wonderful Dr.Monikya - anesthetist. I was on my way for the first time and the reception calls me i was away like 10mins from the hospital she say i told u that if u will be late then inform. Come on have a buffer of 10mins extra someone coming for the first time may be lost on the way she was rude.Then i entered the hospital at around 11:01am at the reception there was 3 counter and only attendant so i had fill a 3 page form which delayed more. I come on forst floor and the reception lady tells me if u r coming for first time them go down comeon have a simple coordination and check very bad experience i must say

Doctors are good but everytime i have to wait for over 30minutes because they run late. Nobody bothers to at least inform you of the delay, even when Ive made an appointment to be the first patient of the day

Very bad experience, had test in the morning and was advised that results will be in few hours, called them back and they promised to call back before end of day. This did not happen yet. Day is over and no proper diagnostic done, i am feeling worse and no plan for healing yet and now the weekend starts and I have to go to proper doctor not within your hospital who can start recovery plan.

Easy to take appointment, doctors and staff are friendly.I have this review related to a case i had personally where i got into a sports injury and was looked after by Dr. Herve who identified the muscles that i struggle with and forward me to the Physiotherapy for a number of session. The Physiotherapy was done by Dr. Atosa and she used quite good techniques to rebuild by left hand muscles back. The machine she used helped deliver quick results.Well done Herve and Atosa.

Hats off to Dr Rima El Hindi ! She is the BEST gynecologist I have ever consulted. The staffs are all very nice and helpful especially nurse Princy and nurse Cherry.I really recommend anyone looking for a great gynecologist in Dubai to book an appointment with Dr Rima before its too busy. She is the busiest doctor in the Motor city branch!

Had dehydration, fever and diarrhea. Walked in, they asked me to leave since everyones busy, (still had 2 hours to go). Also asked me to fill that long form despite knowing they wont be able to serve me. I just left after an immense waste of time.

This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been to.As soon as you arrive, you are offered a bottle of water, which you do appreciate when the weather is very hot 😊 What a nice welcome!The staff at the front desk are very efficient and also patient - I know I am a very stressful person when in pain -.My previous experience in other hospitals or clinics was totally negative. When I first visited Dr. Herve Ouanezar, I was really depressed, but he gave me hope and encouraged me a lot. Thanks to his high competence, he could immediately diagnose the cause of my pain and clearly explained his reasons to me with great professionalism. He is also a friendly person, I could feel at my ease in his study.Afterwards, I started phisiotherapy with Dr. Atosa Erfa. Not only is she skilled at her job, but also extremely friendly, kind and positive. She tried to help me in many ways and attended to all my queries and concerns with utmost patience. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Maen Al Issa performed the procedure for my husband’s infected follicle cyst. He explained the procedure, options and process in detail. Offered all information to queries and was excellent with follow-up queries and post procedure care. Hygienic and hassle-free process.Dr. Manish Pahwa (dermatologists) had earlier seen and forwarded us to Mr. Maen. Both doctors are very helpful.
