I have no words at all. I went to get my baby birth certificate and got Great and quick service, polite and friendly staff. Plus they open very early 7 AM which makes it very easy for everyone.

Fastest PCR test I have ever done. Literally stayed in my car while the security guard gave me a ticket, walked inside the testing room immediately after, did the test in seconds and was done. The entire process took 5 minutes. Plus, the test came out quickly and negative too ;)

The lady on the counter was awfully rude. She made me go back to the hospital for no reason. Next day I went to another man on the counter and the job was done. Birth certificate is only a matter of 2 minutes work. Wrong information wad provided to me. Also I was made to feel unwanted. Quit being rude quit being rude, quit being rude

Very unprofessional nurse. Didn’t clean the arm properly before sample. Inserted the needle like was for first time and didn’t apply pressure after sample taking at all. Left with huge bruise due to internal bleeding under the skin and very painful arm. Try to avoid if you can.

Went walk in for medical for Visa renewal of family. It was quick.

Came in to issue birth certificate of my newborn and nothing could be smoother and easier than this. Although the process took some time but the employe Ms Doaa Ahmed was very professional and friendly

The receptionist was quite rude . They denied medical test for my son though it was a family visa application saying men are not allowed .The rule is the whole family should take medical test together at one instance as per the receptionist . it is still a ladies medical clinic and not a family clinic as per my experience today . i took my son to Garhoud center for visa medical tests . i recommend the above information should be clearly displayed to avoid any disappointment for the customers

SUPER EFFICIENT!!!I have to admit I was apprehensive when the automatic visa renewal was redacted, as that meant I would have to personally attend to this in the middle of a pandemic.However, upon arriving, my papers were immediately examined and I was given a number. Within minutes, I was admitted for my medical tests, and then told that I was done. I actually couldnt believe how efficient and speedy the process was, that I stopped on my way out to double-check that I had really completed the process.Terrific and super respectful experience. I asked to have the door closed for my blood test, and the nurse was very respectful and complied immediately. Super impressed!!!

This place does covid test for travellers and generally those who wants them selves checked. Other than this service they also issue birth and death certificate based on hospital and hospital plus police report for a nominal charge of aed70/-

IMPUCTUAL STAFF!!!!WEBSITE SHOWS OPEN TILL 9PM BUT DOCTOR LEAVES BY 7PM.I had taken my 38 weeks pregnant wife for visa medical to this center, after taking the blood sample these incompetent nurses were asking us If you want to avoid X-ray then urine test has to be done to prove her pregnancy (as if they were blind to not see her big belly of 38 weeks).We still agreed for that, but then came the shocker that only doctor can authorize the urine test and he has already left at 7PM even though the official timings are till 9PM.PATHETIC...WASTED MY DAY

Oh my God!!! The lady she put the needle inside my arm and twisted it!!! I was all blue and numb one day after it. And also being so rude telling me not to move and stand still, but it was so painful!!She could find my vein and she decided to look for it inside my arm. She did it to 2 ladies before me, and one after me, all of us felt a lot of pain. How can you be so unprofessional, you are working with people!!! Very disturbing...

Quick typing and procedures. can walkin and type the medical and enter for tests and exit without any delays. we got finished without any waiting anywhere. including blood collection n xray depts. good clean area.only thing found difficult is parking space availability. we had to park outside further far and walk on road sides to come here.

The nurse I think she is Indian with glasses. she put the needle in my skin, very harsh. She hurt me alot on purpose. Now the syringe hole in my arm is very blue and swollen, and extremely painful.

Did my medical fitness test at this center. I got there during peak hours, but waiting time was only 30 minutes. Social distancing is strictly practiced. This facility is one of those govt offices where someone really picks up the phone when you call them :).

Super fast and efficient medical fineness center for ladies. It will take hardly 10 minutes to complete the whole process.All the staff especially the lady at the reception is professional and super friendly.No parking available inside the center, but RTA paid parking is available within 50 meter walking distance.

This morning I had to take my mum for her medicals at the Rashidiya Medical Fitness Centre. The centre opens at 7:30 am and this security lady Sible at the reception gave us our numbers and had us seated, we were at least 8-10 ladies waiting for a long time. At 8:15 am Sible the security lady steps in front and apologies for the delay and assures us the process will go quickly.And she made sure going between reception desk and the room where the tests were taken she called out the token numbers quickly. Was impressed and appreciated her ownership of her duties of being mindful towards the customers. Thank you Sible!

I came here to renew my visa and it was quick minus this location not having a ATM machine , had to walk over to a strip mall and with draw money as the medical center where the typing is done doesnt accept card only cash . The security guy was a rude but the girl at the front counter inside the clinic was sweet and nice . Quick and fast it was .

I had a very bad experience at this centre and walked out with huge disappointment. I went to do the meddical for renewing my residency visa. Walked in and took a number while my passport was taken to complete process. I waited for more than an hour while my number remained unchanged in the queue. Only to discover that they had Only onenurse on site surving over 100 people between men and women. And also saw people walking in after myself and getting surved before me without having to pick a number. I ended up wasting my time and had to leave with huge regret that I chose this location. I dont recommend it at all to anyone and believe that If they cant provide the proper service expected that they should close down.

Centre is dedicated for family visa service. Normal and express medical fitness certificate can be availed from here.You must carry original passport, stamped entry visa orginal and two photographs for the medical application typing. Near the entrance to the left, you will find the typing centre. Waiting time for the test depends on crowd that particular day. Approximate half an hour to one hour expected to spend.270dhs will be normal visa fees and typing centre fees will be extra. Payment is only accepted by cash.No parking is available infront of the building. However, within 50m RTA paid parking is available.Once test is done, you wil receive the test report in 7 working days time. For express service it can range from 24hrs to 48hrs.

Got here at 7.302nd token number was my wife. Still sitting as staff as has not arrived to take medical. People are walking here and there but no one to free us. It’s 7.45 now so I guess no point coming early.
