I am a known case of hyoertension since 2016 and i have been to many doctors even to specialists but only Dr. Snabel Lazarte was able to bring my blood pressure to normal level and has been stable since then. Aside from giving me the perfect medicine for hypertension, she also encouraged me to lose weight and exercise regularly. She treats her patients like her relative and shows concern by following up her patients via phone call. Hats off to Dr. Snabel

Dr. Snabel was so unprofessional yesterday with a lady and I actually was shocked. I witnessed this happen and it was not my first time in the clinic but certainly will be my last. The reason you have rooms is to discuss patient matters with the patient alone not with the whole reception of people shouting and rude the way you were. I watched the calm lady move out and she told you she will go to another clinic.Thats not the way you would treat a patient who left home to see a doctor. I hope she is fine.

I went to NMC for Dr Swati Verma shes happy go live person she always welcomes you with a smile which helps you to forget all your pain. Shes my doctor since last 8 years and had never thought of changing doctor (rather i changed hospitals for her)shes the best doctor one could have, i deleiverd my both babies with her and best was both were without any complications though i started with 40kg.

Dr Snabel is not professional at all. You can’t shout to a patient at the reception that you will not see them in-front of all customers.Shouting to a mature person in front of others is the worst way you can treat anyone no matter what they have done.Please management review the cameras of the way this doctor is treating her patients. It’s so unacceptable.

Dr Swati is one of the most experienced doctor Ive come across..her step by step fertility treatments put u at ease coz I was underweight & needed to stabilise my pregnancy..she really helped us have a smooth pregnancy!

I visited NMC clinic yesterday around 1 PM for my PCR. Surprisingly till now I didn’t receive any update which is already more than 24 hours already. Tried to call more than 20 times but the lines always busy. It will ring and nobody will answer till its ended.

I booked my mother’s pcr test at NMC Satwa, earlier over the phone they informed me result will come within 24 hours and I had paid online. When we reached clinic for the test receptionist told us result will be ready in 36 to 48. When I informed them I got the information result will be ready in 24 hours, person at the reception refused and he said it can’t be ready before Friday 5 pm which is later than 48 hours as my mother’s appointment was Wednesday 1500 hours. I asked if I can pay extra for express result person at the reception told they don’t have procedure, thus we went ahead with the test as it was paid online, and waited for results however we didn’t receive result until Friday evening 18:23 hours when I called the clinic to follow up person at the reception told they received result on Thursday itself however forgot to send. That made me furious and he didn’t apologize for their mistake and he bluntly said he will send report now and when I complain about it instead to listening he started laughing. Very poor service, never going back

I never thought they can remove my tooth that fast...wooooow ! Amazing...at first im shaking like im afraid. But now all good...they do it very good ...im happy for im experience and satisfied..the dentist qas cool and very nice..shes dr shaistha...

Im visiting this clinic since 2006. I visited many clinics as well but this one is the place where I can be sure that my health in safe hands. Specially the dentist Dr shaitha is very professional in her work. I advise everyone to try this clinic. Its worth it.

I had a care that was so unique

We have had Covid test last week to travel. Our reports were not released before closure of Clinic. However Mr. Mohan was so helpful that he was stayed back till 11.30 PM and coordinated with their Lab and ensured we have reports delivered. He was so patient, he understood the customers urgency and helped us. Really he is an asset for NMC. I wish him all the best. Murali

Very satisfied with the professional and caring staff of this clinic. Everyone is very prompt and kind. I had my appointment with Dr. SHAISTA and she is very gentle and surely knows how to handle her work. I got tooth scaling, polishing and permanent filling done from her and will surely recommend her for any dental procedures.

I loved the atmosphere and felt easy and relaxed while visiting the clinic . Especially the consultation with Dr.Ashok Varma ,Paediatrician and Dr.Thomas Koshy,Gp was really awesome,also a special thanks to nurses and other staffs ,who were very understanding and helpful. Since the start I was very pleased with their performance and treatment, it was professional and comfortable.
