Had many issues relating declining of insurance even though it was approved by insurance team.i Was about to loss my wifes covid test payment which she had already covered under insurance but the staff over the reception told that it is declined. After severe debate and arguments later on they approved it.Hectic experience all the time.Not recommended at all.Better go for other choices around you if you are in Karama.

Yet another disappointing experience with aster clinic. Their website for appointment booking was not working, so called them to book an appointment and mentioned the name of insurance. After booking an appointment u reach the clinic to hear that a particular insurance will not be accepted. These ppl will make us more ill with mistral distress

They sent me the report to my mail soon after the result was out. I got an SMS on my phone saying about the result and simultaneously I received it in my mail inbox. Wrost clinic in my life I never seen . For covid test you need wait outside on the road for que . Even if your are sick with -40 temperature. Security is rude there

A quick corona test proces for travel. And they give you reports next day evening. There is not much peoples at evening time. So its better to go around 6 to 8pm for the test and next day same time you will get your reports also there is no any problem about the parking because a big parking space infront of the clinic.

Very bad experience, no one take phone call, i did covid- 19 test here and the result has not been maild yet.

I visited this clinic at 12.30 pm today.It was too crowded in the reception area with patients who wanted to take covid tests. Social distancing was not being followed.

Financial loss by irresponsible counter staff- Chris( misguiding)I visited the clinic 17/10/2020 for covid 19 test in a sick situation, I am having ADNIC platinum medical card which is covered under it, after consultation and testing I got messagefrom ADNIC as its approved, I showed the message to Chris. As he said it was denied so I was compelled to pay the bill even the insurance claim got approved. I couldnt argue with him due to the situation and left the clinic, after 14 days quarantine I visited the clinic and showed the details , as they told this case was happened in october month, so unable to refund the payment which they paid due to the misguidance of the irresponsible staff.It was my sad experience and I never expect these behaviour from a reputed popular hospital group,I appreciate the proper solution as a responsible organisation.

There was a long queue for covid tests however, they do allow walk ins without prior appointments.

Yesterday evening I visited this clinic for my Grand mother for a general Doctor , but unfortunately our Insurance card was not accepted as per the executive,Mr Clefin. He himself called the IRIS Insurance and asked about the insurance acceptance in nearby areas and none of the aster clinics are covered in our Card. He was so helpful fo us and guided us to the nearby clinic.Requesting Aster group to accept all the Insurance, especially for the Old people. Kudos to the executive and Aster.

I have visited to this clinic for my routine general health check-up as I am suffering from diabetics since long. Usually I am having regular consultation with Dr. Girija Muthu - General Practitioner. When I ask her about my health condition and queries if any what I raised to her she has clearly explained me with patience. Moreover, she has given me an updated / advanced medical prescription that, is very useful for me and an addition and omission of the medicines as per my health scenario. Indeed. I am so happy to visit her regularly and continue as long as I would be herein Dubai. I appreciate her appropriate and an updated medical service to the patients with patience.

Visited aster recently with my friend...I particularly liked the good management and their fast services. From getting appointment, cleanliness, time of billing, getting results to the waiting time, everything was very efficient....I will surely make this clinic my regular source of care...

A nice clinic with cooperative staffs. Dentist Cheriachan is not as other doctors in the clinic who are more friendly. I didnt like his consultation I cannot say advise as he didnt say anything except wait outside for insurance confirmation. 👎 Other than that clinic deserves 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The worst ever experience I had visiting this clinic waited for almost 2 to 3 hrs only for general practitioner.. So slow service.. No priorities given to patient.. We had visited Doctor Chinnu Surendran.. On 17th Oct Oh my God .. Taking all appointment patient.. And walk in patient r sitting as it is.. She s so slow.. I will never visit again this clinic and wouldnt recommend any one here.

Overpriced slow COVID tests

Nice and clean Hospital, traffic in the area is sometimes issue but otherwise everything is fine. Pharmacy next to the clinic is 24 hours which is a major plus point.

I went to this clinic to seek advice from the ENT specialist about the tightening of my ears that lasted for about 5 weeks already. The pain was getting worst that I decided to see an ENT. Ive been checked by 2 GPs but nothing improved. Unfortunately, I couldnt see the ENT right away for he was only available until 8pm that day. I wasnt that lucky enough for I arrived past 8. So, I was booked the next day.The ENT specialist was an Indian man. I told him everything about the complains of my ears. He asked me, What do you mean by tightening? He sounded like he didnt get what I told him. Then, I told him that my ears seemed to be pulled and its painful. He checked the condition of my ears using 2 equipment. After that, he concluded that nothings wrong with my ears. He also asked why my ears were painful when nothings wrong. He sounded harsh for me. I told him that I didnt know and thats why I came to see a doctor because I wanted to know whats happening!I felt disappointed with his way of giving feedbacks and his way of asking. For God sake, nobody wants to go to a clinic and see a doctor. Nobody wants to get sick!With this experience, I am losing trust and confidence to the kind of ENT that he is. I cant take the risk of seeing this kind of doctor again.
