The staff tried hard to meet the requirements of the customers but they were struggling to keep up. Given that the center ran a Facebook ad campaign it was obvious people would run up in huge numbers.Perhaps a better streamlined process will help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

I visited this clinic with my mother. I strongly feel to share my experience there..we could get an excellent care there that I could hardly find in other clinics. Doctor was friendly, asked all details like a family member. Receptionist, nurse all are good in behavior. Ive been there many times. for consultation with Dr.Ejaz qadir (orthopedic surgeon). and for physiotherapy as well.The doctors are very good and satisfying😊۔physiotherapist lady also is very friendly and good in her profession.Nursing staff is very good friendly.but i am very disappointed with your receptionist person. one Pakistani lady is there i dont know her name even dont want to know. she doesnt have any ethics to talk with the patient. instead of receptionist we can say that a bulk of attitude, which doesnt suit to a reception person. if you really want to do this job then you should left your attitude at clinic door and please pickup after finishing duty. this type of ethics will not work for this job at all. Please improve your reception services 🙏🙏😇

This CENTRE has the potential to be very successful. Despite of so many not so pleasant experience patents are full and no place to sit. You just need to deliver some customer service training and check on making the process fast and easy for patients

My appoinment was 5:20pm. i was seen by the doctor at 6:10pm. Worst service i have ever experienced.

We should see more than what meets the eye. When I went for consultation a few days back it was very busy. Two people were trying to manage the front desk and in between they were also taking calls as well as billing other patients. I saw that they were doing their best to manage everything.The lady in the reception even offered one patient wheelchair because he was having difficulty of walking, although the patient refused to take the wheelchair. During my past visit a few months back I even witnessed the lady in the reception getting a cab for another patient. I think clinics management should consider adding more staff to give better and faster service. I am also working in the reception and I do understand these challenges that happens beyond the front desk. It may not be the best but definitely not the worst clinic for me.

We visited the clinic for pediatric consultation and we were happy as to how Dr. Mohamed Kasim managed his patients. He is very caring and accommodating.

Worst clinic I ever visited. especially Dr kasim behaved like a business man I had such a bad experience. They treat the people who have afia insurance card as labors and. He said that we are not allowed to consult a specialist you need to wait for a GP. He compared the amount that we used to pay before the insurance system and after, since we are paying such a small amount you will only get such kind of treatment. He also said that he gets this amount after six months as he is the director. My son was suffering from pneumonia for the past two weeks. He was neither ready to review the history of the child nor treat the child. He doesnt have the ethics of a doctor. Now I have a doubt whether that is a hospital or a business center.

Dr Qadeer (GP) is a great find he is very professional ! He was very helpful & his advise was accurate in diagnosing my acidity problem. My hearty regards & wishes for him.

Receptionist is not accomodating you well, after she receive the payment then, she dont care anymore. If youre asking a medical certificate it took so long to get it! I went there 3:30pm for consultation and asking for my medical certificate, they will tell you that they will send it on your email add until now 21 hours already still I didnt receive it! I already paid for it! Very disappointing! Not recommended medical center at all. I advice you not to visit in this Medical Center! A lot of work but lack of staff!!!

May god bless him... but the reception staff is very rude all the time.. we applied medical certificate at 8 pm but now it’s 10 pm still the lady is not doing anything... better to change the Philippine lady on the reception desk.... love u Dr. Qudeer

Dr.Ejas is a good doctor but the front office and appointments dont have any value here! This has happened a couple of times and i will certainly not suggest this place if you look at a smooth visit to consult your doctor! Regrettable!😞😞

Very bad.. they tried to take the patient penny without giving a proper service.. got my doughter ear piercing and it seem the doctor dont know how to do it properly.. one ear is near on the bone on upper part one ear is in the bottom earlobe which is even the 5 year old toddler can know that it is totaly un even.. no measurement no mark on which place does we want to place just pull the gun piercing walaaaaa come what may.. they let you pay first before they do the procedure so that no way for you to not pay the procedure which is totaly un profesional.. any way take the payment and we will re done it to a proper clinic which is they know what are their doing... thank you for the bad experience ive got my doughter hurt receiving nothing..

Great clinic to get medical service, Dr.Shalini Sp Gyne and Ob is my favorite Doctor, she is very caring and loving person and she is available to clear any doubt related to pregnancy and maternity any time. My younger Daughter preferred to see Dr.Kasim pediatrician, his presence is enough to cure the sickness.

Average clinic with specialties, on my experience Dr.Binu- Internal Medicine specilaist is a good clinician with medical experience and knowledge. Dr.Ejas is a good specialist Orthopedic surgeon available in U.A.E, I went to him for the back pain and fracture related concerns. Medical centre ambiance and hospitality is good, but car parking is not available in the front side, however spacious car parking available in the back side of clinic. Doctors are gentle and polite in attitude especially Dr.Qudeer he is having a huge crown of patient but still he giving personal care and attention to each patient. I would like to go this clinic as I am getting medical service at a reasonable price since years before and till now.

Worst clinic ever!We went to #alshifaalkhaleejimedicalcenter just this evening but they are not accepting the insurance for my daughter’s vaccination, the dr. said that we have to pay cash or look for another clinic who will accept the insurance but for sure no one will accept, he added because they are not getting any payment/money from the insurance.
